技术领域
本发明涉及一种富锌食用菌添加剂,尤其涉及富锌香菇添加剂。
背景技术
近年来,我国的食用菌尤其是香菇产业发展迅速,出口量不断扩张,给城乡人民的生活和收入做出了贡献。在几十年的香菇生产中,一直采用培养料加红糖的老配方,以提供菌丝体碳素营养,促使发菌定植。然而加红糖虽然有利于香菇的培育,同样有利于其他杂菌的生长繁殖,致使生产香菇的成本偏高,菇品低劣。另一方面,据调查,我国29个省、市、自治区72%的县、市的城乡居民,体内缺少微量元素硒和锌。锌对人体高矮和产妇婴儿的健康关系极大。如何以复合微量元素取代红糖,以食用菌为载体,进行生物学强化,研制出人体能够吸收利用的有机微量元素食用菌,一直以来是我国食用菌行业科研人员的一项重要课题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的以上不足,而提供一种富锌香菇添加剂,其不但可促进香菇生长发育,高产优质,成本低廉,更能提高香菇的含锌、含锗量,从而为缺锌等人群补锌提供一条捷径。
本发明的目的通过以下方式实现:一种富锌香菇添加剂,其配方比例组成按重量百分比计包括:硫酸锌0.8%~1%,二氧化锗0.008%~0.01%,硫酸镁50%~75%,磷酸二氢钾0.3%,其余为水,各组分的重量总和为100%。
上述的比例组成中也可以加入硫酸钙1%。
本发明与现有技术相比由于在培育中采用了富锌添加剂,因而具有以下优点:
1、香菇中所含的锌、锗营养元素是经香菇菌丝体生物转化的有机锌、有机锗,不同于金属无机锌和无机锗,极易被人体吸收利用;
2、经有关部门检测表明,富锌、富锗香菇是无毒食品,食用安全,其香菇中所含的有机锌、有机锗可在人体组织内储存,利于参与谷胱甘肽过氧化酶的生物合成;
3、锌、锗被香菇吸收后,不仅增加其微量元素含量,而且在无机锌、无机锗强化香菇后,经生物转化成有机物,参与生物体内酶的转化,使蛋白质的质量得到很大提高;
4、本发明培育的香菇中的有机锌、有机锗具有消除自由基、抗炎、抗肿瘤和抗脂质氧化作用,增强肌体抗病能力;
5、本发明可以取代沿用几十年的食用菌培养料中的红糖,培育的食用菌具有吃料快、抗逆性强,成品率高达95%以上,且操作使用方便,生产成本低。
具体实施方式
本发明的实施例如下:
将硫酸锌、二氧化锗、硫酸镁、磷酸二氢钾按以下重量百分比配置:
硫酸锌0.8%~1%
二氧化锗0.008%~0.01%
硫酸镁50%~75%
磷酸二氢钾0.3%
其余为水;
各组份的重量总和为100%。
根据需要,可以在上述配方比例组成中加入硫酸钙1%。
本发明的制备方法:先将硫酸锌、二氧化锗、硫酸镁、磷酸二氢钾和水配成溶液,然后拌入菇料即可。本发明还可用于其他食用菌和果菜等农副产品,为人们提供富锌、富锗的营养食物,具有显著的社会效益、经济效益和生态效益。

1、一种富锌香菇添加剂,其特征是其配方比例组成按重量百分比计包括:硫酸锌0.8%~1%,二氧化锗0.008%~0.01%,硫酸镁50%~75%,磷酸二氢钾0.3%,其余为水,各组分的重量总和为100%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的富锌香菇添加剂,其特征在于所述配方比例组成中还可以加入硫酸钙1%。
