Abstract
Restorative composition (I) comprises propylene glycol, active ingredients in the form of organic acid and alcoholic agent, and an amplifying agent having film-forming effect. An independent claim is included for a spray comprising (I), conditioned in a pump bottle, without gas pressure. ACTIVITY : Vulnerary; Dermatological. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.
Description
[0001] La présente invention a pour objet une composition réparatrice pour l'épiderme, destinée à être appliquée sur la peau humaine, et un spray contenant cette composition, tel que décrit dans les revendications 8 à 11. L'invention a pour but de procurer une composition réparatrice pour l'épiderme humain après une brûlure, qui permette de remédier aux principaux inconvénients présentées par les compositions réparatrices après brûlures connues, à savoir:
odeur désagréable et durée d'efficacité limitée soit par absorption, coulure ou métabolisation de la composition par la peau, soit par la transpiration due aux fortes chaleurs ou à des efforts ou encore par l'abrasion de la composition occasionnée notamment par le lavage de la surface traitée ou par le déplacement de l'air sur cette surface.
[0002] A cet effet, la composition suivant l'invention comprend au moins trois acides choisi parmi les acides organiques, de l'alcool isopropylique, un agent alcoolique, ainsi que du propylène glycol, un agent glycolique et un agent amplificateur de l'effet filmogène des dits composés actifs.
[0003] Suivant une forme de réalisation de l'invention, l'agent alcoolique est un alcool isopropylique.
Suivant une forme de réalisation avantageuse,
le composé glycolique est du propylène glycol monomalate associé à du propylène glycol.
Suivant un mode de réalisation avantageux de l'invention, l'agent amplificateur de l'effet filmogène est une hydroxyéthylcellulose.
Suivant un mode de réalisation particulièrement avantageux de l'invention, la composition comprend, en poids, de 40 à 70% d'eau déminéralisée, de 10 à 45% de propylène glycol associé au propylène glycol monomalate, de 0,04 à 5% d'acide malique, de 0.1 à 5% d'acide benzoïque, de 0.5 à 5% d'acide salicylique, de 2 à 10% d'alcool isopropylique, de 0.1 à 5% d' hydroxyéthylcellulose.
[0004] D'autres détails et particularités de l'invention ressortiront de la description ci-après, à titre d'exemples non limitatifs, de compositions réparatrices pour l'épiderme humain, après brûlures, suivant l'invention.
La composition suivant l'invention,
qui est réparatrice après brûlures, de l'épiderme humain, a pour caractéristique principale de permettre la création, principalement sur la peau où les compositions réparatrices perdent le plus rapidement leur efficacité à cause de l'absorption, des coulures, la métabolisation, la transpiration et/ou l'abrasion d'un film, qui résiste au temps, aux conditions extérieures ainsi qu'aux modifications de l'état de surface couverte et qui régularise la libération des ingrédients actifs de la composition, dans laquelle restent présents la majeur partie de ces ingrédients réparateurs actifs, ingrédients dont l'activité est avantageusement accrue par l'incorporation dans la composition d'un agent filmogène,
ladite composition présentant en outre l'avantage d'être constituée en majeure partie de produits organiques non toxiques pour l'homme.
Cette composition dont l'odeur est neutre et qui contient, suivant l'invention et comme décrit ci-après, un agent alcoolique et un agent amplificateur de l'effet filmogène, a une réelle activité réparatrice et hydratante pendant une période minimale de 4 à 8 heures qui pourrait atteindre 14 heures suivant les conditions externes lorsqu'elle est appliquée dans les quantités suivantes, qui varient notamment suivant les conditions atmosphériques extérieures, telles que la température dont la hausse provoque la dispersion ou l'abrasion;
de 0.05 à 0.2 mg/cm<2> sur la peau.
[0005] Ladite composition, qui contient de l'alcool isopropylique, qui constitue l'agent alcoolique pour la formation du film susdit, des acides organiques, dont la propriété est de former un ester en réaction avec le propylène glycol, comprend avantageusement, en poids, de 40 à 70% d'eau déminéralisée, de 10 à 45% de propylène glycol, de 0.5 à 5% d'acide malique, de 0.1 à 5% d'acide benzoïque, de 0,04 à 5% d'acide salicylique, et de 0.1 à 2.5% d'un agent conservateur, tel que le mélange 30% de parabène de propyle et 70% de parabène de méthyle connu sous le nom de "meproesters".
La composition susdite peut également comprendre un colorant améliorant son aspect, ce colorant, introduit dans la composition à raison de 0.001% à 0.01% en poids,
étant choisi parmi les colorants neutres par rapport aux constituants susdits.
[0006] On a obtenu d'excellents résultats réparateurs de l'épiderme, et en particulier des résultats durables, avec une composition comprenant en poids 52.03% d'eau déminéralisée, 34.65% de propylène glycol associé à 1.23% de propylène glycol monomalate, de 7.5% d'alcool isopropylique, de 1.3% d'acide malique, 0.15% d'acide benzoïque, 0.04% d'acide salicilique, et de 3% d'amplificateur de l'effet filmogène.
Suivant l'invention, la composition réparatrice pour l'épiderme après brûlure, peut se présenter sous la forme d'un gel pouvant être utilisé dans un distributeur à tête de distribution (flacon-pompe).
[0007] Lorsque ce gel est destiné à être utilisé dans un distributeur à tête de distribution à bille (roll-on),
on abaisse la viscosité du gel défini ci-dessus en augmentant la quantité d'eau.

The composition according to the invention,
which is repairing after burns, of the human epidermis, has the main characteristic of allowing the creation, mainly on the skin where the repairing compositions lose the most quickly their effectiveness because of the absorption, the coulures, the metabolization, the perspiration and / or the abrasion of a film, which is resistant to weather, to external conditions as well as to changes in the surface condition covered and which regulates the release of the active ingredients of the composition, in which the major part remains of these active repairing ingredients, ingredients whose activity is advantageously increased by the incorporation into the composition of a film-forming agent,
said composition further having the advantage of being composed for the most part of non-toxic organic products for humans.
This composition, the odor of which is neutral and which contains, according to the invention and as described hereinafter, an alcoholic agent and an agent which enhances the film-forming effect, has a real restorative and moisturizing activity for a minimum period of 4 to 8 hours which could reach 14 hours depending on external conditions when applied in the following quantities, which vary in particular according to the external atmospheric conditions, such as the temperature whose rise causes dispersion or abrasion;

Excellent repair results of the epidermis have been obtained, and in particular durable results, with a composition comprising by weight 52.03% demineralized water, 34.65% propylene glycol associated with 1.23% propylene glycol monomalate, of 7.5% isopropyl alcohol, 1.3% malic acid, 0.15% benzoic acid, 0.04% salicylic acid, and 3% enhancer of the film-forming effect.
According to the invention, the restorative composition for the epidermis after burn can be in the form of a gel that can be used in a dispenser with dispensing head (pump bottle).
When this gel is intended to be used in a dispenser head ball distribution (roll-on),
the viscosity of the gel defined above is lowered by increasing the amount of water.
