Fig. 2 : einen Querschnitt durch Fig. 1 im Betriebszustand,

Fig. 9 : eine Teildraufsicht der Belüfterplatte.
The invention relates to a Belüfterplatte for water ventilation gemäs the preamble of the first claim.
Such Belüfterplatten be used in particular for water purification in sewage collection tanks and serve the supply of air, oxygen or other gases for the conversion of wastewater into drinking water.
Belüfterplatten this type are already known and u.a. in (A) EP-A-0 586 329. The embodiment described therein (A) has proven to be very practical, but is associated with improvement properties. It is u.a. to the execution of the recess for receiving the fastening device for holding the perforated membrane, through the holes, the oxygen supply takes place.
Furthermore, the shape of the cross member for the Rostoberteil has not proven to be optimal.
Another embodiment of these ventilating plates is e.g. in (B) EP-A-0 359 698. This design is very complex, each longitudinal and transverse side of the plate is each provided with a separate connection, so that a total of four connections per plate are required. This leads to problems at the four corners between the various profile sections, because the membrane is leaking at these points and easily tears, which is also due to the type of corrugations used. The angle profiles shown are only suitable for straight and not for curved routes.
The insertion of the profile practically inevitably leads to a violation of the membrane.
In addition, embodiment (B) has the disadvantage that there is too little scope for air circulation between the hold-down elements and the plate-shaped base element.
The object of the invention is thus to provide a Belüfterplatte for water ventilation, which does not have the disadvantages of the existing versions.
The sought Belüfterplatte should facilitate both the production and the maintenance or repair or
reduce the associated costs compared to previous versions.
This object is achieved by the features in the characterizing part of the first claim.
Embodiments are disclosed in the dependent claims.
The Belüfterplatte thus created has u.a. the following advantages:
a safer mounting of the membrane along the edges
an improved seal in the longitudinal and transverse direction of the membrane
no perforation of the membrane
a repeated reuse of the membranes is possible
Embodiments of the inventive ventilating are explained in more detail with reference to the drawing.
Show it:
1 is a diagonal view of a Belüfterplatte with base plate and clamped membrane,
2 shows a cross section through FIG. 1 in the operating state, FIG.
3 shows a detail of FIG. 2 on a larger scale,
4 shows a representation for explaining the mounting of the membrane,
5 shows a variant of FIG. 3,
6: an oblique illustration of the ventilating plate,
7 shows a cross section through the ventilating plate in FIG. 6, FIG.
Fig. 8: a longitudinal section through the ventilating plate in Fig. 7, and
9: a partial plan view of the ventilating plate.
In Fig. 1 and 2, a ventilating plate 1 is shown with a base plate 2 and an attached diaphragm 3 with a pipe connection 4 for the supply of fresh air, oxygen or other gases.
The base plate 2 is advantageously made of plastic, but may also consist of wood, wood fibers or the like. The membrane 3 is preferably a rubber-elastic, provided with openings 16 gas or air distribution film. The gas or air supply through the pipe connection 4 to the space between the base plate 2 and the diaphragm 3 is dimensioned in relation to the openings 16 in the diaphragm 3 so that it bulges under an internal pressure, as shown in Fig. 2.
The amount of flowing through the openings 16 gases is determined due to the formation of the membrane 3. On both sides of the ventilating plate 1, a preferably endless fastening device 5 is shown, which connects the membrane 3 to the base plate 2.
This device 5 consists of two L-shaped profiles 6 and 7, whose back flanges are facing each other, and between the two profiles 6, 7, a bar profile 8 is arranged, which with a slight pressure in the slot between the two L-profiles 6, 7 is pressed. The two horizontal L-profiles 6, 7 thus engage like a hook in the ventilating plate 1. The bar profile 8 is slightly wedge-shaped at the bottom at the two edges 9, 9 ¾, so that it can be more easily inserted into the gap (Fig. 3-5).
The fastening device 5 further comprises a clamping profile 10, which presses above all the clamping bar 8 down and holds him there, which is done by means of a screw 11 and a pulley 12.
This screw 11 is shown as a clamping screw, but can also be any other type, which in turn depends on what material the base plate is made.
From Figs. 3 and 5 it is apparent that there are two different versions, wherein u.a. the membrane 3 in Fig. 3 is not clamped between the base plate 2 and the clamping profile 10, but ends in a gap 13. In contrast, the membrane 3 is additionally held in Fig. 5 between the clamping profile 10 and the base plate 2 by clamping action. In the embodiment of Fig. 5, no actual gap 13 is present, but only a recess 14 is present, which serves as a stop edge or guide for the profile 6.
The individual profiles 6 to 8 can be flexible rods or rings which run around the ventilating plate 1.
The cross sections of the clamping profiles 6, 7 and 8 are designed so that they can bend easily and thus no special measures must be taken in the corner areas.
Compared with the conventional embodiments, the membrane is much better anchored in the present embodiment, which u.a. due to being bent eight times instead of just three times. In order to safely avoid pulling out of the membrane 3 from the clamping profiles 6, 7 in the embodiment according to FIG. 3, a bead 15 (gluing FIG. 3) is applied under the clamping profile 6. With the glue, it is also possible to dispense with the clamping profile 10.
Another advantage of the present invention is the fact that there is no corrugation in the attachment area.
Such a corrugation may possibly cause injury to the membrane during the introduction of the clamping profiles.
Fig. 6 to 8 show a section of the ventilating plate 1 with two longitudinal members and three cross members 23 and the pipe connection 4. Furthermore, tubes 24 are shown, which serve to hold down the membrane 3. Between the tubes 24, the membrane 3 bulges upward, as shown most clearly in Figs. 2, 3 and 5. The cross member 23 and the tubes 24 are not connected to the base plate 2, but guided in the two longitudinal members 21.
Fig. 9 shows a partial plan view of one end of the ventilating plate 1 with the rounded corners. The base plate 2 covers the underlying transverse bars 23rd
The present embodiment has a number of advantages over existing designs.
For example, e.g. the use of tubes 24 instead of previous strips a significant step forward because the annoying accumulation of impurities virtually no longer occurs. And if this accumulation should occur anyway, it can be easily removed.
Another advantage is the safe and harmless mounting of the membrane (3) in the T-shaped recess in the base plate, in which the previous corrugation completely eliminated. The elimination of the corrugation is also associated with cost savings. While the production of the corrugation is a complex operation, the milling of the T-shaped recess is very simple and inexpensive.
In the present embodiment, the profiles 6 to 8 may be either annular or consist of two or more parts.
