Fig. 1 und 3 zeigen zwei etwas verschie dene Ausführungsbeispiele, teils in einer Seitenansicht, teils in einem Längsschnitt. Beiden ist gemeinsam, dass abwechselnd Zy linder und Kolben das Huborgan bilden; Fig. 2 und 4 sind Draufsichten zu Fig. 1 bezw. Fig. 3; In Fig. 5 ist die gemäss Fig. 1 ausgebil dete Hebevorrichtung mit einer Druckpumpe ausgerüstet;
Method and device for lifting loads by means of hydraulic fluid. The present invention relates to a method and a device for lifting loads by means of hydraulic fluid acting on a piston in a cylinder.
The method consists in that, after the load has been lifted a distance by one of the elements just mentioned, on the one hand a respective space created by the relative movement of the advanced element relative to the stationary element is filled with a piece of dirt, and on the other hand a to take up the pressure to be exerted by the piston is inserted the support plate, whereupon the load, as long as it rests, is borne by the cylinder alone.
The attached drawing represents some exemplary embodiments of the device used to carry out this process.
Fig. 1 and 3 show two somewhat different embodiments, partly in a side view, partly in a longitudinal section. Both have in common that alternately cylinder and piston form the lifting element; Figs. 2 and 4 are top views of Fig. 1 respectively. Fig. 3; In FIG. 5, the lifting device according to FIG. 1 is equipped with a pressure pump;
FIGS. 6 to 9 are schematic representations of the operating process of the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2 in different stroke positions; Fig. 10 to 14 show a third Ausfüh approximately example, in which only the cylinder forms the lifting member; Fig. 15 to 19 another embodiment example, in which only the piston. that lifting element forms.
In the embodiment of Fig. 1 is in the spaces a and b of a double cylinder separated by a transverse wall c each a piston d respectively. e led. Both pistons are connected to one another by a rod f.
The interconnected pistons have such a height that with each stroke, the piston and cylinder alternate, protrude over the top and bottom edge of the cylinder so far that after each stroke a free space is created around one of the pistons, through one of the Device attached frame-like pressure pieces g, h can be filled (Fig. 1, 6, 7, _ 8, 9), which are fork-shaped here (Fig. 2) to be filled from one side to be able to be pushed towards the exposed piston part.
The pressure pieces are provided with incisions na, on one face and with ribs n on the other face so that they can be placed exactly one above the other. The cylinder has correspondingly large incisions. The fork legs have a groove on their inner surface, into which one of the support plates i, k can be pushed after completion of the next stroke. A pressure piece and a support plate together form a set of fitting pieces.
The method of operation is as follows, taking into account FIGS. 6 to 9: If pressurized water according to FIG. 6 is let in through the tube 1 under the piston d, the latter, and with it the piston e, rise into the position according to FIG. 7. The piston d loves the load L by means of the support plate i pushed into the pressure piece, the cylinder being supported on the pressure piece li and the load resting on the pressure piece g.
A gap has now been created between the pressure piece g and the upper edge of the cylinder, into which a new pressure piece g 'is introduced, relieving the load on the piston and transferring the load L to the stationary cylinder. Fer ner the support plate k is pushed into the lower pressure piece li. If pressurized water is now admitted through the pipe 2, the cylinder lifts the load L into the position according to FIG. 8 by means of the pressure pieces g 'and g , the pressure in the pressure plate k finds its abutment.
A further pressure piece h 'is inserted into the space now created below the cylinder and the support plate i, which was previously stuck in pressure piece g, is pushed into the pressure piece g' above the piston. If water is now let in again through the pipe 1, the piston d is raised into the position of FIG.
In this position of the parts, a new pressure piece g \ is inserted, thereby relieving the piston, taking the support plate k out of the pressure piece li and pushing it into the pressure piece h '. The device is now ready again for lifting the load by the cylinder as soon as pressurized water is introduced through the pipe 2.
The embodiment according to FIG. 3 is similar to that in FIG. The cylinder is here equipped with only one cylinder space cq to accommodate a piston r with two piston rods s, t, with the piston rods connected by the piston having such a height that they alternate with each stroke, the piston and cylinder run out over the top and bottom edge of the cylinder so far that after each stroke around one of the piston rods there is a free space that can be filled with a pressure piece.
The pressure pieces and the support plates that are also used here are shaped in the same way as in the first example, and together form a set of fitting pieces. If you let water in over the piston, the cylinder lifts the load so that a pressure piece can be pushed underneath. If you want to lift the piston, you have to insert a pressure piece into the space created below and a support plate into the lower of the two pressure pieces inserted above the cylinder and then let pressurized water in below the piston.
Every time a piston stroke is completed, a new pressure piece is inserted into the space created above, thereby relieving the piston and transferring the load L through the pressure pieces to the cylinder.
The embodiment according to FIGS. 10 to 14 has a cylinder a 'closed at the top, which has the task of lifting the load. In it a piston b 'can be displaced, the piston rod of which is egg naeb. directed downwards. The nature of the pressure pieces (h ', 1a ") and support plates (k) is the same as those mentioned in the above examples. The pressure fluid is reversed manually or automatically and flows alternately through the pipe d' or e '.
If the cylinder a1 is lifted from the position of FIG. 10 into the position of FIG. 11, a pressure piece h 'is placed under it; then the piston b 'is lifted, under which a support plate 7o is inserted as an abutment in the pressure piece hl (Fig. 12).
Then the cylinder a 'is raised again (Fig: 13) and a second pressure piece h \ is pushed underneath so that the piston can now be raised again (Fig. 14), under which the support plate 7c is then pushed into the pressure piece h2 becomes. The strokes of the piston are empty, i.e. H. it does not take part in the load L, but is always carried by the cylinder.
After just inserting a few pressure pieces, for example, masonry work can be started to create a wall pillar that prevents buckling, whereby the pressure pieces h ', h2 etc. remain in the masonry at least initially and initially, as long as the mortar does not has tied and the pillar must not be loaded, only carries the load. In this way, for example, you can lift fallen bridge arches as you like and at the same time support piers.
The execution of the working method with the device according to FIGS. 15 to 19 is similar, only here the cylinder a "is closed at the bottom and the piston rod J of the piston b \ is directed upward instead of downward as shown in FIGS. 10 to 14 The cylinder .a2 remains immobile here and the forward movement of the load L is only overruled by the piston.
According to FIGS. 10 to 14, the pressure pieces and support plates were each under the cylinder, respectively. inserted under the piston, they are respectively above the cylinder according to FIGS. 15 to 19 respectively. inserted over the piston. After the end of a stroke of the piston, it is relieved by a newly inserted pressure piece and the load is transferred to the cylinder through the pressure pieces. Instead of moving the support plates by hand, they can also be set up, for example in the manner of the usual locking mechanism for conveyor baskets, so that they adjust automatically and are also disengaged again.
The pressure pieces (g, g ', g \, h, hl, h \) and the support plates (i, 7e) can have different shapes, for example the former that of blocks, the latter that of planks or beams that are inserted between or under the blocks. Here, the cylinder can be provided with lateral projections in front of it in order to be able to support itself on the blocks and planks to be pushed underneath.
The device described can also be used for lowering loads.
