Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Urethanderivates der Benzoesäure. Es wurde gefunden; dass man zu dem im Hauptpatent Nr. 93436 beschriebenen co - Diäthylaminourethan - p - benzoesäureäthyl- ester auch gelangen kann, wenn man. p- Aminobenzoesäureäthylester mit Chlorkohlen- säureglycolchlorhydrinester umsetzt und den entstehenden p-Chlorurethanbenzoesäureäthyl- ester mit Diäthylamin umsetzt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 308 gr p-Aminobenzoesäureäthylester wer den in 10'00 ccm Benzol gelöst und mit 142 gr Ohlorkohlensäurechlorhydrinester unter Umrühren und Abkühlen mit Wasser versetzt.
" Nach beendeter Reaktion erwärmt man eine halbe Stunde am Wasserbad, filtriert heiss vom abgeschiedenen Aminobenzoesäureester- chlorhydrat ab und lässt den gebildeten Chlorurethanbenzoesäureäthylester auskristal- lisieren. Derselbe wird mit molekularen Mengen Diäthylamin in alkoholischer Lösung umge setzt.
Der so erhaltene co-Diäthylaminourethan-p- benzoesäureäthylester wird durch Auflösen in verdünnter Säure und Fällen mit Soda ge reinigt und kann durch Ansäuern der alko holischen Lösung mit alkoholischer Salzsäure in das Chlorhydrat übergeführt werden.

It is reacted with molecular amounts of diethylamine in an alcoholic solution.
The co-diethylaminourethane-p-benzoic acid ethyl ester thus obtained is purified by dissolving it in dilute acid and precipitating it with soda and can be converted into the hydrochloric acid by acidifying the alcoholic solution with alcoholic hydrochloric acid.
