Abstract
The two installation components (4,5) in the installed state work in conjunction with one another for counterpoised positioning of the structural parts (1,2) in a second horizontal direction. The installation components (4,5, 7,8) are formed identically, being essentially wedge- or hook-shaped. The devices for positioning incorporate a groove (3). The installation components are fixable in grooves (3,6) of the structural parts (1,2). The two grooves are provided with a guide strip (9). The installation components can be fixed to the structural parts by screws. A beam-shaped part is used, with a staged narrowing formation on a side surface turned away from a structural part fixed in the installed state.
Description
Fig. 1a eine perspektivische Ansicht einer erfindungsgemässen Montagehilfe,
Fig. 1b eine perspektivische Ansicht zweier Montageelemente in montierter Position,
Fig. 2b eine weitere perspektivische Ansicht des Montageelements.
The invention relates to an assembly aid for element buildings according to the preamble of claim 1. In the element construction method, wall parts of a house are completely insulated as elements, installed and pre-fabricated, and assembled on the construction site in a modular manner. Since the various rigid wall parts brace each other, a structure of high stability is created. When assembling, it is important that components can be positioned quickly and easily relative to one another, so that the components can then be permanently fixed.
Dovetail connections, among other things, are known as assembly aids for element structures. However, these have the disadvantage that they comprise relatively complicated and therefore expensive parts.
The invention has for its object to provide a generic assembly aid for element structures with which a safe mutual positioning of the components to be assembled is possible in a simple and inexpensive manner.
According to the invention, this is achieved by the features of the characterizing part of patent claim 1. The division of the mutual positioning function into two directions using the separate positioning means allows the use of very simple and inexpensive assembly elements.
Further advantageous embodiments emerge from the subclaims.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. Show it:
1a is a perspective view of an assembly aid according to the invention,
1b is a perspective view of two mounting elements in the assembled position,
2a is a perspective view of a mounting element according to the invention, and
2b shows a further perspective view of the mounting element.
FIG. 1a shows a perspective view of an assembly aid according to the invention. Two components 1, 2 to be fastened to one another (for example wall parts of a wooden frame construction) are set up vertically. The first component 1 is provided with a vertical groove 3, in which a first mounting element 4 is fastened in such a way that it protrudes about half over the edge of the groove 3. The groove 3 is dimensioned such that it can accommodate exactly one further mounting element 5 that can be fastened to the second component 2. This mounting element 5 can, for example, be fastened in a correspondingly dimensioned groove 6 on the second component 2 in such a way that it also protrudes about half over the edge of the groove 6.
The mounting elements 4, 5 are approximately wedge-shaped or hook-shaped and fastened in the respective grooves 3, 6 in such a way that the mounting element 5 attached to the second component 2 is hooked into the groove 3 behind the mounting element 4 after the second component 2 has been slightly raised can. The groove 3, together with the mounting element 5, brings about an exact mutual positioning of the two components 1, 2 in a first horizontal direction (here: the horizontal direction of the first component 1). Hooking the mounting elements 4, 5 causes the exact mutual positioning of the components 1, 2 in a second horizontal direction (here: the horizontal direction perpendicular to the first horizontal direction).
To achieve an even more precise positioning of the components 1, 2, further mounting elements 7, 8 can be provided, which are advantageously fastened in the same grooves 3, 6. The grooves 3, 6 can, for example, be prefabricated on the components 1, 2. A safe, reliable assembly of the components 1, 2 is thus implemented in a simple and inexpensive manner.
One of the two grooves (here: groove 3) is advantageously provided with a partially protruding guide bar 9. This serves on the one hand to guide the other groove 6 and on the other hand as a seal between the components 1, 2. The mounting elements 4, 5, 7, 8 can be fastened to the components 1, 2, for example, by means of screws.
Although of course not absolutely necessary, it is of course advantageous for reasons of cost that all of the assembly elements 4, 5, 7, 8 can be designed identically. The exact construction of these assembly elements is explained in more detail below with reference to the other figures.
The circle with the arrow refers to FIG. 1b, which shows a perspective view of the same in the assembled position to illustrate the interaction of the two mounting elements 4, 5.
2a and 2b show perspective views of the mounting element according to the invention. This has an essentially beam-shaped part 10 with a stepped taper on a side surface 11, which faces away from the component attached to it in the assembled state. The bar-shaped part 10 is suitable for attachment to a component. For this purpose, it is provided with screw holes 12. Seen in the axial direction, the mounting element has, in succession, the bar-shaped part 10, a first tapering step 13 up to approximately the middle of the bar-shaped part 10 with a tapering angle alpha, an approximately straight intermediate step 14 and a second tapering step 15 with approximately the same tapering angle alpha.
The taper is designed such that the contact surface with the further mounting element has an axis of symmetry: the horizontal line which runs in the middle of the intermediate stage 14 (shown in dashed lines in FIG. 2b). This ensures that the contact surfaces of the two mounting elements match each other exactly.
The mounting element is preferably blunted on the axial edges of the side surface 11 facing away from the component attached to it in the assembled state. This makes it easier to hook into the complementary groove. The mounting element can consist of injection molded polypropylene, for example, but of course also of another suitable material.
