Abstract
Un proceso para la síntesis de urea a partir de amoniaco y dióxido de carbono, en el cual: se realiza la síntesis de urea con un proceso de separación en un circuito de síntesis que incluye por lo menos un reactor (1), un separador (2) y un condensador (3); se trata al efluente del reactor en el separador para extraer amoniaco sin reaccionar y dióxido de carbono; se envía a la solución (14) de urea desde el separador hacia una sección de recuperación (4) de baja presión; los vapores del separador son divididos en una primera porción (151) dirigida hacia el reactor y una segunda porción (152) enviada al condensador; el condensador (3) es una caldera de cubierta y tubos en la cual tiene lugar la condensación de los vapores del separador en el lado de tubos (30); se devuelve hacia el reactor un efluente (20) procedente del condensador y el cual contiene carbamato.
