Abstract

The pillbox has a cross-shaped cutter (1) mounted in its hinged lid. As the lid closes the cutter splits a tablet placed on the base into four parts. These are held in position in the base by partitions (2).

Description

       

  [0001]    Bei der Erfindung handelt es sich um eine Tablettendose mit integriertem Tablettenspalter. Die Spaltvorrichtung ist so angeordnet, dass sie noch Raum für Fächer zur Aufnahme von Tabletten lässt. Die runde Dose besteht aus Boden und Deckel und ist in vier Quadranten geteilt, wobei drei Vierteile als Tablettenfächer dienen, und ein Vierteil der Spaltvorrichtung mittels hauchdünnem Messer, das im Deckel eingelassen ist.

  

[0002]    Auf dem Markt existiert keine Tablettendose mit integriertem Tablettenspalter, in der gleichzeitig auch Tabletten für mindestens drei Verordnungen (z.B. für Morgen, Mittag, Abend) untergebracht werden können. Die Aufgabe bestand also darin, eine solche Dose zu schaffen und den Nachteil des heutigen Tablettenspaltens, bei dem die Teile beim Spalten mit einem Messer wegspringen, zu beseitigen.

  

[0003]    Die Lösung besteht in einer in vier Quadranten eingeteilte Dose, wobei ein Quadrant die Spaltvorrichtung enthält und die übrigen Quadranten der Aufnahme der Tabletten dienen. Jede tägliche Verordnung ist durch eine über ihr liegende Öffnung im Deckel und über eine im Deckel eingelassene, aufgesteckte Wählscheibe zugänglich. Die auf dem Markt fehlende Verbindung von Aufbewahrung und zuverlässiger Spaltung von Tabletten ist mit dieser Entwicklung erstellt.

  

[0004]    Die Wandungen der einzelnen Tablettenfächer schliessen mit ihren Gegenstücken im Deckel jedes Tablettenfach vollständig ab, sodass keine Tabletten, die in diesen Tablettenfächern aufbewahrt werden, bei Bewegungen in der Tasche in ein anderes Tablettenfach gelangen können.

  

[0005]    Im Vierteil des Tablettenspalters weisen die Wandungen eine feine, in Spitzen auslaufende, gewellte Oberfläche auf.

  

[0006]    Im Vierteil des Tablettenspalters ist der Boden gegen das Zentrum hin leicht ansteigend geführt und wellenförmig aufgeraut. Damit wird Halt für die Tablette beim Spalten erreicht. Eine kleine Aussparung (Rille) am Boden nimmt beim Spalten das im Deckel eingelassene Messer auf.

  

[0007]    Der Deckel der Tablettendose ist so gestaltet, dass drei möglichst grosse, dreieckige Öffnungen genau über den Tablettenfächern und eine auf dem Deckel aufgesteckte, leicht im Deckel eingelassene Wählscheibe mit einer kongruenten dreieckigen Serviceöffnung die Entleerung der Tablettenfächer ermöglicht.

  

[0008]    In der Tablettendose lassen sich also drei verschiedene Tablettenverordnungen, beispielsweise für Morgen, Mittag, Abend, bequem unterbringen und zu spaltende Tabletten so zuverlässig in zwei etwa gleich grosse Teile spalten.

  

[0009]    Deckel und Boden schliessen mit einem Filmscharnier auf der einen Seite und einem Schnappverschluss auf der anderen Seite.

  

[0010]    Auch die Wählscheibe weist eine Arretierung auf dem Deckel auf, damit sie sich nicht selbständig in der Tasche dreht und die Tabletten nicht herausfallen können. Das Messer vom Typ Rasierklinge ist stabil, jedoch so dünn und hart wie möglich gewählt. Nur ein solches Messer erlaubt eine saubere Spaltung.

Technisches Gebiet/Stand der Technik

  

[0011]    Aus der Sicht der Technik handelt es sich bei dieser Tablettendose mit integriertem Tablettenspalter um die Anwendung von Möglichkeiten, die die Kunststoffspritz- und Presstechnik bei Polyamiden heute zulässt. So können heute harte und weiche Teile (Dose und Filmscharnier (4)/Schnappverschluss (5)) zu einem Ganzen verbunden werden. Auch die Kombination von transparentem Polyamid der Wählscheibe (6) mit undurchsichtigem wird bei der Tablettendose Verwendung finden.

Detaillierte Darstellung der Erfindung

  

[0012]    In einer runden Tablettendose mit integriertem Tablettenspalter ist der Tablettenspalter im zum Scharnier hin geöffneten Vierteil angeordnet. Über diesem Vierteil ist im Deckel ein hauchdünnes Messer (Fig. 1, Ziff. 1) eingelassen. Der Spaltvorgang erfolgt durch Schliessen der Dose, wobei das Messer die auf dem Boden, im Zentrum, liegende Tablette teilt. Boden und Deckel sind durch ein Filmscharnier (Fig. 1, Ziff. 4) verbunden und lassen sich bis zum Winkel von 180 Grad öffnen. Gegenüber dem Scharnier schliesst der Deckel mit einem Schnappverschluss. Auf den Deckel mit drei Öffnungen, je eine pro übriges Tablettenfach, ist eine transparente, leicht versenkte Wählscheibe (Fig. 1, Ziff. 9, und Fig. 2, Ziff. 1) aufgesteckt, durch deren Öffnung (Fig. 2, Ziff. 3) wiederum die Tabletten aus den Tablettenfächern durch Stürzen entnommen werden können.

   Im zum Scharnier hin offenen Vierteil des Bodens der Dose ist dieser ansteigend und gewellt ausgestaltet, damit nicht runde Tabletten einen gewissen Halt bei der Spaltung finden (Fig.1, Ziff. 10). In Spitzen auslaufende, gewellte Oberflächen gleichen Zwecks befinden sich in diesem Vierteil auch an den Wandungen zum Zentrum hin (Fig. 1, Ziff. 7). Die übrigen drei Vierteile dienen als Tablettenfächer der Aufnahme von bis zu drei Tablettenverordnungen.

Claims

1.
