Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung einer Aluminiumverbindung von Gerbsäure und Milchsäure. In dem Hauptpatente ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung einer in Wasser und Alko hol nahezu unlöslichen Verbindung von Cal cium mit Gerbsäure und Milchsäure beschrieben, die die Gerbsäure in gebundener Form ent hält, so dass sie weder mit Wasser noch mit Alkohol wieder herausgelöst werden kann. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man normales Calciumlaktat mit mole kularen Mengen Gerbsäure in einem mit Wasser verdünnbaren organischen Lösungs mittel unter Wasserzusatz erwärmt und nach dem Erkalten die ausgeschiedene Verbindung mit Wasser auswäscht.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man unter Verwendung von basischem Aluminiumtannat nach dem gleichen Verfahren auch das ent sprechende Salz des Aluminiums mit Gerb säure und Milchsäure erhalten kann. Es ist eine in Wasser und Alkohol nahezu unlös liche Verbindung; die die Gerbsäure in ge bundener Form enthält, so dass "ie weder mit Wasser noch mit Alkohol herausgelöst werden kann..
<I>Beispiel:</I> Basisches Aluminiumtannat wird in mole kularem Verhältnis mit Milchsäure gemischt und mit wasserhaltigem Aceton auf Wasser badtemperatur erwärmt. Aus der Lösung scheidet sich nach Abkühlen auf Zimmer temperatur das Aluminiumsalz der Tannin- Milchsäure in fester Form aus. Es wird mit kaltem Wasser gewaschen und stellt ein grauweisses Pulver dar.

It has now been found that the corresponding salt of aluminum with tannic acid and lactic acid can also be obtained using basic aluminum tannate by the same process. It is an almost insoluble compound in water and alcohol; which contains tannic acid in bound form, so that "it cannot be dissolved out with either water or alcohol ..
<I> Example: </I> Basic aluminum tannate is mixed with lactic acid in a molecular ratio and heated to water bath temperature with hydrous acetone. After cooling to room temperature, the aluminum salt of tannic lactic acid separates out of the solution in solid form. It is washed with cold water and is a gray-white powder.
