Abstract

Un método y un sistema para monitorear los cambios de masa de un banco intercambiador de calor (10, 11, 12) de una caldera de vapor. El banco intercambiador de calor (10, 11, 12) es sostenido par barras de suspensión (13) y vigas de apoyo (14) a las vigas del bastidor (15) de Ia caldera de vapor. En el método, las chapas del alma (22) de las vigas de apoyo (14) cuentan con extensímetros (17) mediante los cuales se miden los cambios en el estado de deformación generados en las vigas de apoyo (14) por Ia masa del banco intercambiador de calor (10, 11, 12). El sistema comprende varios extensímetros (17) adosados a las chapas del alma (22) de las vigas de apoyo (14), para medir los cambios en el estado de deformación generados en las vigas de apoyo (14) par Ia masa del banco intercambiador de calor (10. 11, 12), Un medio de registro de datos para registrar los datos de medición y una computadora o unidad de cálculos similar para procesar los datos de medición.
