Abstract

本发明公开了一种设备与管道保温防护层材料,以硅酸盐保温浆料为主要材料,加入水泥、碎石和麻绒,再加上适量的水,进行和匀与搅拌,使之成为一种粘结性的混合物。由于采用上述技术方案,本发明对保温层进行防护后,具有保温效果好,承载能力强,不开裂,不渗水,使用寿命长和造价低等优点。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种设备与管道保温防护材料。
技术背景:
目前,用于设备与管道保温的材料多数为松疏、孔隙度大、比重小、压缩性能好、吸水性能强的絮状物。为了使保温达到预期的效果,对保温层的外表面进行防护是一个不可缺少的重要环节。现有防护措施的应用情况如下:
(1)在保温层的外表面抹上水泥砂浆。这样做不仅使自重增大,增加了设备与管道的负荷,更为严重的是常常产生裂缝,从而影响了保温的效果,且失去了防水作用。
(2)在保温层的外表面抹上一层浆料,然后再刷上2~3次防水涂料。防水涂料为一种粘稠的液体,在干固和热胀冷缩的过程中容易撕裂,从而影响保温、失去防护作用。
(3)在保温层的外表面包白铁皮。采用白铁皮不仅造价高和使用寿命短,而且在白铁皮与白铁皮的搭接处渗水,防水效果较差。
(4)在保温层的外表面涂贴玻璃钢。此法虽具有良好的保护性能,但造价太高。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于:提供一种设备与管道保温防护层材料,以解决保温层外表面的裂缝、渗水、保温效果差或投入大、造价高的问题,对保温层实施有效的防护。
本发明是这样实现的:以硅酸盐保温浆料为主要材料,加入水泥、碎石和麻绒,再加上适量的水,进行和匀与搅拌,使之成为一种粘结性的混合物,各材料所占重量百分比为:硅酸盐保温浆料70%~80%∶水泥14%~20%∶碎石8%~14%∶麻绒1%~3%。
这种混合物的成分组成中,碎石可用粗砂代替,麻绒可用石棉绒代替。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明对保温层进行防护后,具有保温效果好,承载能力强,不开裂,不渗水,使用寿命长和造价低等优点。
具体实施方式:
本发明的实施例:以硅酸盐保温浆料为主要材料,其用量为75%,再加入水泥15%、碎石8%和麻绒2%,(也可用粗砂代替碎石,石棉绒代替麻绒),再加上适量的水,进行和匀与搅拌,使之成为一种具有良好粘结性的混合物。然后将它抹在保温层外表,其厚度为2cm左右。

1.一种设备与管道保温防护层材料,以硅酸盐保温浆料为主要材料,加入水泥、碎石和麻绒,再加上适量的水,进行和匀与搅拌,使之成为一种粘结性的混合物,其特征在于:各材料所占重量百分比为:硅酸盐保温浆料70%~80%:水泥14%~20%:碎石8%~14%:麻绒1%~3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备与管道保温防护层材料,其特征在于:所述的碎石用粗砂代替,麻绒用石棉绒代替。
