SE DESCRIBEN COMPOSICIONES Y MÉTODOS QUE MODIFICAN RÁPIDA Y SELECTIVAMENTE LAS CÉLULAS MADRE HEMATOPOYÉTICAS (O CÉLULAS DERIVADAS DE ESTAS) PARA LOGRAR OBJETIVOS TERAPÉUTICOS AL PROPORCIONAR LA EXPRESIÓN TRANSITORIA DE ÁCIDOS NUCLÉICOS. LA EXPRESIÓN TRANSITORIA PRODUCE CAMBIOS TERAPÉUTICOS PERMANENTES EN LAS CÉLULAS MODIFICADAS, LO QUE SE DENOMINA EN LA PRESENTE EFECTOS DE “ATAQUE Y RETIRADA”.
