Abstract

一种建筑领域中的喷涂硬质聚氨酯泡沫外墙外保温系统及其施工工艺,它主要是将废弃的硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料经粉碎、研磨后与几种物料按重量比混合后喷涂在保温层的外面形成保温浆料找平层;然后,在找平层的外面喷涂聚脲弹性防水涂料层;最后,在防水涂料层外面喷涂有涂料面层。本发明既能为建筑节能65%找到一条有效途径,又能为废品回收利用、保护环境开辟一条捷径。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑外墙外保温节能系统及其施工工艺。
背景技术
现有建筑外墙外保温系统(胶粉聚苯颗粒、膨胀聚苯板薄抹灰)如果要达到节能65%的指标,只能增加其厚度才能实现。但厚度增加将会失去其性价比和建筑节能的安全使用性能。目前,硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料广泛地应用在国民经济和人们生活中的每个领域,全世界每年生产量已接近700万吨。在生产过程和消费使用中出现大量废弃的硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料。如何既能为建筑节能65%找到一条有效途径,又能为废品回收利用、保护环境开辟一条捷径,人们总是在不断的探索中。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种既能充分利用废弃的聚氨酯泡沫塑料又能生产出建筑热工性能优良、使用安全高效、工艺简单、工程质量优异的建筑外墙外保温节能系统(结构)及其施工工艺。
本发明的目的由以下方案实现:
本保温系统(结构)包括有外墙的基层1及其界面层2,界面层外喷涂硬质聚氨酯泡沫保温层3,在喷涂硬质聚氨酯泡沫保温层3的外部还喷涂有硬质聚氨酯泡沫保温浆料找平层4,该硬质聚氨酯泡沫保温浆料找平层4是由废弃的硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料经粉碎、筛分至5MM以下粉末料,再与水性聚氨酯树酯、粉煤灰、水泥、水按重量比例1∶1∶1∶1.5∶3.75混合均匀而成。
上述找平层4的外面喷涂有聚脲弹性防水涂料层7,它是由异氰酸酯封端预聚物A与仲伯胺B按重量比例1∶1混合均匀而成。
上述弹性防水涂料层7的外面喷涂有涂料面层8,它是由弹性氟碳树酯与金红石钛白粉、有机硅分散剂、水按重量比例45∶26∶1∶18在高速分散机中混合,经研磨机砂磨至细度40μM以下。
一种喷涂硬质聚氨酯泡沫外墙外保温系统(结构)的施工工艺,包括有对建筑物外围墙体基层1的处理,基层1的外面喷涂有界面层2,界面层2的外面又喷涂有硬质聚氨酯泡沫保温层3,由废弃的硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料经粉碎后与水性聚氨酯树酯、粉煤灰、水泥、水按重量比例1∶1∶1∶1.5∶3.75混合均匀,喷涂在保温层3的外面形成硬质聚氨酯泡沫找平层4;在找平层4的外面由异氰酸酯封端预聚物A与仲伯胺按重量比例1∶1混合均匀后进行喷涂,形成聚脲弹性防水涂料层7;最后将弹性氟碳树脂与金红石钛白粉、有机硅分散剂、水按重量比例45∶26∶1∶18在高速分散机中混合,经研磨机砂磨至细度40μM以下,喷涂在防水涂料层7的外面形成涂料面层8。
本发明的优点:能将废弃的硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料变废为宝,与现场喷涂硬质聚氨酯泡沫保温层3相互作用,形成建筑热工性能优异(导热系数为0.028K/CM.K)和整体型的保温节能与防水为一体的建筑节能外墙外保温系统。有效解决了废弃聚氨酯泡沫塑料对环境污染的问题和资源的循环综合利用的问题。也为建筑节能找到性价比高、使用安全高效、施工工艺简单、工程质量高的节能系统。

具体实施方式
以上附图所公开的结构是本发明的一个实施例的结构。图中,1为建筑外围结构墙体基层;2为界面层;3为喷涂硬质聚氨酯泡沫保温层;4为硬质聚氨酯泡沫保温浆料找平层;5为抗裂砂浆复合耐碱网格布层;6为柔性耐水腻子;7为聚脲弹性防水涂料;8为弹性涂料面层。
参见附图,本发明喷涂聚氨酯泡沫外墙外保温系统包括有基层1、界面层2、喷涂硬质聚氨酯泡沫保温层3;在保温层3外依次设置有泡沫保温浆料找平层4、抗裂砂浆复合耐碱网格布层5、柔性耐水腻子6、聚脂弹性防水涂料7、饰面弹性外墙涂料8。
上述硬质聚氨酯保温浆料找平层4,是由废弃的硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料经粉碎筛分后与水性聚氨酯树酯、粉煤灰、水泥、水按重量8KG、8KG、8KG、12KG、30KG现场搅拌均匀而成。
上述界面层2是碱交联的环氧树脂与聚酰酡按重量比例4∶1混配而成。
上述聚脲弹性防水涂料7是由异氰酸酯封端预聚物A与仲伯胺B按重量比例A∶B=1∶1现场混配而成。
上述的涂料面层8是由弹性氟碳树酯与金红石钛白粉、有机硅分散剂、水按重量450KG、260KG、10KG、180KG在高速分散机中混合,经研磨机砂磨至细度40μM以下即可。
一种喷涂硬质聚氨酯泡沫外墙外保温系统(结构)的施工工艺,包括有对建筑物外围墙体基层1的处理,基层1的外面喷涂有界面层2,界面层2的外面又喷涂有硬质聚氨酯泡沫保温层3,由废弃的硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料经粉碎后,与水性聚氨酯树酯、粉煤灰、水泥、水按重量8KG、8KG、8KG、12KG、30KG现场搅拌均匀后,喷涂在保温层3的外面形成硬质聚氨酯泡沫找平层4;在找平层4的外面还依次设置有抗裂砂浆复合耐碱网格布层5、柔性耐水腻子层6;再由异氰酸酯封端预聚物A与仲伯胺B按重量比例1∶1混合均匀后喷涂在外面形成聚脲弹性防水涂料层7;最后,将弹性氟碳树脂与金红石钛白粉、有机硅分散剂、水按重量450KG、260KG、10KG、180KG在高速分散机中混合,经研磨机砂磨至细度40μM以下,喷涂在防水涂料层7的外面形成涂料面层8。

Claims (4)

1、一种喷涂硬质聚氨酯泡沫外墙外保温结构,包括有外墙的基层(1)及其界面层(2),界面层外喷涂硬质聚氨酯泡沫保温层(3),其特征在于:在喷涂硬质聚氨酯泡沫保温层(3)的外部还喷涂有硬质聚氨酯泡沫保温浆料找平层(4),该硬质聚氨酯泡沫保温浆料找平层(4)是由废弃的硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料经粉碎、筛分至5MM以下粉末料,再与水性聚氨酯树酯、粉煤灰、水泥、水按重量比例1∶1∶1∶1.5∶3.75混合均匀而成。
2、按权利要求1所述的喷涂聚氨酯泡沫外墙外保温结构,其特征在于:上述找平层(4)外面喷涂有聚脲弹性防水涂料层(7),它是由异氰酸酯封端预聚物A与仲伯胺B按重量比例1∶1混合均匀而成。
3、按权利要求2所述的喷涂硬质聚氨酯泡沫外墙外保温结构,其特征在于:上述防水涂料层(7)的外面喷涂有涂料面层(8),它是由弹性氟碳树酯与金红石钛白粉、有机硅分散剂、水按重量比例45∶26∶1∶18在高速分散机中混合,经研磨机砂磨至细度40μM以下。
4、一种喷涂硬质聚氨酯泡沫外墙外保温结构的施工工艺,包括有对建筑物外围墙体基层(1)的处理,基层(1)的外面喷涂有界面层(2),界面层(2)的外面又喷涂有硬质聚氨酯泡沫保温层(3),其特征在于:由废弃的硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料经粉碎后与水性聚氨酯树酯、粉煤灰、水泥、水按重量比例1∶1∶1∶1.5∶3.75混合均匀,喷涂在保温层(3)的外面形成硬质聚氨酯泡沫找平层(4);在找平层(4)的外面由异氰酸酯封端预聚物A与仲伯胺按重量比例1∶1混合均匀后进行喷涂,形成聚脲弹性防水涂料层(7);最后将弹性氟碳树脂与金红石钛白粉、有机硅分散剂、水按重量比例45∶26∶1∶18在高速分散机中混合,经研磨机砂磨至细度40μM以下,喷涂在防水涂料层(7)的外面形成涂料面层(8)。
