Pneumatic hub for vehicle wheels etc. The present invention relates to a pneumatic hub for vehicle wheels etc., which has a number of air compressors composed of pistons and cylinders, which are distributed over a rim, with the air automatically entering the rim when the loaded hub rim is rotated Cylinder is sucked in and compressed into the same by the piston.
While the previous proposal went there to bring about the displacement of the piston or cylinder for the purpose mentioned by handlebars, a guide with guide surface is provided according to the invention for one of the two parts of the air compressor that are mutually displaceable.
In the accompanying drawing, the subject of the invention is for example brought to Dar position. 1 shows a first embodiment in elevation with section, FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment in elevation with section.
3 shows a third embodiment in elevation with section, FIG. 4 is a partial cross section according to AB in FIG. 3, FIG. 5 is a variant of a detail, FIG. G is a fourth embodiment in elevation with section, and FIG. 7 is a cross section according to FIG CD to it.
In the illustrated examples, c denotes the hub rim and g an axle receiving the hub; e are the pistons of the radially arranged air compressor and h are their cylinders. Uemä1,) Figs. 1 and 2, the pistons e are pieces for themselves, while rend they form an arm star according to FIGS. 3 and d.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the cylinders h are combined into one piece. Each piston e has in its cavity a roller guide d with a guide surface curved in the direction of an arc, which serves as a guide roller for the path. The rollers a are arranged on the arms of a ring b which is firmly connected to the hub rim c.
According to the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the cylinders h are inserted into the hub crane c. The inside of the pistons e are again provided with a circular arc-shaped roller guide d which has a rapid guide surface and which accommodates a guide roller a. The roles a are carried by an arm star f.
In the embodiment of FIGS. 3 and 4, the cylinders h are seen with two opposing guide rollers a ver. which are carried by shields e; Between the two rollers a, a roller sits rotatably on the roller axle. The rollers a are each located in a guide that is formed by a bulge n of the hub rim c and by a void bar k.
The bulge i serves as a roll and guide surface for the roller placed between the rollers. This design could also be hudded to the effect that each cylinder is given only a vain guide role with the elimination of the roller.
The Väriantu according to Fig. H shows the, amendment that the two guide rollers a are mounted on pins which are provided on the 'jacket of the cylinder la.
According to the general design in FIGS. 5 and 7, the hub rim c is arched in cross-section and thus simultaneously forms the sliding guide for the cylinder h. These are each pressed against the guide surface of the hub ring by a helical spring o.
When using full steering the part of the air compressor (piston, cylinder) acting on it is kinematically limited in its movement, the arrangement of the guide lilit guide surface enables you to produce this guide as required, i.e. H. to bend, because the sewünscht- compression of the sucked air in a certain rotational position of the hub he follows.
The guide rollers also serve in a certain sense as a driver.
