System for the delivery of gasoline in measured quantities. The subject of the present invention forms a system for the delivery of fully specific th amounts of gasoline, in which a float is provided in a reservoir, the respective position of which is indicated by a scale associated with the float. A line into which an electrically operated pump is connected is provided to remove gasoline from the storage container.
The subject matter of the present invention is shown in two exemplary embodiment forms in the following drawing, namely: FIG. 1 shows a system in vertical section, FIG. 2 shows a dispensing device of the system on a larger scale, FIG. 3 shows a three-way valve, and FIG 4 a check valve; Fig. 5 shows a vertical section of the second embodiment, Fig. (I a display device of this example, Fig. 7 a section along the line 7-7 of Fig. G, Fig. 8 a display device on a float tube, Fig. 9 a section according to the line 9-9 of Fig. B.
The system shown in Fig. 1 to 4- has a reservoir 2 which is embedded in the Bo. A vertical pipe 3 is connected to the container 2 and protrudes above the bottom. In the tube 3, a rod 3a is guided, which is connected below with a float 4- and a scale 5 occurs above. The tube 3 has an opening (i, through which the scale 5 of the rod 3a can be seen; furthermore, a pointer 7 is provided on the tube 3, which is above the scale a. A pipe 11 is connected to the container 2, in which is built in a pump 15 driven by an electric motor. The line 11, which opens out near the bottom of the container 2, has a check valve 14, the inlet opening of which is provided with a sluice 16.
On the other hand, the line 11 is connected to a filter 17 which is connected to a measuring container 9. In a connection line between the filter 17 and the measuring container 9, a check valve 18 is installed. The measuring container 9, which has a liquid level indicator 19 and which is installed with the pump 15 in a hollow column 8, is provided with an overflow line 22 which leads to the container 2. At demn measuring container 9, an outlet line 2 3 is closed. in which a three-way valve 24 with an outlet pipe is installed. The lines 22, 23 are connected to one another via the three-way valve 24. On the plug of the three-way tap 24 there is an indicator plate 25 which shows the respective position of the plug of 24. To fill the container 2, a special Lei device is provided.
The liquid level can be read on the scale 5. The three way tap 24 is set to empty the Behäl age 9 so that the line 23 is open to the outlet 24. The measuring vessel is then emptied; the amount given is a very specific one. The vessel 9 as well as the lines can be emptied at any time; the gas olive flows back into the container 2.
In the embodiment of FIG. 5 b19, a hollow column 8 is provided immediately above the gasoline container 2 built into the ground, in which a tube 3 is installed, which is open to the container 2 below. A vertically adjustable rod 3a is provided in the tube 3, which is connected at the bottom to a float 4 and which has a scale 5 at the top, which can be seen through a window in the tube 3. The rod 3a has teeth 36. Letz tere is in engagement with a toothed piston 34 of a shaft 29 which is rotatably mounted in a bearing of the tube 3. The shaft 29 also carries a pointer 30 which plays over a scale 31. The scale 31 is rotatably arranged on a guide 32 attached to the tube 3 and can be set by hand.
In order to prevent unintentional adjustment of the scale 31, springs 37 are arranged in depressions in the disk supporting the scale, which rest against the guide 32 and, through their friction, hold the scale 31 in the respective set labe. From the container 2 a line 11 'gells to the outlet 24' and there is both an electrically driven rotary pump 15 'in the line 11'. as well as a filter provided. In the inner end 14 of the line there is also a filter, but without a check valve. As soon as the gasoline level in the container 2 changes, the respective position of the float can be read on both scale 5 and 31. From the line 11 'the gasoline can flow back into the loading container 2, since cas end 14' is open.
If necessary, the entire line 11 'can be emptied by a few reverse turns of the rotary pump 15'.
In order to determine the amount of gasoline that is removed from the container, the filling and emptying of the container 9, which contains a certain quantity, are counted in the example of FIGS. 1 to 4. If only a part is removed from the measuring container 9, the level before and after emptying is read on the liquid level indicator 19. In this way the quantity removed is determined. The gasoline level in container 2 can also be read on scale 5 before and after the gasoline is dispensed. This forms a control for the number of fillings of the container 9.
In the example according to FIGS. 5 to 9, the amount of gasoline withdrawn is determined by reading the number indicated by the pointer before and after emptying using the scale 5 or 31.
