Ventilatora, -, - gre, -at on Danip locomotives for extracting the smoke - gases. n kn The subject of the present invention is 22 in a ventilator ao, -re-at on steam locomotives ZD C: Z zLim Absaucren g the Raueligase.
Units of this type are already known, in which the fan receives its drive from a steam turbine which is directly driven by the same. This arrangement now has. the disadvantage that the speed of the turbine must be selected to be small, which has a disadvantageous effect on its degree of efficiency. The purpose of the present invention is to overcome this disadvantage.
For this purpose, according to the present invention, the fan receives its drive from a steam turbine operating on a gear transmission. In this case, the fan on the one hand and the turbine together with the gear reduction on the other hand can be arranged on opposite sides of the smoke chamber.
In the case of the fan, together with the steam turbine driving the same, it is attached in a manner known per se to a swiveling smoke hammer door, - so can. Drive the steam turbine on the fan via a gear reduction gear also anaebracb.- tes.
In the accompanying drawing, two embodiments of the invention are illustrated, for example, and it shows: FIG. 1 A part of a longitudinal section of a steam turbine locomotive, in which the fan and an auxiliary steam turbine connected to it, and the gear drive, via which the latter drives the fan, on the swiveling smoke chamber door are burnt,
and FIG. 2 shows the front view with the smoke chamber door flapped open of a steam turbine locomotive operating with condensate ions.
In Fig. 1, 1 denotes the smoke chamber of a locomotive, which is driven by steam turbines 9 for pre-waxing and Rüe.I-, wäxtsfalirt. The smoke chamber 1 is closed at the front by a door 2 that can be rotated about a vertical axis. A fan 6 is attached to this door 2, which is driven by an auxiliary power machine designed as a steam turbine 3 and attached to the fan.
The steam turbine a drives via a gear wheel - # ", gear 4, 5 on the fan 6. The gear gear 4, 5 is also on the fan 6 attached, i.e. attached indirectly to door 2. 7 denotes a versatility 7 which is attached to door 2, and which the parts < B> 3, 4, 5, 6 .
The fan 6 sucks the flue gases out of the chamber 1 and conveys them into a chamber 8. Steam turbine, 3, </ B> gears 4, 5 and fan 6 can be rotated together with the door 2 around the vertical axis around which this door can be pivoted. When the door 2 is opened, the smoke chamber 1 is easily accessible from the front.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, 1 in turn denotes the Rauabkanimer of a steam turbine locomotive, which is driven by steam turbines 9 for forward and backward travel. A suction fan 6 is seen on the side of the Rauelikkammer 1 .
This fan attached to the front end of the smoke hammer 1 sucks the smoke gases - out of the chamber and conveys them into a duct that opens into the atmosphere - 10. On the fan 6 on the opposite side of the smoke chamber 1 there is provided an auxiliary power machine designed as a steam turbine 3 , which is fed through a line 11 Steam is supplied from the steam boiler.
12 denotes the exhaust steam line of the turbine 3. The latter drives the fan 6 via a gear reduction gear 4, 5 , which with the gearwheel 5 of the additional gear is seated on an o, emeinsaiiieil shaft 13 . Through that.
that the fan 6 receives its drive via the gear reduction 4-, 5 , the speed of the turbine 8 can be selected to be relatively high, which the erzi (-Iiiii, - enables a good efficiency.
