Plug contact for electrical installations. The plug-in contacts known up to now have the disadvantage that the current-carrying parts are not covered enough and accidents can easily occur due to the introduction of fingertips, needles, nails etc. Furthermore, if the previous plug-in contacts are used for the delivery of specially tariffed electricity, intentional or accidental misuse of the electricity can take place, despite the fact that some of the contact elements are specially shaped or punched. Attention should only be drawn to the introduction of bare wire ends, at the other ends of which the impermissible power consumption body is connected.
It is well known that such misuse does not leave any traces on the systems that could be remedied.
The subject of the present invention is a plug contact for electrical installations, by means of which said inconveniences are to be eliminated, with a lockable locking device upstream of the contact organs used for receiving the plug pins, with a slidable plate and a slidable plate and pin holes corresponding to the plug pins a latch is provided to lock this plate in such a position where it prevents the steek pins from passing through,
and a key-like connector pin for unlocking and opening the locking device, and so to clear the passage for the first-mentioned connector pins. .
The subject matter of the invention is shown on the drawing in an exemplary embodiment, and it shows: FIG. 1 a side view of the same, FIG. a rear view, FIG. 3 a section along the line AA of FIG. 1, FIG. 4 a section along the line AA of FIG. 1 with individual organs in a different position, FIG. 5 a section along the line B --- B of Fig. 3,
Fig. I? a section along the line C-C of Fig. 1 in the direction of the arrow P, Fig. 7 is a front view. Fig. Ss a side view each of a detail and Fig. 9 a part of a detail in a perspective view.
The plug contact housing 1 with abge stepped passages 2 for fastening screws, carries the clamping pieces 3, in the openings 4, the clamping screws i; are screwed in.
Furthermore, the oath or Fixed neutral conductor terminal 6, through which the contact spring 7 is held. 8 is a centrally located opening. The plug part 9 with the cover 10 drilled through in its longitudinal direction for carrying out the lead wires carries the contact pins 11 corresponding to the openings 4 with the clamping screws 12 for connecting the lead wires.
In a central location is the key-like Eidungs- or. Neutral contact 13 is arranged on the connector part 9, also see ver with a clamping screw for clamping the lead wire. It has [- -shaped cross-section (Fig. 9) and its legs are provided at the free end with bevels 14, 15 offset from one another in the longitudinal direction of the pin (Fig. 9).
Between the contact housing 1 and the plug part 9, the housing 16 (Fig. 3, 4, 5) is provided, which, like the contact housing 1 and the plug part 9, is made of non-electricity conductive material and coaxially with the openings of the clamping pieces 3 and the opening 8 directed through openings 17, 18 (Fig. 5) is provided. The former are used to lead through the contact pins 11.
In the opening 18, the disc 19 is inserted, which is attached to the guide plate 20 and carries a cross-section of the contact pin 13 exactly ent speaking slot so that when the plug is inserted, the contact pin 13 is guided through this slot. The guide plate 20 is fastened by means of bolts 21 attached to it on tabs 22 inside the housing 16 at the bottom, and has the openings 17 ent speaking holes 23, of slightly larger rem diameter than this.
The side edges 24 of the guide plate 20 are bent up vertically and serve as lateral guides for the locking plate 26, which is displaceable between the guide plate 20 and the bolt 25. This (FIG. 7) has holes 27 corresponding to the clamping pieces 3 and one of the opening 8 corresponding square recess 28 with an adjoining slot 29. This closure plate is also made of an electricity-non-conductive material.
The bolt 25 can be displaced in slots arranged on the edges 26 of the guide plate transversely to the direction of failure of the closure plate and carries a cam 30 which can be guided into the slot 29, in addition to which one of the opening 8 and the recess 28 also correspond to the latter in cross section corresponding recess 30 is attached.
Closure plate 26 and bolt 25 are under the action of the spring 32, which is carried by the pin 33 arranged on the guide plate 20 and strives to get the organs under their action out of use, respectively. to bring into the position shown in FIG.
When inserting the Steckeis, the Eidungs- or. Neutral conductor contact pin 13 through the guide slot 29 provided in the closure plate 26 with its tip into the space a left free by the closure plate 26 and the bolt 25 (FIG. 4).
When inserting it further, the bolt 25 is only pushed to the side by means of the bevel 14 (in the direction of the arrow p in FIG. 4) until the cam 30 enters the recess 23 from the slot 29. At this moment the bevel 15 begins to act on the closure plate 16 and pushes it in the direction of the arrow (FIG. 4) until the contact part 13 can be pushed through completely.
The movement of the closure plate 26 releases the passage for the contact pins 11 and these can be inserted into the bore 4 of the clamping pieces 3, while the oath or oath already occurs before their entry. Neutral conductor contact pin with the Eidungs- respectively. Zero line has been brought into contact by the spring.
After the plug has been removed, the organs, which have been moved by the contact pin 13, return to their starting position, the locking plate being locked again in the locking position by the entry of the cam 30 into the slot 29. The closure plate could also be displaceable around a pivot point, for example the pin 33, instead of parallel to itself.
Provision is made for the pin 13 to be designed with different plug contacts each with a different type of cross-section, by means of different arrangements of grooves, ribs, bevels, etc. extending along the length of the pin. and to make the slot in the disc 19 corresponding to the cross section of the pin 13.
This prevents interchangeability of the pins 13 and can be prevented, for example, when arranging two contacts whose pins 13 are different, and where the one plug contact is provided for drawing higher-quality electricity, the other for drawing lower-priced electricity a line tariff connection takes place.
