Abstract

Description

采用冲击进行固定的膨胀固定塞
本发明涉及一种膨胀固定塞,在钻孔内采用冲击进行固定,更具体地说是在其内端向外加宽的钻孔内,有一个膨胀锚座,它有一个从插入端开始的内孔,内孔的部分长度是开槽的,膨胀锚座被推动压在带有扩张器锥体的扩张器主体上时,可被固定,扩张器主体位于钻孔的底部。
上述类型的采用冲击用来固定的膨胀固定塞,已知于德国公开文告(offenleungss chvift)3117581号。与采用冲击通过从膨胀固定塞前端穿过其内孔推动一个扩张销钉来固定的膨胀固定塞相比,推动一个膨胀锚座压在位于钻孔底部的一个扩张器主体上,具有下列优点,即扩张器主体的最大尺寸能相应于在锚定材料内的钻孔的圆柱形部分的直径。相当大的程度的扩张是这样达到的,这种采用冲击进行固定的膨胀固定塞被固定在其底部是加宽的钻孔内时,要求这个张开部分被塞满。在这个部分所能获得的膨胀固定塞的紧密配合,一方面导致相当大的夹持力,另一方面,如果有裂纹通过内孔时,增加了可靠性。
由于膨胀锚座在凹割的钻孔内,支撑较不可靠,并且由于扩张器锥体向着钻孔的开口倾斜,可膨胀的部分,可借助作用在膨胀锚座上的拉力,被撕离扩张器锥体。因此,只有滑脱被防止,才能获得增大的夹持力。
基于生产采用冲击进行固定的膨胀固定塞的问题,本发明的膨胀固定塞,生产成本低,易于装配,并且有大的夹持力和能满足严格的安全要求。
根据本发明,这点已经达到,其扩张器主体带有管状延长部分,以啮合膨胀锚座的内孔,一旦膨胀锚座已被推动压在扩张器主体的扩张器锥体上时,其延长部分位于膨胀锚座内孔的扩大部分,并通过一个楔子被胀大。
根据本发明来固定膨胀固定塞时,上述固定塞被插入有凹割的予制钻孔内,直到扩张器主体的插入端位于钻孔的底部为止。之后,采用夹紧在冲击钻夹上的冲击工具或者一个锤头,在膨胀锚座的端面上施加冲击。膨胀锚座被推动压在位于钻孔底部上的扩张器主体上。这时,膨胀锚座的分割部分进入钻孔的凹割内,并和扩张器主体一起,在凹割内产生紧配合,而不受裂纹的影响。当膨胀锚座被推动后,扩张器主体上的管状延长部分,被移动到膨胀锚座内孔的扩大部分内。使用一个带尖的插头或者推动一个楔子进入扩张器主体的管状延长部分的内孔中,延长部分的端部被胀大形成一个突起,它将上述膨胀锚座的膨胀部分固定在扩张器主体上。现在,如果膨胀锚座经受拉力,扩张器主体和它一齐受拉,因此不会使膨胀程度减小。
本发明的另一改进是,楔子可以予先安装在延长部分内孔中。予先安装的楔子不仅便于安装,而且楔子有助于管状延长部分膨胀,以致甚至在最大受力时,也不用担心膨胀锚座会从扩张器主体拉掉。
本发明另一改进是,可用一种冲击工具将膨胀固定塞固定。这种冲击工具有一个阶梯状部分与膨胀锚座内孔的扩大部分相配合。当膨胀锚座被推动压在扩张器主体上时,楔子顶着这个阶梯部分,以胀大在扩张器主体上的管状延长部分。使用这种冲击工具,膨胀锚座被推动压在扩张器主体上,而管状延长部分在一次操作过程中即被“铆接”在膨胀锚座内。
本发明的一个实施例,示于附图中。其中:
图1显示了一种采用冲击进行固定的膨胀固定塞,插在锚定物料内的一个钻孔内,处于非膨胀状态;
图2显示了处于膨胀状态的采用冲击进行固定的膨胀固定塞;
图3显示与已固定的膨胀固定塞紧固在一起的一个工件。
采用冲击进行固定的膨胀固定塞1,包括有内螺纹2的膨胀锚座3,和一个带有扩张器锥体5的扩张器主体4,它有管状延长部分7与膨胀锚座3的内孔6配合。在由缝隙8形成的膨胀部分的后面,膨胀锚座的内孔6被加宽成内螺纹2的直径。一个楔子9被放在管状延长部分7的端部。为了固定膨胀固定塞子1,膨胀锚座3被推动压在位于钻孔底部的扩张器主体上,最好是采用在图1和2图中的冲击工具10。膨胀分割部分,因此在扩张器锥体部分弯向钻孔12的V型凹割11内,并和扩张器锥体4一起,在凹割11内提供了紧配合。在推进过程中,管状延长部分7的端部移动,和位于其上面的楔子9,进入膨胀锚座3的内孔6的扩大部分6′。在膨胀过程最后完成之前,楔子9撞击冲击工具10的附加部分10′的端部,该附加部分于膨胀锚座3的内孔6内,以致推进过程的最后部分期间,楔子9也同时被推进管状延长部分7的内孔13内。楔子9胀大延长部分7至这样的程度,即扩张器主体4以铆接的方式,被可靠地紧固在膨胀锚座3上。甚至当膨胀锚座经受相当大的拉力时,膨胀锚座3也不可能被拉离扩张器主体4。
当将一个工件14紧固在锚定物料15时,一个紧固螺栓16被拧入在钻孔12凹割内采用冲击进行固定的膨胀固定塞1的内螺纹上。

Claims (3)

1、在钻孔内采用冲击进行固定的一种膨胀固定塞,特别是在其内端向外加宽的钻孔内,有一个膨胀锚座,带有一个从它的插入端开始的内孔,内孔的部分长度是开槽的,膨胀锚座被推动压在带有扩张器锥体、位于钻孔底部的扩张器主体上时,可被固定,其特征是上述扩张器主体具有一个管状延长部分,用来啮合膨胀锚座的内孔,一旦膨胀,锚座已被推动压在扩张器主体的扩张器锥体上时,上述延长部分的端部正位于上述膨胀锚座的内孔的扩大部分内,并通过一个楔子被胀大。
2、根据权利要求1采用冲击进行固定的膨胀固定塞,其特征是上述楔子是予先装配在延长部分的内孔里的。
3、用来固定根据权利要求1的膨胀固定塞的冲击工具,其特征是上述冲击工具有一个阶梯状的部分,用来啮合膨胀锚座的内孔的扩大部分,当膨胀锚座被推动压在扩张器主体时,上述楔子反作用于该阶梯部分的端面上。
