  Mehrfamilienhäuser werden bisher so gebaut, dass zunächst die Tragstruktur mit den Aussenwänden, den Böden, dem Treppenhaus und dem Dach erstellt wird. Anschliessend werden die Bauteile für den Innenausbau entweder über das Baugerüst oder über das Treppenhaus auf die einzelnen Stockwerke gebracht und eingebaut. 



  Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Bauverfahren anzugeben, mit welchem ein mehrstöckiges Mehrfamilienhaus rationeller gebaut werden kann. Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass jeweils die Tragkonstruktion und der Boden eines Stockwerks fertiggestellt, anschliessend die für den Innenausbau dieses Stockwerks vorgesehenen Elemente als Einheiten verpackt auf den Boden abgestellt werden, und dass anschliessend die Tragkonstruktion und der Boden des nächsten Stockwerks bzw. die  Decke des obersten Stockwerks fertiggestellt wird. Durch das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren entfällt das zeitaufwändige Einbringen von Einzelteilen des Innenausbaus über Gerüste oder Treppenhäuser. Dadurch kann der Einbau erheblich rationalisiert werden. Bei geeigneter Konstruktion der Tragstruktur kann auch auf ein Gerüst verzichtet werden, was zu weiteren Einsparungen führt. 



  Vorzugsweise werden die Einheiten jeweils mittels eines Krans auf die betreffenden Stockwerke gehoben. Wenn die Tragstruktur aus vorgefertigten Einheiten besteht, kann das Haus sehr rasch z.B. mittels eines Mobilkrans aufgestellt werden. 



  Die Elemente für den Innenausbau, z.B. Trennwände und Türen, heruntergehängte Decken, Nasszellen, Kücheneinrichtung, Wandschränke, Bodenbeläge usw. können dann auf allen Stockwerken simultan eingebaut werden, was bei herkömmlichen Bauverfahren wegen der Engpässe in Treppenhäusern nicht möglich ist. Dadurch kann die Bauzeit weiter verkürzt werden. 



  
 



  Multi-family houses have so far been built in such a way that the supporting structure with the outer walls, the floors, the staircase and the roof is first created. The components for the interior are then brought and installed on the individual floors either via the scaffolding or the staircase.



  The present invention has for its object to provide a construction method with which a multi-storey apartment building can be built more efficiently. This task is solved in that the supporting structure and the floor of one floor are completed, then the elements intended for the interior of this floor are packed onto the floor as units, and then the supporting structure and the floor of the next floor or the ceiling of the top floor is completed. The method according to the invention eliminates the time-consuming introduction of individual parts of the interior construction via scaffolding or stairwells. This means that the installation can be considerably rationalized. With a suitable construction of the supporting structure, a scaffold can also be dispensed with, which leads to further savings.



  The units are preferably lifted onto the respective floors by means of a crane. If the supporting structure consists of prefabricated units, the house can very quickly e.g. be erected using a mobile crane.



  The elements for the interior, e.g. Partitions and doors, suspended ceilings, wet rooms, kitchen equipment, wall cupboards, flooring, etc. can then be installed simultaneously on all floors, which is not possible with conventional construction methods due to the bottlenecks in stairwells. This can further shorten the construction time.


    

Claims (3)

1. Verfahren zum Bauen eines mehrstöckigen Mehrfamilienhauses, wobei jeweils die Tragkonstruktion und der Boden eines Stockwerks fertig gestellt, anschliessend für den Innenausbau dieses Stockwerks vorgesehene Elemente als Einheiten verpackt auf den Boden abgestellt werden, und wobei anschliessend die Tragkonstruktion und der Boden des nächsten Stockwerks bzw. die Decke des obersten Stockwerks fertig gestellt wird.     1.Procedure for building a multi-storey apartment building, whereby the supporting structure and the floor of one floor are completed, elements intended for the interior of this floor are then packed onto the floor as units, and then the supporting structure and the floor of the next floor or the ceiling of the top floor is completed. 2.
