技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造塑性盖中杯和安全环之间断裂切口的设备。
背景技术
已知的在塑性盖的侧壁上制造圆周断裂切口的设备,在将杯从盖撕开之后,该切口形成仍连接到容器的安全环:为此目的,在杯中仍有保持元件,由例如将环的端部挡板内折的方法获得,其适于配合在设置在容器的颈部上的凸起颈圈之上。
在这些设备中,通常该断裂切口通过如下方式设置:沿着切割边缘垂直于所述盖的轴线的切刀,靠与盖配合的心轴滚压盖的侧表面。在执行所述盖滚压的步骤中,心轴相对于该盖大致地轴向偏移,因为该切刀与适于使所述臂相对心轴的轴线移动所述盖的入口部分相连:滚压该盖时,心轴持续压迫盖的侧壁顶着切刀的切割边缘,这样就实现了切割。
在盖滚压步骤结束时,必须重新定位杯使其与心轴的轴向对齐,以便能够正确的进行随后的制造工艺的操作:例如,在碰到由出现在所述杯中的保持元件形成的底切(undercuts)构成的障碍物的情况下,必须将杯从心轴移开。
而且,考虑到市场现有的盖的多种形状和尺寸,重新定位杯是一相当复杂的操作。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于制造塑性盖中杯和安全环之间断裂切口的设备,其允许在形成所述切口之后,重新定位杯使其相对于插入其中的心轴的轴线对齐。
在该发明目的的范围内,本发明的目的是提供一种适应于各种形状和尺寸的盖的通用设备。
本发明的另一目的是用一简单、操作相对容易、使用安全有效且成本相对较低的结构实现所述目的。
由用于制造塑性盖中杯和安全环之间断裂切口的本设备实现这些目的,该设备包括:设置有至少一个心轴的旋转装置,所述心轴能配置在所述杯中绕所述心轴自身的对称轴沿着用于形成所述切口的切刀的切割边缘对所述杯的侧壁滚动,所述切刀与一入口部分相连,所述入口部分通过顶着所述心轴夹持所述侧壁使所述杯相对于所述心轴的旋转轴线轴向偏移,其特征在于,所述设备还包括用于一旦断裂切口形成就相对于所述旋转轴线再定所述杯的中心的装置。

具体实施方式
参照附图,标记数字1一般表示根据本发明的用于制造盖杯和塑性盖2中密封环之间断裂切口的设备。
适于制造杯3和盖2中用以封闭容器(杯3优选的设置有内保持元件5,用以与设置在各个容器上的颈圈配合)的密封环4之间断裂切口的设备,其包括:基座6,其向上凸出有一大致垂直的支架7,所述支架7由支撑梁9的平行立柱8构成(见附图1)。
所述基座6可旋转地支撑旋转转盘10,其具有垂直轴并预先设定在输入和输出运送装置之间连续地运送盖2,图中未示出。基座6还支撑旋转装置11,其设置有多个具有垂直轴的心轴12;每一个心轴可以设置在各个杯3中并适合绕其对称轴S滚动,所述杯3的侧壁13沿着切刀15的切割边缘14,用于在所述侧壁13上制造圆周断裂切口。为了这个目的,切刀15与杯3的入口部分16相连,其与之相邻并适合于使每个杯3相对于每个心轴12的旋转轴R轴向偏移,以便将侧壁13夹持在所述切割边缘14和心轴12之间。

转盘10与连续转动运动的装置18相连,其由一齿轮降速马达19构成,用凸缘20将齿轮降速马达19固定到基座的部件21,且齿轮降速马达19具有刚性连接以便与所述转盘10同轴的垂直输出轴22。
转盘10包括(见图2)第一滚筒23,其内部设置有轴向通孔24,下部区域与连接到齿轮降速马达19的输出轴22上的凸缘轴25相连,且其受多个周边通孔26的影响,周边通孔26具有垂直轴线,且这些周边通孔26角向等距的,用于各支柱27的滑动插入,各支柱27的上端部设置有其运送盖2的座;所述座优选的由盘状平板件28构成,其向下延伸有由止推轴承30支撑的各杆件29,止推轴承30安装在设置于支柱27内的各插座件31内。驱动支柱27以便从较低位置上升至较高位置,各个支柱27的下端部固定有辊子32,所述辊子配置在与延伸件25同轴且与基座6成一整体体的环形凸轮33中。第一滚筒23上还相互角向等距设置有多个横向通槽25。
第一滚筒23的顶上有第二滚筒34,第二滚筒34刚性的配合到第一滚筒23上,第二滚筒34大致为环形且设置有多个具有垂直轴的圆柱形通孔座35,,各个通孔座与第一滚筒23的相应的通孔26同轴:各圆柱形衬套36固定在相应的通孔座35中。
支撑件37刚性的固定到第二滚筒34上,并由多个圆周臂件38构成,各圆周臂件38垂直延伸并相互角向等距:各个臂件38受到对应于第二滚筒34的各座35的各个槽39的作用。
垂直柱件40刚性的安装到基座6上,其同轴的插入到第一和第二滚筒23和34中;大致为盘状的顶盖41锁到柱件40的顶端上,且所述顶盖41的上部区域设置有开口42,其侧表面设置有带滚动轨道(rolling track)的圆柱形凸轮43,所述滚动轨道横截面为矩形。
旋转装置11包括滑动块44,其设置有配合在圆柱形凸轮43中的侧轮45;滑动块44向下延伸设置有用于支撑杆47的固定支架46,通过插入盘簧48将杆47弹性的装配到固定支架46上,所述杆47自由地插入到狭长的管状体49中,将其如此支撑以便其能在相应的衬套36中旋转并且其下端部末端为大致盘状垫片50。
各管状体49下部区域都具有刚性的配合于其上的相应的心轴12;所述心轴设置有让各自的杆47通过的轴向孔,且在其基部具有圆柱形空腔51(见图4);优选地,在心轴12侧表面上设置有支撑杯的保持元件5的档圈52。
有利的是,旋转装置11由马达53驱动,如由无刷型马达且通过其带有的垂直轴通过带驱动元件54驱动。
带驱动元件54包括套筒55,按能沿着支柱40旋转的方式支撑套筒55,其在上端部56处被马达53驱动;第一齿形皮带轮(pulley)58和第二齿形皮带轮59插入到所述套筒的下端部57,第一齿形皮带60和第二齿形皮带61分别绕在所述第一和第二皮带轮上,所述带环形闭合并且适于心轴12的旋转驱动:第一和第二带60、61在适当的张力辊子62的辅助下,分别绕在各自驱动皮带轮63上,皮带轮63固定到各自的管状体49的顶部。
第三齿形皮带轮64插入到套筒55的上端部56,且第三齿形皮带65绕在所述第三皮带轮上;所述第三皮带环形闭合并与马达53相连;驱动滑轮67固定到马达53的输出轴66上,且第三齿形皮带65缠绕在其上。输出轴66通过顶盖41的开口42,且其轴线平行于套筒55的轴线;可选的,马达53可直接同轴的与套筒55相连。
再定杯3的中心的装置17包括多个推杆68,每个推杆68在相应的杯3的侧壁13上沿相对于转盘10的轴向大致径向离心的方向动作:推杆68由相应的凸轮机构69驱动。
各推杆68优选的大致为四棱柱,并带有用于与相应的杯3相接触的微凸表面70(见图3);推杆68与臂件71相连,臂件71连续到可滑动的杆件72,杆件72在各自的导引块73内相对于转盘10的大致径向方向滑动,导引块73插入到各自的槽33a中。带垂直轴74的轮能在每个杆件72的自由端以合适的角度旋转;凸轮机构69由扁平轨道(flat track)75构成,扁平轨道75环形闭合且设置在沿支柱40与转盘10同轴固定的衬套76的下表面。轨道75适于让具有垂直轴的轮74滚动,以致使各自的推杆68的径向平动,从而离心地移动各杯3,移动所述杯3的对称轴S使得其与各自的心轴12的旋转轴线R一致。
还设置有用于由各推杆68推动的杯3的圆周支撑件77,圆周支撑件77包括具有狭长外形、且端部为L形部分79的支撑支架78,L形部分79可以根据杯3的尺寸相对于转盘10径向调节。
切刀15紧装在低位基准板80和高位补充板81之间,其被适合的固定装置82(例如夹钳型)固定在那里:切割边缘14的外形大致为圆弧形,该圆弧与转盘10上各杯3的旋转路径T同心。板80和补充板81上形成有入口部分16,其形状制成能提供在杯3滚动时相对于各自心轴12的旋转轴R的轴向偏移。
根据本发明的操作步骤如下:将各盖2固定在转盘10上板28和垫片50之间,通过圆柱形凸轮43中相应的侧轮45的滚动驱动所述垫片50使之降落,通过相应的辊轮32沿着环形凸轮33滚动来驱动板28使之上升到切刀15的平面上;加装盘簧48使得由任何制造误差产生的各种盖之间的即使是微小的尺寸误差都可以得到补偿。
每个杯3都绕其自身的对称轴S滚动,在通过入口16后该对称轴S大致平行于各自的心轴12的旋转轴线R,以使得可沿着夹持在所述心轴12和切刀15之间的侧壁13制造断裂切口(见图4)。
在该点,凸轮安机构69引起相应的杆72和推杆68的离心径向平动,其通过作用杯3的侧壁13使得其对称轴S再次与相应的心轴12的旋转轴R一致;这可以借助精确停止杯3径向移动的支撑元件77实现(图3)。
根据本发明的设备确保在形成断裂切口部分的后期,能相对于心轴12的旋转轴R有效的再定杯3的中心;而且该操作可以用各种形状和尺寸的盖2以多种方式执行。
这样就实现了本发明提出的目的和目标。
可以想到本发明有多种修改和变化,所有这些都再本发明的创造性概念的范围之内。
而且,所有的细节都可以用其它的等同技术替换。
实际上,根据需要所使用的材料、形状和尺寸,都在所附权利要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (8)
1.一种用于制造塑性盖中杯和安全环之间断裂切口的设备,包括:设置有至少一个心轴(12)的旋转装置(11),所述心轴(12)能配置在所述杯(3)中绕所述心轴自身的对称轴(S)沿着用于形成所述切口的切刀(1 5)的切割边缘(14)对所述杯(3)的侧壁(13)滚动,所述切刀(15)与一入口部分(16)相连,所述入口部分(16)通过顶着所述心轴(12)夹持所述侧壁(13)使所述杯(3)相对于所述心轴(12)的旋转轴线(R)轴向偏移,其特征在于,所述设备还包括用于一旦断裂切口形成就相对于所述旋转轴线(R)再定所述杯(3)的中心的装置(17)。
