Se describen métodos y sistemas para mejoras en la acuicultura que permiten aumentar el número y la eficiencia de recolección de crustáceos en un entorno de acuicultura, al identificar y predecir las condiciones internas y/o fisiológicas de los crustáceos con base en las características externas que se visualizan a través de medios no invasivos.
