Bauelement nebst Herstellungsverfahren.
Component and manufacturing process. The component forming the subject of the invention is characterized in that it has a core made of paper or cardboard and around the same support body made of solid building material.
This building element is to be manufactured in panel form in order to be able to assemble the most diverse products of the furniture and construction industry, such as beds, boxes, doors and the like, from such panels with little assembly work.
Such embodiments, for example, of the subject matter of the invention are illustrated in the accompanying drawing.
Fig. 1 shows the scheme of a construction panel partially cut in perspective; Fig. 2 and 3 show a construction panel used for Bettkon structures in view and cross section; 4, fi and G show the connection of the construction panel according to FIGS. 2 and 3 with the side parts of a bed; 7 and 8 illustrate the application of a construction panel for doors; Fig. 9 to 13 serve to explain the also subject of the invention form the method for the production of compo elements of the present type.
The construction panel according to FIG. 1 has two flat cladding panels 1, between which edgewise strips 3 are arranged ans ge corrugated paper or cardboard. The strips 3 can have curved or straight waves. The Wellenqtreifen 3 are BEZW by composite strips 4 made of paper. Glued cardboard. The corrugated strips 3 and composite strips 4 together form the cell-containing core of the component. This core is comprised of a frame which is formed by four wooden strips 11 butt against one another.
These strips, as well as a block 10 protruding into the core, also made of wood, represent the supporting bodies; the same are located between the two plates 1. The support block 10 is mainly intended for receiving constructions to be used in the construction panel auxiliary construction, for. B. a lock, a hook fastener or the like, while the support frame 11 is mainly intended to enable permanent rigid or movable connections with adjacent building panels. The support frame 11 forms, as the production method to be explained later Her position shows, the Pressfornl for the cellular material of the paper or cardboard core.
In the construction panel according to FIGS. 2, 3, 1 is the paper respectively. Cardboard core covering two plates designated, with 3, 4 of the paper and respectively. Cardboard core and with 10, 11 respectively made of wooden blocks. Last formed support body. Each of the existing, in the core 3, 4 projecting two blocks 10 i, .t inserted in the manner shown in FIGS. 4-6. The butt-abutting frame strips 11 are respectively with the abutting elements of the paper. Cardboard core 3, 4 and the panels 1, 1. glued.
End strips 18 are attached to the lower part of the construction panel.
On the support bodies 10, 11 that are firmly connected to one another, shields 14 which have suspension openings 15 are fastened by means of screws 13. Behind the shields 14 are in the area of the suspension openings 15 in the support bodies 10; 11 recesses 16 seen before. Each shield 14 is used to hang a side part 20 of the bed, which in turn advantageously consists of a paper or cardboard core 3, 4 two plates 1, 1 and support bodies 21, 22, 23 covering it. On the support body 22 is a shield 25 be fastened, with the hook 24 of the side part '10 can be imposed on the head or foot part of the bed.
In the embodiment of the construction panel according to FIGS. 7 and 8, 3, 4 represent the paper respectively. Cardboard core, 1, 1 the cover plates and 10, 11 represent the support body. In this embodiment, the support body 10 is intended for receiving the door lock 30 and is accordingly arranged on the surrounding frame 11; like the adjoining part of the frame, it is chiselled out in a manner known per se to accommodate the lock at the attachment point of the lock.
The following method has proven to be particularly advantageous for the rapid and exact production of components of the type described above. On a base 40 (Fig. 9), a plate 1 made of paper or cardboard is first placed. Adhesive material is applied to the upper side of this (base plate, and the correspondingly cut support body 10, II is placed thereon (cf. elevation Fig. 10 and floor plan Fig. 11).
Once this has happened, the cellular paper resp. Cardboard core 3, 4 (see dash-dotted outline in FIG. 11) or parts thereof, if the core is an assembled body, are inserted between the supporting bodies 10, 11 and the supporting bodies 10, 11 are moved towards the core 3, 4 . The height h of the paper-cardboard core 3, 4 (Fig. 10)
is expediently chosen greater than the height h 'of the support body 10, 11. After you have inserted the paper and cardboard core 3, 4, the upper cover plate 1 is placed after previous gluing and the various parts are connected to one another in the manner shown in FIG. Here, a peculiar compression of the core takes place at the edges of its strips facing the plates 1, 1, whereby the composite of the plates with the core 3, 4 is substantially promoted.
If necessary, veneer panels, peeled veneer papers and the like can also be pressed onto the outside of the construction panel at the same time as the cover panels 1 are pressed on.
