Abstract
A leading section (3) of the toothed bar (1) is movable in its length direction, so that a slightly incorrectly positioned drive wheel (4) will move the leading section in its length direction until the drive wheel teeth completely intermesh with those in the leading section.
Description
Bei einer Zahnradbahn hat die Zahnstangeneinfahrtsvorrichtung die Aufgabe, das mit den Laufrädern fest gekoppelte Triebzahnrad teilungsrichtig in die Zahnstange einzuführen. Bisher versuchte man mit in der Längsachse starr eingebauten Zahnstangeneinfahrtsteilen, welche einen Teilungsfehler aufweisen, den Zahneingriff herbeizuführen. Aus technischen Gründen kann jedoch der Teilungsfehler nicht so gross gemacht werden, dass der Eingriff zwingend erfolgt. Zudem verursachen Teilungsfehler bei der Ausfahrt stets Abnützung und Lärm.
Mit der Zahnstangeneinfahrtsvorrichtung mit längsverschiebbarem Zahnstangeneinfahrtsteil gemäss Patentanspruch 1 sind diese Mängel behoben.
Beim teilungsfalschen Einlaufen des Triebzahnrads drückt ein Zahnkopf des Triebzahnrads auf einen Zahnkopf des Zahnstangeneinfahrtsteils. Das Zahnstangeneinfahrtsteil wird nach unten gedrückt und gleichzeitig über ein Hebelsystem gegen das Triebzahnrad geschoben, bis der Zahneingriff erfolgt.
Die Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen zwei Ausführungsbeispiele der erfindungsgemässen Zahnstangeneinfahrtsvorrichtung, wobei auch die Rückführung des Zahnstangeneinfahrtsteils in die Normallage ersichtlich ist.
Ausführungsbeispiel A - Fig. 1
Das Triebzahnrad 4 drückt das mit zwei Federn 8 vorgespannte Zahnstangeneinfahrtsteil 3 auf der einen Seite nach unten. Auf der Gegenseite wird das Zahnstangeneinfahrtsteil 3 angehoben und gleichzeitig mit Hebeln 6 gegen das Triebzahnrad 4 geschoben, bis der Zahneingriff erfolgt. Sofort nach dem Zahneingriff ziehen die zwei Zugfedern 8 über die Hebel 6 das Zahnstangeneinfahrtsteil 3 in Richtung Normallage. Nachdem das Triebzahnrad 4 Hebel 7 überfahren hat, drückt es mit dem Gewicht der Fahrzeugachse das Zahnstangeneinfahrtsteil 3 nach unten, welches dadurch über die Hebel 6 endgültig in die Normallage zurückgesetzt wird. Bei der Ausfahrt aus der Zahnstange 1 durchläuft das Triebzahnrad 4 das Zahnstangeneinfahrtsteil 3 ohne jede Behinderung, da Teilung und Position genau der Zahnstange 1 entsprechen.
Mit 9 ist ein Führungsteil für das Zahnstangeneinfahrtsteil 3 bezeichnet.
Ausführungsbeispiel B - Fig. 2
Das Triebzahnrad 4 drückt das mit einer Druckfeder 10 min vorgespannte Zahnstangeneinfahrtsteil 3 min nach unten. Gleichzeitig wird über das Hebelsystem 6' das Zahnstangeneinfahrtsteil 3 min gegen das Triebzahnrad 4 min geschoben, bis der Zahneingriff erfolgt. Bei diesem Verschieben des Zahnstangeneinfahrtsteils 3 min werden zudem über das Hebelsystem 7 min die zwei Auflauframpen 8 min hochgestellt. Beim Überfahren der Auflauframpen 8' werden diese durch die Laufräder 5 nach unten gedrückt und über das Hebelsystem 7 min verschiebt sich das Zahnstangeneinfahrtsteil 3 min wieder in die Normallage. Mit 9 min und 11 min sind Führungsteile für das Zahnstangeneinfahrtsteil 3 min bezeichnet.

With the rack entry device with longitudinally displaceable rack entry part according to claim 1, these defects are remedied.
When the drive gear wheel enters the index incorrectly, a tooth head of the drive gear presses on a tooth head of the rack entry part. The rack entry part is pressed down and at the same time pushed against the pinion by a lever system until the teeth mesh.
1 and 2 show two exemplary embodiments of the rack entry device according to the invention, the return of the rack entry part to the normal position also being evident.
Embodiment A - Fig. 1st
The drive gear 4 presses the rack entry part 3, which is pretensioned by two springs 8, on one side downwards. On the opposite side, the rack entry part 3 is lifted and at the same time pushed against the drive gear 4 with levers 6 until the teeth mesh. Immediately after the tooth engagement, the two tension springs 8 pull the rack entry part 3 in the direction of the normal position via the levers 6. After the drive gear 4 has run over lever 7, it presses the rack entry part 3 downward with the weight of the vehicle axle, which is thereby finally reset to the normal position via lever 6. When leaving the rack 1, the drive gear 4 passes through the rack entry part 3 without any hindrance, since the pitch and position correspond exactly to the rack 1.
With 9 a guide part for the rack entry part 3 is designated.
Embodiment B-Fig. 2nd
The drive gear 4 presses the rack entry part biased by a compression spring for 10 minutes downwards for 3 minutes. At the same time, the rack entry part is pushed 3 minutes against the drive gear 4 minutes via the lever system 6 'until the teeth mesh. During this shifting of the rack entry part for 3 minutes, the two ramp ramps are also raised for 8 minutes via the lever system for 7 minutes. When the run-up ramps 8 'are passed over, they are pressed down by the impellers 5 and the rack entry part is shifted back to the normal position for 3 minutes via the lever system 7 minutes. With 9 min and 11 min guide parts for the rack entry part 3 min are designated.
