Abstract

En el presente documento se exponen biomarcadores glicopeptídicos útiles para diagnosticar enfermedades y afecciones, tales como, entre otros, cáncer (p. ej., de ovario), una enfermedad autoinmune, fibrosis y afecciones relacionadas con el envejecimiento. También se exponen en este documento métodos para generar biomarcadores glicopeptídicos y métodos para analizar glicopéptidos utilizando espectroscopia de masas. También se exponen en este documento métodos para analizar glicopéptidos utilizando algoritmos de aprendizaje automático.
