Abstract

El accesorio consiste en un guante con dedos recortados formado por un cuerpo textil, fabricado sobre materiales de microfibras transpirables, hipoalergénicos, spandex, no tóxicos, lavables y antihongos, cosidas con costura lisa y overlock que en su parte superior cuenta con estructuras externas elásticas derivadas del caucho, que ejercen soporte mecánico en conjunto con piezas rígidas que sirven como anclaje mecánico, fabricados en termoplásticos dispuestos sobre el recorrido de los tendones del musculo extensor común de los dedos con el fin de facilitar la extensión de dedos desde la posición de flexión de dedos, además de estructuras acolchadas fabricadas en goma de silicona sobre las zonas tenares, hipotenares, almohadillas, radio y ulna. Con el fin de redistribuir la carga sobre el túnel del carpo y mejorar la ventilación. En las zonas terminales de los dedos y muñeca, logra un anclaje con la piel por medio de tela siliconada adherida por la parte interna del guante, con el fin proveer a las estructuras externas un anclaje mecánico necesario para la facilitación de movimientos de extensión. De esta forma proteger estructuras anatómicas afectadas por cargas repetitivas y continúas llegando a producir dolor y patologías tendinosas que afectan la salud de la persona y limita sus actividades de la vida diaria.
