Abstract

The spirits bottle has a body (10) and a stopper (11) of transparent material. The stopper can be hollow to hold a quantity of the same liquid (A) as that in the bottle. The neck of the bottle is surrounded by an opaque collar (13) so that the seal between the liquid in the bottle and stopper is masked to give an illusion of the liquid surface (14) in the bottle is the same as that in the stopper.

  L'invention a pour objet un récipient et un procédé de fabrication de ce récipient, par exemple une bouteille, une carafe, un carafon, un flacon, plus spécialement destiné à contenir une eau-de-vie, par exemple du cognac, ou une liqueur. 



  Ce récipient est défini par la revendication 1 du présent brevet. 



  Les deux figures du dessin ci-annexé représentent en coupe axiale et à titre d'exemple, deux carafes constituant deux formes d'exécution "trompe-l'Öil" du récipient selon l'invention. 



  Elles sont constitués chacune par un corps 10, en cristal, en forme d'amphore, et par un bouchon creux 11 fermé à sa base par une capsule 11A. 



  Le corps 10 et le bouchon 11 sont destinés à être remplis tous deux de cognac A. 



  Le col 12 du corps 10 est entouré d'un collier opaque 13 qui masque la capsule 11A et la surface libre 14 du contenu du corps 10. 



  Cette disposition a pour effet de donner l'illusion, à une personne regardant la carafe, que le cognac A la remplit jusqu'à la surface libre 15 du cognac contenu dans le bouchon 11. 



  Le collier 13 peut être constitué par une bande souple rapportée, par exemple par collage, sur le col 12, ou encore par application d'une couche de produit adéquat, ou encore lors du moulage ou du taillage du cristal, ou encore par un traitement superficiel, ou par tout autre procédé ayant pour but de masquer la solution de continuité du cognac au niveau du col 12. 



  L'invention n'est évidemment pas limitée aux formes d'exécution représentées. 



  En particulier le collier 13 pourrait s'étendre vers le bas à la façon d'une cape, voir d'une gaine de manière que lorsque le récipient est partiellement vidé de son contenu, on maintient l'illusion qu'il est encore plein.

  This arrangement has the effect of giving the illusion to a person looking at the carafe that the cognac A fills it up to the free surface 15 of the cognac contained in the stopper 11.



  The collar 13 can be constituted by an attached flexible band, for example by gluing, on the collar 12, or by application of a layer of suitable product, or even during the molding or cutting of the crystal, or even by a treatment superficial, or by any other process intended to mask the cognac continuity solution at the neck 12.



  The invention is obviously not limited to the embodiments shown.



  In particular, the collar 13 could extend downwards like a cape, or even a sheath, so that when the container is partially emptied of its contents, the illusion that it is still full is maintained.

Claims

1. A container more especially intended to contain a brandy or a liquor, constituted by a body (10), at least partially transparent so that at least part of its content is visible, characterized by a hollow stopper ( 11) also at least partially transparent into which a certain amount of liquid visible from the outside can be introduced.

Container according to claim 1, characterized in that the neck (12) of said body (10) is opaque so that when this body (10) and the cap (11) are filled with liquid, for example a same liquid, the liquid continuity solution is masked which gives the illusion that the free surface (14) of the liquid that the container contains is that (15) of the liquid contained in said stopper (11).

Container according to claim 2, characterized in that the opacity of the neck (12) is obtained by an opaque collar (13).

4. Container according to claim 3, characterized in that said collar (13) is constituted by a band attached by gluing or by any other means on the collar (12).

5. Container according to claim 3, characterized in that said collar (13) consists of a layer of a suitable product applied to the collar (12).

6. Container according to claim 3, characterized in that said collar (13) extends downwards in the manner of a cape, a sheath or a sheath.

7. A method of manufacturing a container according to claim 3, characterized in that said collar (13) is obtained during the molding or cutting of the material constituting the body (10).
