Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于调节流向用户设备的气流的装置。
背景技术
大家知道,为了调节流向用户设备的气流的压力,长期以来一直使用这样的调节装置,它总的具有一通常位于建筑物外部的第一调节级,在该第一调节级下游有一第二调节级。
以目前的情况,万一第二调节级发生故障或失灵,气体通过一排放阀朝一排出口输送,该排出口不同于与用户设备连接的出口。
在目前情况下,如果发生故障,实际上就对整个气流进行驱散,这在经济方面和潜在危险发生方面都是相当不利的。
发明内容
本发明旨在通过提供一种流向用户设备的气流的调节装置来解决上述问题,该调节装置是前后两个调节级式的,它在发生故障的情况下能够大大降低所释放的气体量,从而显著地降低浪费和提高安全性。
基于这一宗旨,本发明的一个目的在于提供一种能够显著提高安全条件、同时无须依赖复杂设备的调节装置。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种调节装置,由于其独特的结构特征,它在使用中能够提供最大的可靠性和安全性方面的保证。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种流向用户设备的气流的调节装置,它可以很容易地由市场上的普通元件和材料来构成,单纯从经济方面考虑极具竞争力。
该宗旨以及上述和其它将在以后变得清楚的目的,可通过本发明的一种流向用户设备的气流的调节装置来实现,它包括一第一调节级和一设置在一外壳中并在被控气体的流动方向上设置在下游的第二调节级,所述第一调节级设置在所述第二调节级的所述外壳的外部,并且所述调节装置还包括一设置在所述第一和第二调节级之间的、在所述第二调节级的所述外壳的外部的、适于在所述第二调节级发生故障时介入的限流器,所述第二调节级具有一在发生故障时排出气流的阀。

具体实施方式
参见附图,总的由标号1表示的流向用户设备的气流的调节装置包括一设置在外部的第一调节级2和一第二调节级3。
在所示的该具体实施例中,第一和第二调节级直接相互连接和并排设置;如果第一和第二级由一连接管道实际地隔开和连接,就没有原理上的变化。
本发明的特点在于,提供有一限流器,该限流器总的由标号10表示,它设置在第一级2和第二级3之间,并设计成在第二级中发生故障时起作用。
按照一优选的、但非唯一的实施例,设置在第二级的外壳31处的限流器10具有一圆筒形套管11,该套管密封地容纳于一基座12中并形成一内部通道13。
在套管11朝向第一级的端部处有一球型限流件15,该限流件可滑动地容纳于径向衬垫翼片16之间,并受一比较弹簧17推压。
如果在第二级中发生故障并且因此使压力异常升高,限流球便克服弹簧17所施加的弹性比较而使自身抵靠于套管的轴向端部处所形成的截头锥体形的扩口部分19。
第二级3的内部具有一传统的隔膜30,该隔膜连接于外壳31,其中央与一杆32接合,该杆由传统的设定弹簧33作用。
如果发生故障,例如,支承密封垫41(该密封垫作用于与第一级连接的孔口42上)的臂40断裂,则会产生过大的压力,该过大压力使隔膜上移,因此造成气流流向排出阀45。
在这种情况下,过高的气流使具有限流球的限流器介入,它通过与截头锥体形扩口部分19相接合而大大限制气体的流动,并因此而限制外泄的气体量。
需要补充说明的是,即使发生故障,第二级中的压力也保持在0.014兆帕(140毫巴)以下。
由以上描述可以清楚,本发明可实现既定宗旨和目的,具体强调的事实是,提供了一种调节装置,其中,在第二级的某一元件发生故障的情况下,设置在第一级和第二级之间的一限流器可显著降低朝排出口输送的气体量。
如此构思的本发明可以有许多变化和修改,所有这些均落在所附权利要求书的范围之内。
所有的细节还可由其它在技术上等效的元件来代替。
实际上,所使用的材料以及可能的形状和尺寸都可以根据需要而定。
Claims (6)
1.一种流向用户设备的气流的调节装置(1),它包括一第一调节级(2)和一设置在一外壳(31)中并在被控气体的流动方向上设置在下游的第二调节级(3),所述第一调节级(2)设置在所述第二调节级(3)的所述外壳(31)的外部,并且所述调节装置还包括一设置在所述第一调节级(2)和第二调节级(3)之间的、在所述第二调节级(3)的所述外壳(31)的外部的、适于在所述第二调节级(3)发生故障时介入的限流器(10),所述第二调节级(3)具有一在发生故障时排出气流的阀(45)。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述限流器(10)设置在所述第二调节级(3)的所述外壳(31)处。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述限流器(10)设置在一用于连接所述第一调节级(2)和所述第二调节级(3)的一管道上。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述限流器(10)包括一圆筒形套管(11),所述套管密封地容纳于一基座(12)中并形成一内部通道(13),在所述套管(11)朝向第一调节级(2)的端部中设置有一球型限流件(15),所述球型限流件可滑动地容纳于径向衬垫翼片(16)之间并由一比较弹簧(17)推压。
5.如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述套管(11)在设置所述球型限流件的端部处具有一截头锥体形扩口部分。
6.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二调节级的出口处的气压低于0.014兆帕。
