Abstract
Two oscillating masses (1,2) are arranged in the same plane, and oscillate about respective axes. The separation between the adjacent axes is less than the sum of the radii of the circles circumscribed by the associated oscillating masses. The oscillating masses are coupled via a gearwheel (5) to achieve synchronous movement that avoids collision of the masses.
Description
Fig. 2 ebenfalls rein schematisch, eine weitere Ausführungsform.
The present invention relates to an automatic mechanical elevator device for portable watches, with at least two oscillating masses, which are rotationally connected to one another and form an oscillating system, and which are arranged oscillating about a fixed axis on a circle with a predetermined radius.
Devices for winding mechanical gears as well as for example in portable watches are known, e.g. from CH-PS 686 542.
Such elevator devices either have low vibration masses or they require a lot of space (which leads to a "thick" clock).
The object of the present invention was to provide an elevator device which has a maximum vibrating mass with relatively small dimensions.
This object was achieved according to the invention in an elevator device of the type defined at the outset by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.
Particular embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are defined in the dependent claims.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing.
It shows:
Fig. 1 purely schematically, a first embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, and
Fig. 2 also purely schematic, another embodiment.
1 shows a double oscillation system with two oscillation elements 1, 2 lying in one and the same plane. The vibrating elements 1, 2 are each provided with a toothing 3, 4. The toothings 3, 4 are connected to one another by an intermediate wheel 5, the three toothings 3, 4, 5 are chosen so that the two oscillating elements 1, 2 move synchronously with one another. The center distance 6 of the two vibrating elements 1, 2 is at least so far apart that when one vibrating element approaches with its outermost circumference the axis of the other vibrating element, the two vibrating elements will not brush against one another (do not collide).
The property of the oscillating system according to the invention is also particularly distinguished by the fact that the two circles 7 of the system that have been walked on, with centers lying next to one another, are not dependent on a circular space. This means that if a non-circular space is available, a minimum space is required with the design according to the invention (with a large vibration mass).
As shown in FIG. 2, the elevator device can also be designed with three or more oscillating elements.
