Abstract

The invention relates to a valve plate assembly with a valve plate and a form-fitting part. The valve plate (1) with fluid openings is provided with a central opening (6 *), which allows a positive connection with the form-fitting part (10), which is attachable to an axle-like fastening means of a Ventilensembles. Description

The invention relates to valve plate assemblies with valve plates preferably to those for compressors. Valve plates have the function of a closure as well as a passage. They are circulated and flowed through by the fluids that are processed in the compressor. These fluids are usually gaseous or liquid, in short fluid. The essential structure of a valve with valve plates (eg slide valves): a firm seat or base and a movable valve plate take over the control and seal, a plate-shaped (handlebar) spring supports the closing movement, possibly a damper plate for damping the movement of the valve plate, above it is the Hubfänger. The components are held together by a central screw with nut and spacer ring. The problem to be solved by the invention is, by simple means, the twisting of the mounted in its center usually circular valve plate, which can lead to a deplacement of the fluid openings of the valve plate to the corresponding Gegenfluidkanälen the base to prevent. Furthermore, the replacement of existing valve plates without significant to no changes to the valve should be possible.
There are many possibilities, one of which is described in the above-mentioned Dubbel, a fixed to the base pin passed through a correspondingly placed hole in the valve plate. As simple and obvious as this solution is, it is so impractical against rapid strokes of the valve plate as it tends to tilt and wear. Another example known solution in US 4,723,572 is to replace the spring plate distributed by individual springs around the valve plate and to center. These springs are mounted at one end about two-thirds in a spring housing and at the other end to a part in relatively small recesses in the valve plate. The free spring area corresponds roughly to the opening or closing stroke of the valve plate. It is clear that this solution, from a simple pin to a plurality of elaborately mounted springs is not a simplification.
The inventive solution is that the valve plate of the valve plate assembly includes a central opening, designed for a positive connection with an attachable to an axis-like fastening means of a valve ensemble fitting part. Thus, by means of an opening in the center of the valve plate opening in cooperation with a corresponding axis-side fixed form-fitting part a rotation impossible.

These recesses 5 may look a bit "deep" in this depiction and one has the impression that this affects the stability of the valve plate, which of course is definitely the case. Even with smaller wells, the stability is impaired and it is not possible for functional reasons to arrange no or only marginal depressions.
The valve plates are mounted in the center. They have diameters up to 30 cm, ie radii of 10 to 15 cm. These radii are under force lever. The valve plates are pressed, albeit minimally, from the center like a flat basket in one direction, countless times over long periods of time. If the valve plates are made of metal, then the weakening discussed here is marginal. If the valve plates are made of a plastic material, as is common practice today, the weakening becomes arguable. Thus, it is advantageous to avoid such depressions on the webs of the valve plates. The trend away from valve plates made of metal to plastic plates, therefore, because in case of breakouts or damage to metallic valve plates by loose metal parts on the compressors well-known secondary damage can occur, which is not the case with the valve plates made of plastic. Therefore, solutions that improve the valve plates made of plastic operational, very important. Moreover, the life of today's valve plates made of plastic is comparable to those of metal, the breaking characteristic in case of damage announcing itself through the fiber felt in operation contrary to that of crystalline metal, where the damage occurs suddenly.
Fig. 5 shows the solution. What is striking first is the rosette-shaped center with the central opening 6 * with positive recesses 9. It is designed so that a rosette-shaped counterpart which can be placed on the concentric cylindrical axis serves as a form-fitting part 10 with the curves 9 * and the circular opening 6 for receiving an axis in the center 6 * of the inventive valve plate engages and thus causes a positive connection. Otherwise, the valve plate remains unchanged. The positive recesses 9 may have any useful formations. Here, for the sake of simplicity, only one embodiment is shown. With these valve plates, the metallic valve plates can be exchanged in the majority of cases without any changes to the valve. This is a considerable advantage when it comes to the conversion of metallic valve plates to those made of plastic in the hand.
In a shirred representation, the valve plate according to the invention on a centric form-fitting part in conjunction with a fixed mutual mutual form-fitting part on achsartigen attachment means of the valve ensemble. The opening has positive recesses in the center. These projections give the center a "rosette" appearance. The positive recesses may be assigned a coding recess. Associated with the valve plate is a mutual form-fitting part which engages in the form-fitting recesses and possibly in the coding recess and which causes the connection to an axle-like fastening means and in particular to an assembly axis.
With this solution, you gain two advantages in one fell swoop; compared to the prior art, a very simple anti-rotation and in the application of valve plates made of plastic a gain in stability. In addition, the replacement of existing valve plates with virtually no change to the valve to accomplish.
