Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种避免由于流体经过球的通道、尤其在阀的中间开口位置所产生噪音问题的球阀。
背景技术
在调节球阀(特别是用于气体调节)中,已知的问题是由于下面的原因而产生噪音大的问题,即当阀处于中间位置时,流体通过球和多孔调节隔音板的部分能量转化为噪音。在现有技术中,通过对阀进行隔音保护进行了各种尝试来避免噪音传播。这不仅使阀体积庞大,而且无论如何也不能达到完全满意的效果,因为流体本身就能够使噪音沿管道传播,然后从阀中和围绕阀本身的隔音保护传播出去。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种尽可能避免由流体通过球阀所产生的噪音的调节球阀,来排除上述提及的缺陷。
由于上述目的,根据本发明,已经设计一种用于流体流的调节球阀,在该球阀中,球能够旋转,以使其通道从阀的全开的极限位置到阀的全闭的极限位置,反之亦然,其中在所述通道中设有多孔隔音板,至少在极限位置之间的中间位置时所述流体流通过所述多孔隔音板,所述多孔隔音板包括两块多孔金属薄板,对流体可渗透材料的层设置在所述薄板之间。

具体实施方式
参考附图,图1所示的是应用本发明的原理且用于流体(特别是气体)的球阀,其用附图标记10表示。阀10包括设有同轴入口12和出口13的管道配件和开关球14的主体11,所述开关球14围绕轴15密封旋转,以使通道16从一个所述通道对准入口和出口管道的位置(阀的全开位置)到另一个所述通道与入口和出口管道横向设置的位置(阀的全闭位置)。图1示出了阀,其中的球处于极限位置之间的中间位置处。
在通道16内,隔音板或平板17与通道轴倾斜设置。图2可以更好地示出,隔音板均由两块金属薄板18、19形成,对流体可渗透的层20设置在金属薄板18、19之间。所述层具有如下的结构,即能够使流体通过许多曲折的通道。特别是,所述层容易变形并且夹在所述板之间。
层20的材料将选择成适合所述类型的流体通过阀。根据特殊的优选实施例。所述层由金属丝,特别是不规则设置的金属细丝构成,其具有类似于钢丝棉的结构。
如图1所示,除了隔音板倾斜之外,其相对端关闭,并且从通道16的相对开口显露出来。在阀的全开位置(在这种位置附近),隔音板的自由端设置成正对阀的入口和开口管道配件,以便至少流体流的极大多数如下述的方式通过通道,即轻轻触及隔音板的外表面和在隔音板和另一隔音板之间平行移动,而不是在它们之间横穿。当球朝向全闭位置旋转时,流体被强制通过所述隔音板。在通过期间和由于多孔金属薄板和中间材料的结合作用力,使得流体中的压力损失,同时部分能量被中间元件吸收。易于理解的是,这就能够使噪音大幅度地减小,阻尼装置直接作用在噪音产生的地方。中间层能够产生压力梯度,而不会将噪音传播到外侧。
在这种情况下,通过提供一种如下的阀很显然能够获得所希望的目的,该阀与现有技术中的调节阀进行比较,即使在高流量的环境以及过大的调节情况下,能够使噪音量减小到满意的程度。
很显然。使用本发明的创造性原理的上述实施例通过唯一一个例子进行说明,因此不必看作是所要求专利权的范围的限制。例如多孔薄板的构造形成“夹层结构”,孔的数量和形状,厚度和多孔材料能够依赖于使用情况而变化,并且普通的“多孔”或渗透材料的特征也不同,其可以置于金属薄板之间,以帮助能量消耗和并降低噪音。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于流体流的调节球阀,其中球(14)是可旋转的,以使其通道(16)从阀的全开的极限位置到阀的全闭的极限位置,反之亦然,其中多孔隔音板(17)设置在所述通道(16)内,所述多孔隔音板至少在所述极限位置之间的中间位置时被流体流通过,其特征在于,所述多孔隔音板(17)包括两块多孔金属薄板(18,19),对流体可渗透材料的层(20)设置在金属薄板(18,19)之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的阀,其特征在于,所述层(20)是易变形的层。
3.如权利要求1所述的阀,其特征在于,所述层(20)由不规则设置的细丝形成。
4.如权利要求3所述的阀,其特征在于,所述细丝是金属材料的。
5.如权利要求1所述的阀,其特征在于,所述层包括钢丝棉。
6.如权利要求1所述的阀,其特征在于,所述隔音板相对于通道(16)的轴倾斜设置,并且具有从用于流体入口和出口的通道的相对开口中显露出来的相对端,这就意味着在全开位置附近,流体通过如下的方式通过通道(16),即轻轻触及隔音板的外表面并且主要在一块隔音板和另一块隔音板之间通过,而不是在它们之间横穿。
