Abstract

锰氮高温耐热钢是利用高铬、高碳、无镍、含氮的配方,获得铸态下为奥氏体基体,并含有部分碳化物的金相组织,本发明能在950-1000℃高温下抗氧化、抗变形、抗混燃煤粉磨损、在铸态下具有良好的机加工性、可焊性,而且熔铸工艺简便、价格低廉,本发明适用于要求高温下抗氧化、抗变形、抗混燃煤粉磨损的发电厂锅炉喷燃器火嘴,要求较高的热处理箱式加热炉炉底板和要求高温抗氧化、抗变形、抗渗碳的井式加热炉马福罐等。

Description

锰氮高温耐热钢
本发明是关于一种锰氮高温耐热钢,特别是关于一种铬系锰氮高温耐热钢。
一般火力发电厂锅炉喷燃器火嘴,在锅炉运行时,工作温度一般在950-1100℃范围内,并且承受高速混燃煤粉的冲刷,因此,要求火嘴材料能够抗高温氧化、抗变形、抗混燃煤粉磨损,迄今锅炉厂生产的火力发电厂锅炉,均配备着RQTSi5.5材质的喷燃器火嘴和1Cr18Ni9Ti材质的喷燃器火嘴。苏联塔干洛戈“红色锅炉者”工厂制造的TπE-211/C系列锅炉,配备着Cr20Ni14Si2材质火嘴。然而RQTSi5.5材质火嘴一般寿命仅达2000-3000小时,达不到一个小修期。1Cr18Ni9Ti与Cr20Ni14Si2材质火嘴在有的锅炉上寿命可达8000小时,而装在某些锅炉的某些部位,其寿命仅4000小时就严重变形,氧化、磨损而坏掉,在已有的ACI、ASTM规格(JIS规格)中:HC(SCH-2)、HD(SCH-11)、HE(SCH-17)、HF(SCH-12)、HH(SCH-13)、HI(SCH-18)、HK-30(SCH-21)、HK-40(SCH-22)、HI(SCH-18)、HN(SCH-19)、HP、HT(SCH-15)、HT-30(SCH-16)、HU、HW、HX(注HW与HX为镍基合金)等,虽都具有高温抗氧化性,但高温下抗混燃煤磨损性都不理想。含镍量低的高温强度不高,而高温强度高的则其含镍量均高,成本太高。部分马氏体耐热钢虽高温下抗氧化、抗磨损,但铸态难以加工,不具备可焊性。
本发明的任务是:提供一种不含镍的锰氮高温耐热钢,能在950-1000℃高温下抗氧化,抗变形,抗混燃煤磨损,在铸态下有良好的机加工性,可焊性,而且熔铸工艺简便。
本发明是利用高铬、高碳、含氮配方获得铸态下为奥氏体基体,并含有部分碳化物的金相组织,其组成重量的百分比是:
Cr:24-30% C:0.4-1.5% Mn:5.2-7.3%
N:0.2-0.3% Si:0.4-1.1% P:≤0.035%
S:≤0.03% Cr/C=25-60余为铁及杂质。出炉时加入包头1#稀土硅铁合金0.3-0.5%进行处理。
本发明最佳配比的重量百分比是:
Cr:24-27% C:0.8-1.0% Mn:6-7%
N:0.2-0.3% Si:0.5~1.0% P:≤0.035%
S:≤0.03% Cr/C=25~35余为铁及杂质。出炉时加入包头1#稀土硅铁合金0.3-0.5%进行处理。
本发明适用于要求高温下抗氧化、抗变形、抗混燃煤粉磨损的发电厂锅炉喷燃器火嘴,要求较高的热处理箱式加热炉炉底板和要求高温抗氧化、抗变形、抗渗碳的井式加热炉马福罐等。
实施例:用表1中编号3成分,试制3只喷燃器火嘴,委托山东黄台发电厂做运行试验,锅炉经过2次大修4次小修,只更换过一只219×20小火嘴,已累计运行了33028小时。

1、锰氮高温耐热钢,其特征在于它的组成为:(重量%)
Cr:24-30% C:0.4-1.5% Mn:5.2-7.3%
N:0.2-0.3% Si:0.4-1.1%
P:≤0.035%
S:≤0.03% Cr/C=25-60
包头1#稀土硅铁合金:0.3-0.5%余为铁及杂质。
2、按照权利要求1所说的锰氮高温耐热钢,其特征在于它的组成为:
Cr:24-27% C:0.8-1.0%
Mn:6-7% N:0.2-0.3% Si:0.5~1.0%
Cr/C=25~35包头1#稀土硅铁合金:0.3-0.5%余为铁及杂质。
