Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung einer komplexen Silberverbindung des     Glykokolls.       Komplexe Silberverbindungen von     a-Amitso-          säuren    sind noch nicht bekannt. Bei Zusatz  von Ammoniak und Aminen     (Methylamin,          Äthylamin,        Äthylendiamin),    sowie von     Cya-          niden,        Thiosulfaten,        Rhodaniden    zu organi  schen und anorganischen Silbersalzen ent  stehen bekanntlich komplexe Silbersalze,  welche das Silber nicht oder nur zum ge  ringen Teil in der Form des elektrisch disso  ziierten einwertigen Silberkations besitzen.

    Die Ammoniak= und     Aminverbindungen    ent  halten nach den Untersuchungen von     Bod-          länder    (Berichte der deutschen     chemischen     Gesellschaft 36, 1903, S. 2878),     Bodländer     und     Fittig    (Zeitschrift für physiologische  Chemie 39, 1902, S. 605), sowie von     Euler     (Berichte der deutschen chemischen Gesell  schaft 36, 1903, S.

   1854) das komplexe Ka  tion Ag     (Am)2',    wo Am     NH3,        CH3        NH2        usw.          bedeutet.    Die     Cyaniddoppelsalze    weisen das  komplexe Anion     Ag        (CN)2',    die     Rhodanid-          doppelsalze    das Anion     Ag        (SCN)2',    die     Thio-          sulfatdoppelsalze    das Anion     Ag        (S203)

  2"'    und       Ag        (S203)3""'    auf.  



  Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung  ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung einer kom-         plexen    Silberverbindung des     Glykokolls,    wel  ches darin besteht,     dass    man auf Silbersulfat  einen     Überschuss    von     Glykokoll    zur Einwir  kung bringt.  



  Die komplexe Silberverbindung des     Gly-          kokolls    bildet eine kristallinische blasse,  welche sich in Wasser erheblich leichter löst  als Silbersulfat. Die wässerige Lösung rea  giert neutral. Sie zeichnet sich gegenüber  den     wässerigen    Lösungen der einfachen Silber  salze durch eine bedeutend grössere Halt  barkeit aus. Bei Zusatz von Natronlauge  oder Soda entsteht keine Fällung. Die kom  plexe Silberverbindung des     Glykokolls    soll  zu therapeutischen Zwecken verwendet werden.  <I>Beispiel:</I>  15,6 Teile Silbersulfat werden mit 75  Teilen     Glykokoll    fein verrieben. Beim Ein  tragen in Wasser geht die komplexe Silber  verbindung des     Glykokolls    in Lösung.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung einer kom plexen Silberverbindung des Glykokolls, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass man auf Silber- Sulfat einen Überschu@ von Glykokoll zur Einwirkung bringt. Die komplexe Silberverbindung des Gly- kokolls bildet eine kristallinische Masse, welche sich leicht in Wasser löst. Die wäs serige Lösucig reagiert neutral.
