Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Urethanderivates    der     Benzoesäure.       Es wurde gefunden; dass man zu dem  im Hauptpatent Nr. 93436 beschriebenen       co    -     Diäthylaminourethan    - p -     benzoesäureäthyl-          ester    auch gelangen kann, wenn man.     p-          Aminobenzoesäureäthylester    mit     Chlorkohlen-          säureglycolchlorhydrinester    umsetzt und den  entstehenden     p-Chlorurethanbenzoesäureäthyl-          ester    mit     Diäthylamin    umsetzt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  308     gr        p-Aminobenzoesäureäthylester    wer  den in     10'00    ccm Benzol gelöst und mit  142     gr        Ohlorkohlensäurechlorhydrinester    unter  Umrühren und Abkühlen mit Wasser versetzt.

   "  Nach beendeter Reaktion erwärmt man eine  halbe Stunde am Wasserbad, filtriert     heiss     vom abgeschiedenen     Aminobenzoesäureester-          chlorhydrat    ab und lässt den gebildeten       Chlorurethanbenzoesäureäthylester    auskristal-         lisieren.    Derselbe wird mit molekularen Mengen       Diäthylamin    in alkoholischer Lösung umge  setzt.  



  Der so erhaltene     co-Diäthylaminourethan-p-          benzoesäureäthylester    wird durch     Auflösen    in  verdünnter Säure und Fällen mit Soda ge  reinigt und kann durch Ansäuern der alko  holischen Lösung mit alkoholischer Salzsäure  in das Chlorhydrat übergeführt werden.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Urethande- rivates der Benzoesäure, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass man p-Aminobenzoesäureätbylester mit Chlorkohlensäureglycolchlorhydrinester umsetzt und den entstehenden p-Chlorur-ethan- benzoesäureäthylester mit Diäthylamin um setzt. PATENT CLAIM: Process for the preparation of a urethane derivative of benzoic acid, characterized in that ethyl p-aminobenzoate is reacted with glycol chlorohydrin ester and the resulting ethyl p-chloroethane-benzoate is reacted with diethylamine.
