Description

B. G m e 1 i n - K r a u t, 7 . Auflage, Bd. II, i, S. 53).Process for obtaining sulphates of alkalis. It is known, that the sulfates of the fixed alkalis are sparingly soluble in ammonia water and that they can be separated from their solutions by ammonia (cf. B. G m e 1 i n - K r a u t, 7. Edition, Vol. II, i, p. 53).

B. G ni e 1 i n - IL r a tt t , j. Auflage, Bd. It has now been found that the sulfates mentioned can also be obtained from such Solutions through ammonia can separate in 'solid form, in which these sulfates from animonsulphate and other compounds of the fixed alkalis by double Ability to implement. It is known (see e.g. G ni e 1 i n - IL r a tt t, j. Edition, Vol. Il, i, p.48 below and p. 322) that by dop = Kelte Implementation of amnion sulfate with common salt or sodium nitrate \ atriunisulfat in the can suck out flitze. However, this is different from this known method that of the present application by working at ordinary temperature and the deposition of the alkali sulfate is effected by anionic acid.

Man verfährt z. One proceeds z. B. in such a way that inan saturated solutions, which Aninion sulfate and salts of the fixed alkalis, like chloricle, nitrates etc. in approximate contain equivalent amounts, mixed with one another, and then gaseous ammonia initiates. The sulfates of the fixed alkalis separate into crystalline ones Shape. The precipitated salt is separated from the mother liquor and in known Way processed.

The corresponding ammonium salts can be obtained from the -2 # ether liquor in can be obtained in a known manner.

Au sfiihrungsbeispiele.Execution examples.

Gaseous ammonia is passed into this liquor, until the mother liquor shows a specific gravity of about 0.95. To the extent that the ammonia is absorbed by the liquid, sodium sulfate separates, which is finally separated from the mother liquor.

One passes into a solution which can be obtained by pouring together 3.51: g Animonsulphate liquor of 28.5 ° Be and <1.3 lcg potassium chloride liquor of 22 ° Be obtained, gaseous amnionia to saturation by cooling it to ensure that that the usual temperature is not significantly exceeded. The precipitated one Sulphate is separated from the mother liquor. You can comfortably oo percent and above Convert your applied potassium chloride into I # ', alitinistilfate.
