Abstract

本发明是一种柴油掺水乳化过程中使用的复合型柴油乳化剂配方,含有山梨糖醇油酸酯(司本-80)、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐(吐温-80)、油酸、氢氧化钠、聚乙烯醇和水。用本发明的配方制成的乳化柴油节油率高,可达17.8~31%;成本低;热稳定性好;不腐蚀设备:能减轻燃油废气对环境的污染。

Description

复合型柴油乳化剂配方
本发明涉及柴油掺水乳化过程中使用的复合型柴油乳化剂的配方。
柴油掺水乳化技术,是一项重要的节能技术。在柴油中加入一定比例的水和柴油乳化剂,即可制成乳化柴油。柴油乳化不仅能节省柴油,而且乳化柴油比柴油燃烧得更充分,因此能减轻燃油废气对环境的污染。
柴油乳化剂分为阴离子型、阳离子型和复合型三大类。在复合型柴油乳化剂中,一般都含有山梨糖醇油酸酯(司本-80)、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐(吐温-80)和一种水溶性高分子化合物如聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙二醇酯和聚氧乙烯醚等。为了调节乳化剂的PH值,还需要加入油酸和氢氧化钠。
复合型柴油乳化剂的研究工作已经报道得很多,出现了不少配方,如《现代化工》1986年第5期(53~55页)所述。这些配方一是节油率较低,一般只有10~17%;二是主剂用量较大,司本-80和吐温-20的合计加入量占乳化柴油体积的2%,因而乳化柴油的成本高,经济效益差;三是配制成的乳化柴油热稳定性不好,一般只能在30℃以下使用,稳定期在一个月以内。
本发明的任务,是要提供一种复合型柴油乳化剂的配方,用它配制的乳化柴油,不但节油率高,而且成本低,热稳定性好。
为达到上述目的,本发明的复合型柴油乳化剂配方中加入的水溶性高分子化合物为聚乙烯醇,这是本发明的特征。配方中各组分的重量百分比在下述范围内:
山梨糖醇油酸酯(司本-80) 1.91~2.25%
聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐(吐温-80) 0.19~0.25%
油酸 1.15~1.45%
氢氧化钠 0.11~0.15%
聚乙烯醇 0.55~0.75%
水 95.15~96.00%
采用本发明的复合型柴油乳化剂配方配制的乳化柴油,先后在C.C.195-B型手扶拖拉机和斯柯达706RT汽车上进行过多次试验,结果证明:1、节油率高;在C.C.195-B型手扶拖拉机和斯柯达706RT汽车上测得的节油率为17.8~31%,在最大转速下功率下降不超过2.0%;2、乳化剂主剂司本-80和吐温-80的合计加入量一般只占乳化柴油体积的0.3~0.5%,因而乳化柴油成本低,经济效益高;3、由于本发明的配方中加入了水溶性高分子化合物聚乙烯醇,提高了配方的热稳定性,按本发明的配方配制的乳化柴油使用温度为4~60℃,稳定期为2~3个月;4、不会腐蚀使用设备。
实施例1
乳化剂配方:司本-80 2.20%
吐温-80 0.22%
油酸 1.40%
氢氧化钠 0.15%
聚乙烯醇 0.75%
水 95.28%
用上述配方配制的柴油乳化剂,按下列重量比制成乳化柴油:
柴油∶水∶乳化剂=86∶13.4∶0.6
将该乳化柴油用作C.C.195-B型手扶拖拉机的燃料,测得节油率为20.09%,手扶拖拉机操作正常,排气无黑烟。乳化柴油在室温下密闭存放2月未出现分层、变质。
实施例2
乳化剂配方:司本-80 2.20%
吐温-80 0.22%
油酸 1.20%
氢氧化钠 0.12%
聚乙烯醇 0.55%
水 95.71%
用上述配方配制的柴油乳化剂,按下列重量比制成乳化柴油:
柴油∶水∶乳化剂=86.50∶12.92∶0.58
将该乳化柴油用作斯柯达706RT汽车燃料,测得节油率为31%,汽车起动性良好,排烟基本无黑烟。乳化柴油在室温下密闭存放2个月未出现分层、变质。

1、一种柴油掺水乳化过程中使用的复合型柴油乳化剂配方,含有山梨糖醇油酸酯(司本-80)、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐(吐温-80)、油酸、氢氧化钠和一种水溶性高分子化合物,其特征是所加入的水溶性高分子化合物为聚乙烯醇;各组分的重量百分比在下述范围内:
山梨糖醇油酸酯(司本-80) 1.91~2.25%
聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐(吐温-80) 0.19~0.25%
油酸 1.15~1.45%
氢氧化钠 0.11~0.15%
聚乙烯醇 0.55~0.75%
水 95.15~96.00%
