The invention relates to a mobile skate system.
The practice of roller sports such as skateboard, inline skating, roller skate, BMX bike, snakeboard, scooter or similar. takes place on streets, squares or in the field as well as on special tracks, for example halfpipes. Halfpipes are by definition skate lanes with a flat track in the middle, two on opposite sides of the flat track subsequent arcuate track elements, the top of the arcuate paths subsequent vertical treads, and arranged at the top of the track elements platforms with railings. A halfpipe is therefore a track with a roughly U-shaped cross-section. For sporting events are often used tracks with external dimensions of about 3.7 m high, 15 m long and 12 m wide. Of course, other dimensions are quite common.
Halfpipes are either stationary or mobile systems. Stationary facilities are quite common as part of the recreational offer of municipalities. Most of these facilities are located in remote places, which are not very attractive for sporting events. For this reason, as a rule, mobile systems which are set up for the respective occasion and then dismantled and stored in a protected manner or transported to another occasion are generally preferred for public events.
Most mobile systems known to date must be assembled and disassembled on site. This requires a high expenditure of personnel and time. There are already known mobile systems that consist of a few larger parts of the system, which are mounted on a transport vehicle or arranged so that they can be assembled and dismantled on site with little staff and relatively quickly. Nevertheless, but still requires too much time and staff in these known systems of construction and dismantling.
The invention is therefore based on the object to provide a mobile Skatebahnsystem that meets the following requirements:
It must be able to be set up by individuals or by a few people. Its dimensions in the resting or transport state must be such that it can be maintained in compliance with the relevant road traffic laws on a vehicle, e.g. a semitrailer or a trailer, can be transported and the stresses of road driving grown. On the other hand, in the state of use it has to meet the requirements that result from sports use.
According to the invention this is achieved in a mobile skate track system of the type mentioned in that the roadway is divided transversely to its axial direction into several track elements which are interconnected by joints, that the track elements are movably supported on a chassis and that a hydraulic device to sammen- and unfolding of the web elements is present. As the axial direction of the web, the direction transverse to the direction of travel of the users is defined for the purpose of this description.
In the following, a preferred embodiment of the invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 shows a perspective view of a complete halfpipe installation on a transport vehicle, FIG. 2 shows a plan view of a transport vehicle with a chassis for a halfpipe installation, FIGS. 3-5 show schematic cross-sectional views of the installation in the folded transport state and partially and completely open state. Fig. 6 a-c phases of unfolding in another representation.
As shown in Fig. 1, a complete half-pipe system 1 is constructed on a transport vehicle 2. The half-pipe system 1 is arranged on the vehicle so that its axial direction is parallel to the direction of travel of the vehicle. The right in the direction of travel of the vehicle part of the system is shown with its road surface 3, while the left part is shown only as a skeleton, so that parts of a chassis 4 are visible.
The roadway consists, as usual, of a flat horizontal part 5, a bent part 6, a flat vertical part 7 and a platform 8 with railing. 9
As shown in Fig. 2, the chassis 4 has swing-out carrier 10, which are provided at their outer ends with height-adjustable supports 11 and foot parts 12. In the illustrated embodiment, two carriers 10 are present on each side. But it can also be provided more carriers on each side. In addition, in this embodiment, the carriers 10 are mounted directly on the chassis of the transport vehicle. The chassis of the transport vehicle thus partially serves as a chassis for the plant at the same time. Alternatively, however, the chassis of the system can be constructed self-supporting and rest only on the transport vehicle, so that the vehicle can drive away after the construction of the system.
3-5 different states are shown in a schematic cross-section perpendicular to the axial direction of the system. Fig. 3 shows the system in the folded state, as provided for the transport and storage of the system. The collapsed system is located entirely within the outline 13 of the transport vehicle above the upper edge 14 of the chassis.
The system is divided on both sides of the middle in three track elements. An inner web member 15 consists of the planar horizontal part 5 and a lower part of the sheet 6. This inner web member 15 is connected along its outer edge by means of joints 16 with a central web member 17 which is be from the middle part of the sheet 6 be. The middle web element 17 is in turn connected along its outer edge by means of joints 18 with an outer web part 19, which consists of the upper arch part and the subsequent planar vertical part 7. The latter is connected by means of joints 20 with the flat platform 8, which in turn is connected at its outer side articulated to the railing.
In the state shown in Fig. 4, the platform is folded out first. The state shown in Fig. 5 is the completely unfolded plant. In addition, Fig. 5 also shows the arrangement of movable supports 21, with which the web elements are supported on the chassis so that the folding operation in both directions is possible. The supports are provided at their lower ends with rollers 22, on which they can slide along the supports 10 when unfolding the system to the outside and when folding inward. Depending on the number of supports, the number of supports may vary in the axial direction. But it can also be provided intermediate supports, so that in the axial direction each rows of supports are available.
With their upper ends, the supports are hinged to the web members, respectively in the vicinity of a connecting edge of the web members. In the present embodiment, therefore, three pairs or rows of supports are present.
The type of unfolding shown in Figs. 3-5 is only one of many possibilities. It is also possible to fold all parts apart synchronously in the manner of opening a bud. This type of unfolding is shown in the phase images 6 a-c. It represents a very attractive opening process for the viewer, which substantially increases the advertising impact of the graphical system design.
The control station for the hydraulics is located in the transport vehicle. But it is alternatively also possible to attach the control station to the system. Unfolding of the system to its fully open condition and ready for use can be carried out by the driver of the transport vehicle alone with the help of hydraulics and takes about 2-5 minutes.
