Abstract
Un procedimiento para instalar barras anti - vibración (28) en la curva en forma de U de un haz de tubos (15) de un intercambiador de calor de tubos en U (10), en el que el haz de tubos tiene una pluralidad de filas de tubos (25), dispuestas en columnas, con la vías de tubos entre ellos, comprendiendo el procedimiento las etapas de: conectar dos sujeciones (42) que están articuladas una con la otra en una junta de tijera, respectivamente, a dos barras anti - vibración adyacentes (28) colocadas respectivamente en la curva en U en las vías de tubos de dos columnas adyacentes de tubos (25) del haz de tubos (15), teniendo cada una de las sujeciones un brazo de actuación (44) aguas arriba de la junta de tijera, formando las sujeciones, los brazos de actuación y la junta de tijera un conjunto de tijera (48); operar un motor de accionamiento lineal (50) conectado al conjunto de tijera (48) para ajustar la distancia entre las sujeciones (42) y, por lo tanto, la distancia entre las dos barras anti - vibración adyacentes (28) para alterar la separación entre las barras anti - vibración y la columna de tubos (25) entre las dos barras anti - vibración adyacentes, en el que el motor de accionamiento lineal (50) incluye un dispositivo de medición de desplazamiento (54) y fuerza (52); controlar la fuerza ejercida por el motor de accionamiento lineal (5) sobre las dos barras anti - vibración adyacentes (28) con un ordenador (58); realizar los ciclos del motor de accionamiento lineal (50) y las salidas de fuerza y distancia son leídas en el ordenador (58) para determinar cuándo las barras anti - vibración (28) se encuentran adyacentes a los tubos (25) sin presionar los tubos; separar las barras anti - vibración (28) una distancia preseleccionada de los tubos (25); y soldar las partes extremas (30) de las barras anti - vibración (28) a un anillo de retención correspondiente (27) que rodea una periferia de una porción curva de la curva en forma de U del haz de tubos (15).
