Abstract
一种汽车燃油输送组件,它具有一个设在一个燃油储存箱(10)内的罐形储存容器(12),其内部设有一个输送装置(18),它将燃油输送到汽车的内燃机。由输送装置(18)输送的燃油流过一个过滤器(24),在此,通过一个分配板(36)形成过滤器(24)与输送装置(18)的液压连通。由输送装置(18)输送的燃油流过分配板(36)上的一个通道(48)进入过滤器(24)并再从过滤器(24)出来流过分配板(36)。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车燃油输送组件。
背景技术
一种这样的燃油输送组件已由德国专利DE19531467 A1公开这种燃油输送组件具有一个设在汽车的燃油储存箱内的输送装置,燃油通过它从储油箱被输送到内燃机。此外设有一个过滤器,由输送装置输送的燃油流过该过滤器,它具有一个过滤器壳体。此外还设有一个连接元件,借助它,形成过滤器与输送装置的液压连通。该过滤器由于需要单独的过滤器壳体且过滤器壳体需要固定而导致制造和安装成本高。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的上述缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种汽车燃油输送组件,该组件中的过滤器不需要单独的过滤器壳体。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,本发明提供了一种用于汽车的燃油输送组件,包括:设在汽车储油箱内的输送设备,它把燃油从储油箱输送到汽车内燃机;过滤器,由输送设备输送的燃油从中流过,过滤器具有一个过滤器壳体;以及一个连接元件,过滤器与输送设备借助该连接元件形成液压连通,其中,在储油箱内设有一个箱形储存容器,输送设备设在其中并将燃油从中输出,连接元件设置成板形并设在输送设备之上,过滤器壳体至少部分地由储存容器和/或连接元件构成。
具有上述结构的本发明的燃油输送组件具有以下优点:即对于过滤器而言,不再需要单独的过滤器壳体,因为它由储存容器和/或连接元件构成。
它把燃油从储存容器输送到汽车的内燃机的喷射装置。输送装置具有一个尤其是电动机形式的驱动部件。

本发明的多个实施例在图中示出并在下面的描述中被进一步解释。图1示出了第一实施例的燃油输送组件,图2示出了第二实施例的燃油输送组件的截面图,图3示出了第三实施例的燃油输送组件的截面图。
具体实施方式
在图1至3中所示的汽车燃油输送组件具有一个设在汽车的燃油储存箱10内的储存容器12。该储存容器12的体积比储油箱10明显小。储存容器12设置成罐形并最好由耐燃油的塑料组成。储存容器12具有一个大致呈高桶形的周围区域14和一个底16。周围区域14和底16可设置成彼此为一体或为例如彼此粘接或焊接,尤其是超声焊接在一起的单独部分。在储存容器12内设有一个输送装置18,它把燃油从储存容器12输送到汽车内燃机的喷射装置。输送装置18具有一个尤其是电动机形式的驱动部件20和一个设在一个总的壳体内的泵部件。输送装置18以未示出方式被固定在储存容器12内。
由输送装置18输送的燃油流过一个过滤器24,它是燃油输送组件的组成部分。可以看出,输送装置18通过一个预过滤器19从存储容器12吸入燃油,在此,过滤器24具有比预过滤器19更小的孔径。由输送装置18输送的燃油从过滤器24到达内燃机的喷射装置,其中,在喷射装置与过滤器24之间设有一个单向阀26和/或一个压力控制器28。通过该单向阀26可确保,燃油只能从输送装置18到达内燃机,而不能从内燃机回到输送装置。必要的话,可设一个从内燃机进入储油箱10内的单独的回流管道。喷射装置内的燃油压力通过压力控制器28被调整到一个预先确定的值,其间,把由输送装置18输送的燃油的一部分通过一个回流管调走,其中,压力控制器的回流管通入储油箱10或储存容器12内。在压力控制器28的回流管或一个由内燃机通回到储油箱10内的回流管处可连接一个吸流泵30,它把燃油从储油箱10输送到储存容器12内。
图1示出了第一实施例中的燃油输送组件。在储存容器12,尤其在它的圆周区域14成型出一个伸向储存容器12内的壳体32,它构成过滤器24的壳体的一部分。该壳体32的上侧设置成敞开的,且其内部装有一个过滤器芯34。壳体32上方和输送装置18上方设有一个分配板36,通过它形成输送装置18与过滤器24的液压连通,在后面的论述中它将被称做过滤器。分配板36在过滤器24区域内的下侧这样设置,即分配板36作为盖板元件与过滤器24的壳体32密封连接。分配板36与壳体32的连接例如可借助粘接实现。分配板36最好和储存容器12一样由塑料制成,在此,分配板36与壳体32也可焊接在一起,其焊接最好借助超声焊接来完成。分配板36的下侧有一个与壳体32横截面对应伸展的环形凸缘38,它与壳体32的端部通过超声作用焊接在一起。由壳体32和分配板36形成一个封闭空间,过滤器芯34设在其中。
分配板36具有一个开口40,由输送装置18输送的燃油通过它进入过滤器24的不洁侧;还有一个开口42,借助它,燃油在流过过滤器24之后从它的清洁侧开口流走。分配板36除开口40外还有另一个开44,其中,一个罩46装在分配板36的上侧并与分配板36密封连接,借此在开口40和44之间形成一个通道48。由输送装置18输送的燃油通过开口44流入,流过通道48并从开口40进入过滤器24。罩46最好由塑料制成并与分配板36粘接或焊接在一起。输送装置18可具有一个伸入开44的压力套管50。从过滤器24流过开口42的燃油通过单向阀26和压力控制器28到达内燃机。单向阀26和压力控制器28可设在分配板36上。通过分配板36与壳体32连接使它也固定在储存容器12上。分配板36可构成储存容器12的盖板,借此可避免或至少阻止燃油从储存容器12进入储油箱10。
图2示出了第二实施例中的燃油输送组件。在储存容器12的周围区域14整体成型出一个伸入储存容器12的壳体52,它构成过滤器24的壳体的一部分。壳体52的下侧是敞开的,它里面设有一个过滤器芯54。储存容器12的底16的上侧具有一个从其上面竖起的环形凸缘,它的伸展路径与壳体52的横截面相当。壳体52的端面与底16的凸缘密封连接,尤其粘接或焊接。储存容器12的底16因此也用作盖板元件,借助它封闭壳体。在壳体52的上侧形成一个从输送装置18到过滤器24的非洁侧入口的开口55和一个通到单向阀26和压力控制器28的过滤器24的清洁侧出口的开口56。
图3示出了第三实施例中的燃油输送组件,其中设有这样的过滤器60,即通过它形成过滤器24与输送装置18的液压连通。从过滤器60的底侧伸出一个管形伸出部分62,它构成过滤器24壳体的一部分,其内部设有一个过滤器芯64。伸出部分62的敞开的下侧由一个盖板元件65封闭,该盖板最好由塑料制成并与伸出部分例如粘接或焊接在一起。在过滤器60内形成一个从输送装置18到过滤器24的非洁侧入口的开口66和一个到过滤器24的洁净侧出口的开口67。
此外如在第一实施例中一样,在过滤器60内形成一个通到输送装置18的入口的开口68,在它的上侧,一个罩69与之密封连接,因此在开口68开口66之间形成一个通道70。盖板元件65也可设在储存容器12上。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于汽车的燃油输送组件,包括:设在汽车储油箱(10)内的输送设备(18),它把燃油从储油箱(10)输送到汽车内燃机;过滤器(24),由输送设备(18)输送的燃油从中流过,过滤器具有一个过滤器壳体(32,52,62);以及一个连接元件(36,60),过滤器(24)与输送设备(18)借助该连接元件形成液压连通,其特征是,在储油箱(10)内设有一个箱形储存容器(12),输送设备(18)设在其中并将燃油从中输出,连接元件(36,60)设置成板形并设在输送设备(18)之上,过滤器壳体(32,52,62)至少部分地由储存容器(12)和/或连接元件(36,60)构成。
2.按照权利要求1所述的燃油输送组件,其特征是,连接元件(60)整体形成一个伸入储存容器(12)内的圆桶形突出部分(62),它构成过滤器壳体的一部分并由一个盖板元件(65)封闭。
3.按照权利要求1所述的燃油输送组件,其特征是,在储存容器(12)的外壳区域(14)上整体形成一个伸入储存容器(12)内的突出部分(32,52),它构成过滤器壳体的一部分并由一个盖板元件(36,16)封闭。
4.按照权利要求3所述的燃油输送组件,其特征是,突出部分(32)的上侧是敞开的,而连接元件(36)用作封闭突出部分(32)的盖板元件。
5.按照权利要求3所述的燃油输送组件,其特征是,突出部分(52)的下侧是敞开的,储存容器(12)的底(16)用作封闭突出部分(52)的盖板元件。
6.按照权利要求2至5之任一项所述的燃油输送组件,其特征是,盖板元件(36,16,65)与突出部分(32,52,62)粘接或焊接在一起。
