Locking device for borrowable and lowerable platforms. The invention relates to platforms that can be loved and felt, which are lifted by any drive, for example a hydraulic fluid drive, and which can be fixed at different heights by means of a bolt on which the lift is located - and lowerable platform supports.
The drive, for example the hydraulic fluid pump, can then be switched off as long as this altitude is maintained. If, however, the platform is to be at a different height, the drive must be switched on before unlocking. to prevent the platform from falling.
When using the usual bolts, which can be easily pulled away from under the platform carrier, there is a risk that if the guard is inadvertent, the unlocking will take place before the drive is switched on.
According to the invention, this is ruled out by using a bar which can be displaced transversely to the lifting direction and which is provided with a nose protruding in front of the lifting direction, with which it gehraclii behind a stop of the platform carrier when the platform is raised by the drive; can be.
The stop, which rests on the bolt after the drive has been switched off, prevents the bolt from being unlocked without the drive being switched on beforehand, as the platform must first be raised by the height of the nose in order to be able to pull the bolt away from under your stop . This forces the attendant to activate the drive before unlocking, so that the platform is secured against falling when the drive is switched off.
The drawing shows an example embodiment of the locking device according to the invention.
hig. 1 to 4 are partially schematic longitudinal sections through the support column of the platform. Pressurized fluid drive in different operating positions of the locking device.
5 is a longitudinal section through the locking device on a larger scale.
The. Platform 1 of a tower car shown for the repair of electrical cables is supported by a telescope-like pull-out column whose fixed base column 2 is fastened to the carriage frame 3, while the platform 1 is rotatably mounted in the extendable tube part 4.
For this purpose, the platform is attached to a support tube; 5. in a neck bearing 6 by means of the gear transmission; 7. 8 0-edrelit can be.
The tube 5 can be lifted together with the roll 4 by pressure oil that is generated by a pressure pump 9. The pipe part 4 is provided with the Diuckzvlinder 10 in its longitudinal center. the one smaller diameter than the tube lial, so that an annular space 11 is lost. into which the oil can enter through bottom openings 12.
The pressure line 13 of the pump 9 is led up through the bottom of the G = round column 2 and in the longitudinal center thereof and protrudes slightly into the pressure cylinder 10 when the platform 1 is raised; in which you can see, mtigliclist fitted exactly how a piston leads (Fig '. 2).
At the upper end, the line 13 has an outlet opening 14 which is arranged in such a way that it is released by the pressure cylinder 10 at the highest position of the platform 1. The interior of the base column 2 is at a certain height above the tube sheet through an opening 15 with the outside air. The part of the base column 2 located below this opening serves as an oil collecting container from which the pressure pump 9 sucks by means of the suction line 16.
In the pressure line 13 there is a check valve 17 with a continuously open one. narrow opening switched on., through which the oil pushed back through the line is strongly throttled.
To lock the platform 1 in different heights, openings 18 are provided in the extendable tubular part 4 at certain intervals. into which a bolt 19 attached to the fixed base pillar 2 can automatically fall.
For this purpose, the bolt is guided in a housing? 0 transversely to the lifting line of the platform 1 and is pressed towards the tubular part 4 by a spring 21. At the front end of the Rie gel 19 is provided with a bevel 22, the Heim lifting of the tubular part 4 cooperates with the wall.
that the Rie gel is automatically pushed out of the openings 18. The latch 19 is released by hand with the aid of the -N \ 'inl: elhebls 24.25 rotatably supported about the axis 23 on the base column 2, the arm 25 of which is articulated to the latch.
The latch 19 is. now at the front end with a protruding nose 26 in the lifting direction of the platform 1. There. the openings 18 are higher than the overall height of the bolt 19 from the lower edge to the upper edge of the 'nose 26. so the Rie <, - (, i with a suitable position of the pipe part 4 through the openings 18 and finite the' Place nose 26 behind the pipe wall.
If the platform 1 is to be raised from the lowered position according to FIG. 1, the pressure pump 9 is set in motion and driven by pressure oil in the pressure cylinder 10 ge. At the highest position of the platform, the outlet opening 14 of the pressure line 13 is released from the pressure cylinder 10. so that pressure oil flows from the pressure cylinder into the basic <i.ule 2.
This amount of oil collects at the bottom of the base column 2, from where it is sucked abge by the pressure pump 9 '. As long as the pump is working, the platform remains in the highest position; because the outlet opening 14 is so dimensioned. that the eye-tick of the load on the back cylinder 10 is in equilibrium (Fig. 2).
When the platform 1 is lifted, the bolt 19 slides on the outer wall of the tube part 4 and snaps into each opening 18 under the pressure of the spring 21, as soon as the upper edge of the opening has come into alignment with the upper edge of the nose 26.
Strikes when the platform continues to move upwards. as FIG. 5 shows with dashed lines. the lower edge of the opening 18 on the Alisclirä.gung 22. so the bolt 19 is closed back. until it falls into the following opening 18. The platform 1 can be locked in any elevated position in which the bolt 19 falls into an opening 18 by stopping the pump 9 and short-circuiting it.
The 01 is then pushed back under the load by the pipe part 4 and the platform from the pressure cylinder 10 through the pressure line 13, flows through the pressure pump 9 and the suction line 16 into the base column 2, where it is so strong on its way through the check valve 17 ge is throttled that the pipe part 4 lowers only slowly.
If, for example, the bolt 19 slides on the wall of the pipe part 4 when the pump 9 is short-circuited, it lowers until the bolt 19 snaps into the next higher opening 18 and its upper edge rests on the bolt (Fig. 3).
The nose 26 has come behind the wall of the pipe part 4, which acts as a stop. so that unlocking by pulling back the bolt 19 by means of the hand angle lever 24 is only possible when the tubular part 4 is raised by the height of the nose 26.
This securing is of essential importance, since the 01 partly runs out of the pressure cylinder 10 and the pressure line 13 due to the short circuit of the pressure pump 9 and thus the pipe part 4 with the platform 1 when the bolt is withdrawn without starting the pump a certain stretch would fall down (Fig. 3).
To lower the platform 1, the attendant must therefore set the pressure pump 9 in motion before unlocking the pipe part 4, removing the short circuit of the pressure pump. so that pressure oil enters the pressure cylinder 10 through the pressure line 13 and the platform 1 is raised by the height of the nose 26 of the bolt 19.
When unlocking, the bolt can then be pulled out of the tubular part 4 with the help of the hand angle lever 24. 25 (Fig. 4) and the pressure cylinder 10 is safely filled with 01, which prevents the platform from falling when the oil level is low. If the pressure pump 9 is now stopped again, the pipe part 4 with the platform 1 gradually lowers until it gently touches the bottom of the base column 2.
The 01 is meanwhile pushed back through the line 13 to the pump 9, through this, into the suction line 16 and thus into the base column 2, as FIG. 2 indicates with dashed arrows. The 01 located in the base column 2 can enter the tube 4 at the end of the lowering through the bottom openings 12. Premature unlocking is ruled out by this safety device.
The lifting device for the platform, which. is switched off after unlocking. can be designed differently and work with different pressure media.
