技术领域
本发明涉及一带有分配头的流体产品分配装置,所述分配头尤其是包括分配孔的一封闭件。
背景技术
本技术领域内已熟知流体产品分配装置的分配孔的封闭件。存在多种类型。第一类所包括的封闭件为:弹性伸展向其封闭位置,分配阶段时,在产品压力作用下变形或移位,以打开分配孔。所述装置或为可变形材料封闭件,或为活塞式封闭件,所述活塞式封闭件可在产品施加的压力作用下,远离分配孔,在喷射流道内滑移。文件US-5 806 762中描述了一可变形封闭件,所述封闭件围绕着一硬嵌入件,其封闭功能与装置内流体施加的压力直接相关。另一类封闭件包括:起动装置以分配一定剂量产品时,被分配装置头部分挤压下发生机械变形的封闭件。此时,封闭件的打开独立于产品所施加的压力。文件EP-0 867 228中描述了一输出阀,在所述阀下部的分配头的喷射流道处,输出阀既无嵌入件,也无封闭件。
所述封闭件,尽流道运行正确,但其缺点在于生产及组装相对复杂,因此造价较高。它们通常须改变分配头以适应封闭件,这即意味着:流体产品分配装置的生产成本还会增加。另一方面,当分配头包括一喷洒型面时,封闭件的存在一般会改变所述喷洒型面的几何形状,喷射产品时这会破坏喷射的质量。
文件GB-17793中描述了一可旋拧式嵌入件,以改变涡流室的体积。所述嵌入件可用作封闭件,但用户必须用手通过旋拧,以使所述嵌入件移向、移出所述密封位置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一流体产品分配装置,其具有流体产品分配头,所述分配头不存在上述缺点。
本发明的目的在于提供一流体产品分配装置,其分配头生产、装配都很简单,而且不必改变分配头。
本发明的目的还在于提供流体产品分配装置,在其分配头内,分配孔处的喷洒型面的几何形状,在产品喷射过程中不会改变,因而保证了最佳喷射质量。
因此,本发明的目的在于提出一流体产品分配装置,其包括一泵,所述泵包括一用于分配流体产品的活塞和一泵室,所述泵室形成于一入口阀和一出口阀之间,所述流体产品分配装置还包括用于分配流体产品的分配头,所述主体形成一产品喷射流道,所述流道终止于一分配孔,一硬嵌入件安放在所述喷射流道内,所述分配头包括安放在所述喷射流道内的一封闭件,所述封闭件可在所述喷射流道的一封闭位置与所述喷射流道的一非封闭位置之间移动,所述封闭件在静止时被压向其封闭位置上,在分配流体产品时,自动移向其非封闭位置,并且在流体产品分配结束后又自动返回其封闭位置,所述封闭件与所述硬嵌入件构成单一整体件,这样,所述硬嵌入件可在所述喷射流道内、在一静止位置——对应于所述封闭件的封闭位置与一动作位置——对应于所述封闭件的非封闭位置之间移动,所述分配装置的特征在于,所述硬嵌入件形成所述泵的出口阀,或者固定在所述泵的所述出口阀上,当流体产品被喷射时,所述硬嵌入件被移向其动作位置,而流体产品一旦已被喷射出,则自动返回其静止位置。
有利地是,所述封闭件由所述硬嵌入件沿流体产品流动方向的下游端形成。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及带有封闭件的一分配头。图1、2示出了鼻形分配头的端部,但本发明也适合其它类型的分配头。
如图1、2所示,分配头包括主体1,所述主体形成有喷射流道2,所述喷射流道末端为分配孔3。硬嵌入件4在所述喷射流道2内,可限制喷射流道的死滞容积,并由此确定一狭窄的产品通道,这有利于产品从所述分配孔处喷射出去。有利地是,分配头包括喷洒型面21,所述喷洒型面优选实施在喷射流道2的前底壁20处,分配孔3因而在所述喷洒型面中间。优选,已知喷洒型面可包括涡流流道,所述涡流流道与直接设在分配孔3顶端的一涡流室相连。
根据本发明,硬嵌入件4以活动方式安放在喷射流道2内,在图1所示静止位置与图2所示动作位置之间。所述硬嵌入件的一部分,优选为其沿产品流动方向的下游端5,形成分配孔的封闭件。因此,所述封闭件与所述嵌入件4一同在封闭位置(如图1,所述封闭位置即为嵌入件4的静止位置)与打开位置(如图2,所述打开位置即为嵌入件4的动作位置)之间移动。形成封闭件的嵌入件4先处于其封闭位置上,分配产品时,它自动移向其打开位置,再自动返回其最初位置,即其封闭位置。
优选,一空心件如空心套筒10,固定在喷射流道2里、在所述喷射流道2的前壁20附近。有利地是,喷洒型面21在所述固定套筒10与所述前壁20之间可制出在这些元件其中之一内,或者必要时,甚至可同时制成在这两个元件中。硬嵌入件4的下游端5优选以密封方式在所述固定空心套筒10中滑移,而流体产品在所述套筒10外面,在其外壁与喷射流道2的内壁之间流动。
在如图所示的实施方式中,嵌入件4下游端5的直径小于嵌入件4整体的直径,以最大限度降低死滞容积。因此,如图所示,硬嵌入件4大致填满整个喷射流道2的空间,只留出一狭窄的产品通道,喷射流道2下游端有空心套筒10,意味着嵌入件4的部分下游端直径缩小了,以能穿过所述空心套筒10。
有利地是,如前所述,喷射流道2的前壁20可包括喷洒型面21。在此情况下,图中所示的实施方式有一突出优点,即在动作位置上时,喷洒型面21的几何形状不会发生改变,因为它确定在固定套筒10与喷射流道2的底部之间。这特别不同于目前已有的封闭件,目前已有封闭件用可变形材料实施,一般会在向其开放位置时发生弹性变形,如此,喷洒型面在喷射时必须改变,而这样可能会改变喷射质量。但本发明中却不会出现所述缺点,如图中清楚所示。
有利地是,仍如图所示,硬嵌入件4的下游端5延伸至空心套筒10之外,以密封方式与在所述硬嵌入件4静止位置上的分配孔3协作。所述实施可保证分配孔3处的密封。因此,可避免喷射结束后留在涡流室内或喷洒型面中的产品被污染的危险。
本发明的分配头可实施于所有类型的流体产品分配装置。图3示出了一分配装置的优化实施例,所述分配装置包括一如下所述的分配头。它包括一容器(未示出),容器中装有被分配产品,所述容器上装配有一分配件如泵50,所述泵包括活塞51,所述活塞可在泵的主体52内滑移,起动所述活塞51可有选择地分配容器内的产品。泵室55形成在进入阀56与输出阀57之间,所述进入阀使泵室55与容器相连,所述输出阀使泵室55与所述分配头的喷射流道2相连。有利地是,硬嵌入件4与所述输出阀57连为一体,这样,当打开输出阀57,以可从所述泵室55中喷射出产品时,它可从其静止位置移向其动作位置。尤其地,所述硬嵌入件4本身形成泵50的输出阀57,当泵活塞51的启动行程结束时,所述硬嵌入件4从其静止位置移向其动作位置,即保证了在喷射出泵室55内产品的精确时刻,打开喷射流道2及分配孔3。产品喷射结束后,输出阀57被泵50的回位弹簧59拉回关闭,所述回位弹簧可把嵌入件4拉回其静止位置,即封闭件的封闭位置(参照图1)。因此,封闭件借助泵50的输出阀57打开、关闭,因而机械地打开或关闭。
有利地是,喷射流道2由空心杆30形成,所述空心杆固定地、或如图中所示以整体件方式与泵的活塞51相连。所述空心杆30因此还包括分配孔3。空心杆30是不可拆卸的,所述设置可预防任何拔掉分配头的企图,因为这样可能会导致产品受到污染。在所述实施例中,主体1只具有泵50的启动部件的功能。它可拆卸,或实施成任何所需形状,尤其可根据靠待分配产品设计其形状或装饰。

Claims (7)

4.根据权利要求3所述的分配装置,其特征在于,在所述硬嵌入件(4)的静止位置上,所述硬嵌入件(4)的下游端(5)延伸到所述空心套筒(10)之外,并以密封方式与所述分配孔(3)协作。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的分配装置,其特征在于,在所述喷射流道(2)的前壁(20)与所述空心套筒(10)之间形成有一喷洒型面(21)。
