Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Hilfseinrichtung zum Schweissen, eingebaut in einen Schweisserhelm und bestehend aus einem einstückigen transparenten Rahmen (2), beispielsweise aufgeklebt auf der Innenseite einer Frontscheibe (1) des Schweisserhelms mit einer in ein Sackloch (3) im Rahmen (2) eingesetzten Leuchtdiode (4), welche in durch einen Regler (6) einstellbaren Zeitintervallen aufleuchtet.The present invention relates to an auxiliary device for welding, built into a welding helmet and consisting of a one-piece transparent frame (2), for example glued on the inside of a windshield (1) of the welding helmet with a in a blind hole (3) in the frame (2) used Light-emitting diode (4), which lights up in adjustable by a controller (6) time intervals.

[0001] Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Hilfseinrichtung zum Schweissen. Es können die Schweissverfahren TIG, WIG oder Autogen sein. Das Ziel jeder Schweissung ist das Erzeugen einer Schweissraupe mit regelmässiger Schuppung, welche schon optisch die Qualität einer Schweissung zu beurteilen gestattet, ohne dass eine solche mit Röntgenstrahlen oder mit Ultraschall kontrolliert werden muss. Materialstärke, Schweisstemperatur und Dicke des von Hand zugeführten Schweissdrahtes bestimmen den Takt aller Schweissvorgänge. Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, die Zufuhr des manuell zugeführten Schweissdrahtes zu erleichtern und somit eine gleichmässige Schuppung der Schweissraupe zu erzeugen. Die Lösung der gestellten Aufgabe ist wiedergegeben im kennzeichnenden Teil des Patentanspruches 1. Anhand der beigefügten Zeichnung wird der Erfindungsgegenstand näher erläutert. Solche Frontscheiben 1 sind entweder phototrop oder aber permanent dunkel, eingerichtet auf die beim Schweissen entstehende Helligkeit. Auf der Innenseite des Randes der Frontscheibe 1 ist, beispielsweise durch Kleben, ein einstückiger Rahmen 2 befestigt. Dieser Rahmen 2 trägt, beispielsweise oben und mittig angeordnet, ein Sackloch 3, in welches eine Leuchtdiode 4 eingesteckt ist. Diese ist in ihrer Helligkeit so eingerichtet, dass sie zwar überall deutlich wahrgenommen wird, jedoch nicht blendet. Beispielsweise innerhalb des Schweisshelmes 5 ist ein Regler 6 angebracht, welcher gestattet, das Intervall zwischen den einzelnen Leuchtphasen der Leuchtdiode 4 nach den Anforderungen des Schweissers einzustellen.
