Abstract

燃料输送单元
技术领域
本发明涉及用于机动车的燃料输送单元,它具有至少一个固定在保持部件上的燃料泵,用于由一个设在燃料箱的底部区域中的注流罐抽吸燃料,及具有一个使燃料由燃料箱输送到注流罐并经过一个馈给导管连接在燃料泵上的喷射泵。
背景技术
这种燃料输送单元普遍地使用在现在的机动车中及因此是公知的,例如公开在US5452701中。燃料过滤器通常为袋状构型及被固定在燃料泵的一个抽吸托架上。燃料泵与燃料过滤器一起相对注流罐区域由支架预夹紧。从机动车燃料输送单元引导到内燃机的前向导管设有传到喷射泵的馈给导管的分支。喷射泵通常被固定在注流罐的壁上,及用于当燃料箱几乎要空的情况下确保注流罐中燃料的最小液面。
公知的燃料输送单元的缺点在于:它的安装费事及安装到燃料箱中的馈给导管必需很长。而馈给导管的大长度将导致:在燃料泵起动后经过一个延时喷射泵才能将燃料输送到注流罐中。因此,在燃料箱几乎空的情况下燃料泵经常短时间不被供给燃料。这可能导致内燃机或废气催化器的损伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种开始部分所述类型的燃料输送单元,它可特别简单地安装及在燃料泵起动后可特别快地将燃料输送到注流罐中。
根据本发明,该问题将这样被解决,即保持部件及喷射泵构成一个可预安装的结构单元。
通过该构型可在喷射泵被装到燃料箱中前使它连接在燃料泵上。由于本发明用于喷射泵的馈给导管不再需要布置在燃料箱中。由此根据本发明的输送单元的安装变得非常简单。该构型的另一优点在于:对在燃料箱外面完全安装好的燃料输送单元可作出其功能上的检验。此外用于喷射泵的馈给导管可作得很短。这导致馈给导管中的液流损耗特别小及由此导致喷射泵特别小的功率输入。由于馈给导管长度小使其具有很小的容积,这就导致了:在燃料泵起动后,喷射泵输送燃料的极小延迟。因此,几乎在燃料泵起动的紧后面即可向注流罐输送燃料。
根据本发明的另一有利构型,在燃料泵起动后喷射泵工作的延迟可保持很小,即这时喷射泵馈给导管从燃料泵的压力侧垂直地引导到喷射泵。此外通过该构型不会有气泡聚集在馈给导管中及由此影响喷射泵的工作。
根据本发明的一个有利构型,对于喷射泵的工作仅需要很小的燃料容积流,即这时在具有一个高压级及一个低压级的燃料泵上从贯流的方向上看,喷射泵的馈给导管直接地连接在高压级的后面。
当保持部件与馈给导管被整体地构成时,可有利于根据本发明的燃料输送单元安装的进一步简化。
当用于接收燃料泵的保持部件被构成罐状时,根据本发明的燃料输送单元在结构上可特别简单地构成。此外该构型可导致根据本发明的燃料输送单元特别简单的安装。
燃料过滤器譬如可如公知的燃料输送单元那样地构成袋状。而根据本发明的另一有利构型,燃料的污染可保持特别小,即这时燃料过滤器被设置在保持部件的壁的一个垂直区域中。由此在燃料泵关断后污颗粒可从燃料过滤器上掉下。
根据本发明的燃料输送单元的结构可特别紧凑,这时喷射泵被直接地设置在燃料泵的下方。此外,由此可使气泡很简单地离开馈给导管。
根据本发明的另一有利构型,保持部件与喷射泵在燃料箱中的安装可变得特别简单,即这时保持部件在其底部区域具有一个用于抽吸燃料的、安装在注流罐中的出口的上方的孔口。
保持部件譬如可具有一个与喷射泵连接的法兰盘。而根据本发明的另一有利构型,保持部件可与喷射泵一起成本特别合理地由塑料在一个共同的压铸模中制造,即这时喷射泵与保持部件被整体地构成。由此就免除了喷射泵在保持部件上的安装。
当保持部件具有一个用于燃料泵的排气导管时,可有利于根据本发明的燃料输送单元安装的进一步简化。

在一个唯一的附图中表示了一个机动车燃料箱1的底部区域的截面图,其中具有一个注流罐(Schwalltopf)2及具有一个根据本发明的燃料输送单元3。
燃料输送单元3具有一个设在注流罐2中的保持部件4。该保持部件4与燃料泵5、喷射泵6及燃料过滤器7一起构成一个结构单元。这里保持部件4构成罐状及与喷射泵6整体地构成。燃料过滤器7被设置在保持部件4的一个壁的垂直区域上。燃料泵5具有一个高压级9及一个低压级10。低压级10从保持部件4的底部区域抽吸被燃料过滤器7过滤清洁的燃料及将其输送到高压级9。在高压级9上连接着一个传送到未示出的机动车内燃机的前向导管11及一个传送到喷射泵6的馈给导管12。低压级10具有一个由保持部件4中导出的排气导管13。为了使图清楚起见,燃料泵5及导管11-13仅被概要地表示。
馈给导管12直接从燃料泵5的高压级9垂直向下地被导至喷射泵6的喷口14。在喷口14的直接下方,保持部件4具有一个孔口15。该孔口15位于一个可由阀16关闭的注流罐2的出口17的上方。当燃料泵5起动时燃料没有明显延时地到达喷射泵6的喷口14。由此燃料从燃料箱1中吸出并输送到注流罐2中。当燃料泵5关断后阀16关闭注流罐2的出口17,及由此阻止了注流罐2的泄空。

Claims (9)

1.用于机动车的燃料输送单元,它具有至少一个固定在保持部件上的燃料泵,用于由一个设在燃料箱的底部区域中的注流罐抽吸燃料,及具有一个使燃料由燃料箱输送到注流罐并经过一个馈给导管连接在燃料泵上的喷射泵,其特征在于:保持部件(4)及喷射泵(6)构成一个可预安装的结构单元,其中,该用于接收燃料泵(5)的保持部件(4)被构成罐状。
2.根据权利要求1的燃料输送单元,其特征在于:喷射泵(6)馈给导管(12)从燃料泵(5)的压力侧垂直地引导到喷射泵(6)。
3.根据权利要求1或2的燃料输送单元,其特征在于:在具有一个高压级(9)及一个低压级(10)的燃料泵(5)上从贯流的方向上看,喷射泵(6)的馈给导管(12)直接地连接在高压级(9)的后面。
4.根据权利要求1或2的燃料输送单元,其特征在于:保持部件(4)与馈给导管(12)整体地构成。
5.根据权利要求1或2的燃料输送单元,其特征在于:燃料过滤器(7)被设置在保持部件(4)的壁(8)的一个垂直区域中。
6.根据权利要求1或2的燃料输送单元,其特征在于:喷射泵(6)被直接地设置在燃料泵(5)的下方。
7.根据权利要求1或2的燃料输送单元,其特征在于:保持部件(4)在其底部区域具有一个用于抽吸燃料的、安装在注流罐(2)中的出口(17)的上方的孔口(15)。
8.根据权利要求1或2的燃料输送单元,其特征在于:喷射泵(6)与保持部件(4)整体地构成。
9.根据权利要求1或2的燃料输送单元,其特征在于:保持部件(4)具有一个用于燃料泵(5)的排气导管(13)。
