Description
lllischregler für Gasleitungen. Um in einer Gasleitung, zum Beispiel in einer solchen für einen Gasherd, den Gas strom zu'regeln, hat man vorgeschlagen, eine Stalilbandspirale in die genannte Leitung, das heisst in das Brennerrahr, einzulegen.
Gemäss Irrfindung wird nun eine solche Stahlbandspirale so gestaltet, dass die Zwi schenräume zwischen den Windungen der Spirale auf der Eintrittsseite über die nächst äussere Windung etwas vorsteht, so dass auf der genannten Seite der Spirale ein abgestuf ter Konzis entsteht.
Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbei spiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes durch Fig. 1. im Aufriss, in der Brennerröhre eines Gasherdes angeordnet. Fig. 2 und 3 sind eine Stirnansicht und ein Schnitt nach der Linie 3:-x (Fig. 2) der Stahlbandspirale in grösse rem Ma.ssstabe.
In die Brennerröhre 1 ist der Misch regler in Form einer Stahlbandspirale 2 ein gesetzt. Die Zwischenräume ä zwischen den Windungen 4 der Bandspirale werden von innen nach aussen weiter und steht auf der Eintrittsseite der Spirale jede Windung über die nächste äussere etwas vor, so dass auf der genannten Seite der Spirale ein abgestufter Konus entsteht.
Durch die von innen nach aussen zunehmend weiteren Zwischenräume wird eine vollkommen gleichmässig verteilte Ausströmmung des Gases herbeigeführt und wird durch die teils schneller, teils langsamer .austretenden Gasströme eine gute Ver- missc11ung mit der hinzutretenden Luft be wirkt.
Der Mischregler verhindert das Zurück schlagen der Flamme beim Anzünden und ergibt eine hohe Heizkraft bei geringem Gas druck, sowie eine erhebliche Grasersparnis Luftschieber macht er entbehrlich. Er ist von jedermann leicht anzubringen. Sollte der Bren- nerdeckel nicht abnehmbar sein, so kann man den Mischregler mit einem Stab oder Draht durch den Luftschlitz 5 der Röhre 1 so ein führen, dass er in die gezeichneteLagegelangt.

In the burner tube 1, the mixing regulator in the form of a steel band spiral 2 is set. The spaces between the turns 4 of the spiral band are from the inside to the outside and on the entry side of the spiral, each turn protrudes slightly over the next outer one, so that a stepped cone is created on the named side of the spiral.
The increasingly wider gaps from the inside to the outside lead to a completely evenly distributed outflow of the gas and the sometimes faster, sometimes slower escaping gas flows cause a good mistake with the incoming air.
The mixing regulator prevents the flame from hitting back when lighting and results in high heating power with low gas pressure, as well as a considerable saving of grass. It can be easily attached by anyone. If the burner cover cannot be removed, the mixer regulator can be inserted with a rod or wire through the air slot 5 of the tube 1 so that it comes into the position shown.
