Hoclilierd.
Hoclilierd. The subject of the invention is a cooker which is provided with a hot water heating device.
The specialty of the cooker is that the smoke outlet is led through a watercraft located in the cooker, so that in this way the exhaust gases are still used for special heating of the contents of the watercraft.
The drawing represents an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
Figure i is a vertical section through the range; Fig. 2 is a plan view; Fig. 3 is a section along A-B of Fig. 2; Fig. 4 is a section. according to C-1) of FIG. 2.
The cooker shown is with the part 1 used for the fire with a grate. 2, which the latter also relocated to point 2a. the grate at point 2 is used for heating with coal, coke and briquettes, while the grate at point 2a is used for wood-burning. Next to part 1 is the water ship 3 and next to it a roasting oven 4.
A discharge pipe 5 is passed through the watercraft 3, which above the watercraft is surrounded by a water cylinder 6 'adjoining it. The watercraft 3 rests at the bottom on a wall which, as can be seen from the floor plan in FIG. 2, runs with a part 7a below the front of the watercraft 3, with a part 71) thereon.
runs along the ash box space of the furnace part 1 and then surrounds the lower opening of the flue 5 with a part 7e on one side.
The wall 7a extends with a part 7e upwards between the boat 3 and the roasting oven 4, while the beach? E merges into a part 7d which initially goes straight upwards. and then runs obliquely outwards, as can be seen precisely in FIG. Between these parts 7 <, and 7c1 is.
the wall both at the front and at the top, so that the front, under the roasting oven 4, an opening 11 is disfigured and an opening at the top which can be closed by a flap 3, which is rotatably attached to the top edge of the roasting oven 4 . This flap 8 is set up so that it can be opened, so that it can also assume the position of the dashed line.
Between the upper hotplate 9, which is provided with the cooking openings t0 indicated by dotted circles, in the usual way, and the top of the watercraft 3 and the roasting oven 4, a duct 12 adjoining the furnace part 1 runs, which crosses into a channel 13, which lies between the roasting oven 4 and a side wall of the range and finally merges into the channel 14 below the roasting oven 4.
The heating gases take their way from the grids 2, hezw. 2a according to the arrow direction 1.5 drawn in through the channel 12 over the ship and, when the flap 8 is folded down, they continue to go over (len roasting oven 4 and around it through the chancel 13, 14, and then through the mouth 11 between the walls 7e, 7 (l through, under the watercraft 3 to tre, from where they long into the flue 5 ge.
If, on the other hand, the flap 8 is erected so that it assumes the position shown in dashed lines, it closes the channel 12 above the roasting oven, and the heating elements then immediately. from the point above the watercraft 3 their way between the V # 'changes ie, 7 (1 downwards according to the dash-dotted arrow pieces 16, and below the ship 3 and into the smoke outlet- 5 reach.
The sheet metal tongues 17, 18 provided under the roasting oven 4 serve to direct the path of the heating gases in the desired direction and keep them under the roasting oven for a long time.
The watercraft 3 is provided at the front with a manhole closed by a cover 19, before wel chem in the outer hearth wall an opening with cover 20 is attached.
The opening between the water cylinder 6 and the exhaust pipe 5 is closed at the top by an annular plate 21 which is screwed onto angle iron 22 and 22a so that it can be easily removed.
The watercraft 3 can have any cross-section, for example also ko niches, and individual walls can also be wavy instead of smooth. his.
The arrangement shown and described has the advantage that the water ship is effectively heated by the furnace i, since not only the heating gases which rise from the grates 2 and 2a come into play in the manner described, but also the heat under the grids 2 and 2a on a part 3a (Fig. i) of the wall of the watercraft 3, which is un indirectly next to the room i, ge through sheet metal wall 1a to effect reached.
The cold water is fed in: through the connection 23, while the connection 24 provided at the top of the water cylinder 6 serves to discharge the warm water.
Furthermore, several hot water extraction points are not shown in the drawing on the watercraft. One of the outlets for the warm water leads to a bathtub, others lead to a sink or to a laundry room or other tap.
In the case of small apartments, the system is expediently designed in such a way that a bathtub, which is then also used for washing laundry, is provided with a cover plate that can be attached to the bathtub so that it can also be used as a table and unloading point for the daily use. can serve in the household. If you want to swim or wash clothes, the cover plate is folded up.
Instead of a single extraction pipe 5, it is also possible to provide a number of such extraction pipes with a narrower cross-section in order to increase the utilization of the gases for heating the water in the watercraft 3 and in the water cylinder 6.
The stove described can be used with the watercraft 3 alone or in conjunction with the cylinder 6 for connection to a heating system by connecting the nozzles 23, respectively. 24 a radiator is connected in order to obtain the necessary warm water for warm water heating.
The cooking stove shown and described has the advantage that the water ship is flushed and heated by the fire gases in a certain way over most of its circumference, so that the fire gases are effectively utilized.
