Gegenstand der vorliegende)) Erssndung Ist ein Apparat zum Einsammeln von am Boden Hebendem Obst, wie z. B. Äpfel, Ge- ete.
Gemäss der Erfindung besitzt der Apparat eine in einem mit Rädern versehenen und stell gelagerte Walze aufweist, einen Behiilter, wobei die Walze Mittel Walze zwischen welchen beim Bewegen der #ber #ber die am
Boden liegendes Obst dieses sieh festklemmt.
Ferner beaitzt der Apparat eine L#ngsseiten
Walze greifende Platte, welche bezweckt, das festgeklemmte Obst abzustreifen und nach dem Behälter zu führen.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist der
Erfindungsgegenstand in einer beispielsweisen Ausfübrungsform zur Darstellung gebracht, und zwar zeigt : Fig. l einen teilweisen Längsschnitt, und
Fig. 2 eine Ansicht von oben.
Nach der Zeichnung ist a das aus Eisen gebildete Traggestell, in dessen b -die Achse Boden drehbar angeordnet ist, mit wel cher die zweckmässig aus Holz bestehende zylindrische Walze c in starrer Verbindung steht. d sind an den freien Enden kuppel förmig abgerundete Zapfen, welche au den auf do'UmbuchederWalzecangeordneten Schraubenfedern f befestigt sind. g ist der der Walze c vorgeschaltete, zur Aufnahme Obst, wie z. B. Apfel, Birnen etc. ; die nende, auf die Platte h gestellte Beh#lter und ist die Platte h auf der Strebe i des Gestelles a befestigt.
Der Behälter 7, der sic mach oben verjungt, weist zwecks leichter Handhabung Handgriffe auf./ist eine auf der Strebe i'befestigte, aus zwei durch Scharniere miteinander gelenkig verbundenen Teilen bestehende, mit Randleisten l1 ver seliene Platte. Der der Walze c zugekehrte Teil der Platte l ist mit Zungen M versehen, welche jeweils in den zwischen zwei Zapfen rciheu gebildeten Raum eingreifen.
An die Breitseite des (Testelles a ist ein sehräg naeh oben verlaufendes Stabeisen o befestigt, dessen freies Ende winklig abgekr#pft ist, und lagert in demselben die Stange o'. p ist ein in einer an der Breitseite des Traggestelles vorge- sehenen Ose a1 gehaltenes Stabeisen, in dessen unterem, gegabelten Ende auf einem Bolzen p1 die Lenkrolle r drehbar angeordnet ist.
Das Stabeisen) weist in seinem obern Teil Locher auf, so daf) dasselbe mittelst des durch die Öse c'hindurchgeführten Bolzens q höher oder tiefer gestellt werden kann, was zum Beispiel bei unebenem Terrain wün- sehenswert ist. s sind Räder, welche auf an den Längsseiten des Traggestelles a befestig- ten Zapfen t lagern.
Die Funktionsweise des vorbeschriebenen Apparates ist folgende :
Sollen zum Beispiel Äpfel eingesammelt werden, so wird durch Erfassen der Stange 01 der Apparat in Richtung des Pfeils A bewegt. Dabei rotiert infolge Berührung der Zapfen d mit dem Erdboden die Walze c, und zwar wie Pfeil B der Fig. 1 erkennen lässt. Sobald nun zum Beispiel ein Apfel zwischen zwei Zapfen kommt, wird derselbe eingeklemmt und mitgenommen, bis derselbe durch eine der Zungen rz der Platte 1 abgestreift wird. Sobald dies geschehen ist, rollt der Apfel über die Platte l in den Behälter g, welch letzterer sich auf diese Weise ganz mit Obst anfüllen kann.
Ist der Behälter g gefüllt, so wird der links befindliche Teil der Platte 1 heraufgeklappt, so dass der Behälter herausgenommen werden kann.
Der vorbeschriebene Apparat zeiehnet sich dadurch aus, eiass in kurzer Zeit am Boden liegendes Obst, wie z. B. Äpfel und Birnen, gesammelt werden kann, ohne dass dasselbe beschädigt wird.
