Abstract

本发明涉及高纯硅铁的生产方式。它以精选石英石、石油焦、硅钢屑为原料,在矿热炉内还原冶炼硅铁,焦炭粒度0-10mm,原料配比石英石∶石油焦∶硅钢屑=100∶40-55∶5-55,石英石含SiO2>98.0%,Al23<0.03%,CaO<0.01%,其他杂质(除氧化铁外)总和<0.02%。本硅铁可用于冻炼高牌号无取向硅钢,取向硅钢和低合金钢。

Description

高纯硅铁的生产方法
本发明属冶金领域,高纯硅铁产品主要用于冶炼高牌号取向硅钢、无取向硅钢及低合金钢等方面,该方法适用于各种冶炼硅铁的矿热炉。
日本、美国、挪威等国冶炼硅铁是采用硅石+冶金焦(+石油焦+木炭+煤等)+钢屑(或铁矿石)在矿热炉内还原,有的还在炉外用多元渣吸法除部份杂质,工艺复杂。国内所有厂家生产硅铁,其方法也是用硅石+冶金焦等+钢屑在矿热炉内还原,少数厂家用多元渣吸法除杂质,所得产品杂质含量高,不适用于高牌号硅钢冶炼使用。传统的配料方法是硅石∶焦碳∶钢屑=100∶(48-56)∶26,硅石含SiO2>97%均可使用,焦碳粒度为5-18mm,钢屑是一般碳素钢屑。其缺点是冶金焦灰份高,普通钢屑一般含有0.4-1.4%Mn,Cr、Ti、V含量也偏高,致使难于保证硅铁质量,焦碳粒度大,表面积小,还原反应时间长。
本发明的目的是要克服传统方法的缺点,选用合适的原料和工艺条件,生产高纯硅铁供冶炼高牌号硅钢等使用。
本发明的目的是以如下方法实现的,采用精选石英石+石油焦(或石油焦加少量其它碳素)+硅钢屑,在矿热炉内还原,石油焦粒度为0-10mm,最佳粒度为0-5mm。炉料配比为石英石∶石油焦∶硅钢屑=100∶40-55∶5-55,此配比以固定碳含量为基准量。石英石化学成份(重量)要求为SiO2>98.0%,Al2O3<0.03%,CaO<0.01%,其他杂质除氧化铁外总和小于0.02%。所得高纯硅铁产品的杂质含量可控制在下列范围;

Si和Fe二元素为有效元素,根据使用要求调整配比,必要时根据对个别元素要求量的变化,可在出炉液态产品中分别通入氯气20-40分钟,20公斤,或氧气30-40分钟,5公斤,或水煤气(H2+H2O)20-40分钟,5公斤。
本发明的冶炼操作与普通矿热炉法生产硅铁合金相同。即将矿热炉通电升温烘烤到1000℃以上,开始逐渐往炉膛中加入混配好的物料,直到装满炉膛,然后维持料面,随缺随加,根据需要捣炉、扎眼。连续还原冶炼,间歇开炉,第一次出料时间长些,而后定期出炉时间随容量大小而不同。正常情况不需炉外精炼,若由于矿石杂质稍偏高,带来出炉产品杂质超过标准时,可根据杂质成份通少量氯气,或氧气,或氯氧并用,进行炉外液态精炼。取样分析,铸锭,破碎包装。
图1是本法生产高纯硅铁工艺流程图。
在4000KVA矿热炉上试生产,其主要参数如下:

石英石∶石油焦∶硅钢屑=100∶46∶12-14
炼得高纯硅铁成份如表2,

其ST-2硅铁供武钢生产高牌号无取向硅钢。ST-4号用于冶炼取向硅钢,其硅钢成品率100%。用本方法生产硅铁,在电力正常情况下,电耗为7800-8500度/吨硅铁。

Claims (2)

1、一种用矿热炉冶炼高纯硅铁的方法,其特征是采用精选石英石、石油焦(或石油焦加少量其他炭素),硅钢屑为原料,石英石∶石油焦∶硅钢屑(重量)=100∶40-55∶5-55,以固定碳为基准量,石油焦粒度为0-10mm,最佳粒度为0-5mm,将矿热炉通电升温烘烤到1000℃以上开始加入混合好的物料。
2、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是精选石英石化学重量成分要求SiO2>98.0%,Al2O3<0.03%,CaO<0.01%,其它杂质除氧化铁之外,总和<0.02%。
