Abstract
The folding closure for a bracelet has at least one folding lever (1) connected by a base leaf (2) connected to one end of the bracelet. An adjuster (5) is mounted adjustably on the lever and the free end (3) of the bracelet is connected to the adjuster to allow continuous adjustment of the bracelet. The adjuster has a fixing to allow pressing of the adjuster against a slide-way of the lever. Claims include a bracelet using the closure .
Description
L'invention concerne un fermoir selon les revendications. Elle concerne plus particulièrement un fermoir dépliant pour montre bracelet permettant un réglage continu de la longueur du bracelet.
L'objet de cette invention est défini par les revendications.
L'invention va être décrite ci-après à l'aide des figures dans lesquelles:
la fig. 1 montre une vue de profil en coupe d'un détail d'un premier mode de réalisation préféré d'un fermoir selon l'invention;
la fig. 2 montre une vue de dessus d'un détail d'un mode premier de réalisation préféré du châssis d'un fermoir selon l'invention;
la fig. 3 montre une vue en coupe transversale d'un détail d'un premier mode de réalisation préféré du moyen de réglage d'un fermoir selon l'invention.
Le fermoir dépliant pour bracelet selon l'invention comprend au moins une lame dépliante 1 articulée par rapport à une lame de base 2. Un premier brin de bracelet 3 est relié à un moyen de réglage 5, agencé de manière ajustable sur la lame dépliante 1, permettant un réglage en continu de ce premier brin bracelet 3. Un deuxième brin bracelet 4 est relié à la lame de base 2.
Le fermoir comprend un châssis de réglage 1.2. La fig. 3 montre une vue en coupe transversale de ce châssis 1.2. Il se compose de préférence de deux portions 1.21, 1.22 enboîtées l'une dans l'autre, pour former un châssis 1.2 quasi fermé.
Le moyen de réglage 5 comprend un embout de bracelet 5.1 monté coulissant sur une coulisse 1.1 de la lame dépliante 1 et fixé contre la coulisse 1.1 par un moyen de fixation 5.2, permettant un réglage continue de la position relative des deux éléments. La réalisation préférée selon la fig. 3 montre que ladite fixation du moyen de réglage 5 est sûre et stable car l'embout de bracelet 5.1 peut s'appuyer sur une large surface de contact de la coulisse 1.1.
Le moyen de fixation 5.2 est de préférence une vis avec une plaquette 7. La réalisation préférée selon la fig. 3 montre que ladite vis est partiellement serrée dans un trou taraudé 5.3 du moyen de réglage 5. La tête de la vis est tenue par la plaquette 7. L'autre extrémité de la vis est dilatée radialement après le montage, empêchant l'enlèvement de la vis, ce qui évite toute séparation accidentale de l'embout bracelet 5.1. En serrant la vis, il est possible de presser la plaquette 7 contre une paroi intérieure de la portion 1.21 du châssis 1.2 et de presser l'embout de bracelet 5.1 du moyen de réglage 5 contre la coulisse 1.1 du châssis 1.2 de la lame dépliante 1. La plaquette 7 sert de surface d'appui. La plaquette 7 et l'embout de bracelet 5.1 sont tenus uniquement par friction.
La vis de fixation 5.2 est accessible à travers une ouverture 1.3 agencée dans la portion 1.21 du châssis 1.2 de la lame dépliante 1. Il est ainsi possible de régler la longueur du bracelet en serrant/ desserrant ladite vis de l'extérieure à travers l'ouverture 1.3. La réalisation préférée selon la fig. 2 montre que la partie extérieure de la portion 1.21 du châssis 1.2 est munie d'un indicateur permettant la visualisation de la position de l'embout de bracelet 5.1. L'affichage de l'indicateur va de 0 à 16,5 mm.
Le fermoir dépliant comprend avantageusement un moyen de verrouillage élastique 6, solidaire de la lame dépliante 1, permettant un verrouillage de cette lame dépliante 1 sur la lame de base 2 par compression du moyen de verrouillage 6 dans une échancrure 2.6 de la lame de base 2. De préférence, le moyen de verrouillage élastique 6 comprend un ressort à spires 6.2.
Les éléments du fermoir sont de préférence métalliques.
The invention relates to a clasp according to the claims. It relates more particularly to a folding clasp for a wristwatch enabling continuous adjustment of the length of the bracelet.

The invention will be described below using the figures in which:
fig. 1 shows a side view in section of a detail of a first preferred embodiment of a clasp according to the invention;
fig. 2 shows a top view of a detail of a preferred first embodiment of the frame of a clasp according to the invention;
fig. 3 shows a cross-sectional view of a detail of a first preferred embodiment of the means for adjusting a clasp according to the invention.
The folding clasp for a bracelet according to the invention comprises at least one folding blade 1 articulated with respect to a base blade 2. A first bracelet strand 3 is connected to an adjustment means 5, arranged in an adjustable manner on the folding blade 1 , allowing continuous adjustment of this first bracelet strand 3. A second bracelet strand 4 is connected to the base blade 2.
The clasp includes an adjustment frame 1.2. Fig. 3 shows a cross-sectional view of this chassis 1.2. It preferably consists of two portions 1.21, 1.22 fitted one inside the other, to form an almost closed frame 1.2.
The adjustment means 5 comprises a strap end piece 5.1 slidingly mounted on a slide 1.1 of the folding blade 1 and fixed against the slide 1.1 by a fixing means 5.2, allowing continuous adjustment of the relative position of the two elements. The preferred embodiment according to FIG. 3 shows that said fixing of the adjustment means 5 is safe and stable because the bracelet endpiece 5.1 can rest on a large contact surface of the slide 1.1.
The fixing means 5.2 is preferably a screw with a plate 7. The preferred embodiment according to FIG. 3 shows that said screw is partially tightened in a tapped hole 5.3 of the adjustment means 5. The head of the screw is held by the plate 7. The other end of the screw is radially expanded after mounting, preventing removal of the screw, which prevents any accidental separation of the bracelet endpiece 5.1. By tightening the screw, it is possible to press the plate 7 against an inner wall of the portion 1.21 of the chassis 1.2 and to press the strap end 5.1 of the adjustment means 5 against the slide 1.1 of the chassis 1.2 of the folding blade 1 The plate 7 serves as a bearing surface. The plate 7 and the bracelet endpiece 5.1 are held only by friction.
The fixing screw 5.2 is accessible through an opening 1.3 arranged in the portion 1.21 of the chassis 1.2 of the folding blade 1. It is thus possible to adjust the length of the bracelet by tightening / loosening said screw from the outside through the opening 1.3. The preferred embodiment according to FIG. 2 shows that the outer part of the portion 1.21 of the chassis 1.2 is provided with an indicator allowing the position of the bracelet endpiece 5.1 to be displayed. The display of the indicator ranges from 0 to 16.5 mm.
The folding clasp advantageously comprises an elastic locking means 6, integral with the folding blade 1, allowing locking of this folding blade 1 on the base blade 2 by compression of the locking means 6 in a notch 2.6 of the base blade 2 Preferably, the elastic locking means 6 comprises a coil spring 6.2.
The elements of the clasp are preferably metallic.
