Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung mit gehärteter Muldenfläche;
Fig. 2 die Muldenfläche mit zugeordnetem Edelstahlblech und
The invention relates to a device according to the preamble of independent claim 1.
In a known device (pedal depression regulation), a feed unit and a high-speed opener roller are arranged one behind the other. The feed unit consists of a feed roller with a trough, which is preceded by a scanning device consisting of a pulling roller (feed roller) with a plurality of troughs. The scanning and the feeding of the fiber material to the opener roller are spatially separated. With the scanning device, the flake mat is mechanically scanned for deviations in thickness through the troughs - seen over the width of the surface of the fiber mat - at several points. Each trough lever is designed as a two-armed, angled lever that is rotatably mounted in the middle. The end region of one lever arm forms the trough, while a tension spring acts on the end region of the other lever arm.
As a result, the trough is movably mounted for displacement in the event of deviations in the thickness of the fiber material and is individually biased by the tension spring in such a way that the trough presses the fiber material onto the feed roller. All tension springs engage with one end on one lever arm of a rotatably mounted, common two-armed lever (summing lever). The other lever arm is loaded with a weight. In this way, a pressure against the fiber material is exerted on all troughs via the tension springs and the common double lever due to the weight. Furthermore, an inductive proximity switch is assigned to the other lever arm of the common double lever, which converts deflections into electrical impulses.
A time-delayed, path-dependent shift register ensures that the corresponding control pulse only acts on the feed speed of the downstream feed roller with feed table for the opener roller when the associated scanned point is in the feed term of the feed device.
The object of the invention is to provide the device for feeding fiber material in flake form, e.g. Cotton, synthetic fiber and the like to be further improved, particularly with regard to durability.
This object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1.
Due to the wear-resistant design of the surface of the trough facing the fiber material, the service life of the trough is significantly increased, while at the same time the advantages of the trough as an aluminum extrusion come into effect.
The surface of the trough facing the fiber material is expediently designed to be wear-resistant. Preferably the trough surface is sheet metal, e.g. made of steel, assigned. The trough surface is preferably plated. A wear-resistant layer is advantageously applied to the trough surface, e.g. Enamel, ceramic, titanium nitride, hard material, hard metal. The trough surface is expediently hardened.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawings.
It shows:
Figure 1 is a side view of the device according to the invention with hardened trough surface.
Fig. 2, the trough surface with associated stainless steel sheet and
Fig. 3 is a side view of an embodiment with a continuous dining table and troughs with a coated surface.
One of a plurality of trough segments 2a to 2n is arranged above a feed roller 1; the trough segments 2a to 2n are connected via leaf springs 14 min, 14 min min to a rotatable, preloaded holding element 15 designed as a summing bale, on which the summation result of the displacements of the individual troughs is available. The holding element 15, which is preferably made of aluminum, is provided with internal cavities 15c and 15d.
Further details of the constructive training can be found in German patent application P 4 334 035.0.
According to Fig. 1, the surface facing the slow-speed feed roller 1 is min 2 min and the surface facing the fast-running licker 3 3 min of the trough 2a is hardened, e.g. through nitriding.
Fig. 2 shows an embodiment in which the surfaces are plated for 2 minutes and 2 minutes, e.g. with a thin sheet 70 made of stainless steel. The plate 70 can e.g. by gluing or also mechanically, e.g. be fastened by screws.
3, the areas 2 min min and 2 min of the continuous trough of the one-piece dining table 2 are provided with a wear-resistant layer, e.g. a sprayed-on ceramic layer. The dining table 2 is supported with a spring 59 in relation to the machine frame, so that evasion is possible in the case of particularly thick areas or foreign bodies. The holding element 15 (summing bar) is also continuously and rotatably mounted with respect to the fixed frame of the machine for the purpose of measuring and scanning the fiber material. The holding element 15 is seated on a lever arm 28 which is supported on the machine frame by a spring 30. The leaf springs 14a to 14n are attached at one end to the holding element 15, e.g. by screws 71. The leaf springs 14a to 14n are at the same time clamping springs for the fiber material.
The free end of the leaf springs 14a to 14n lifts from the surface 2 min of the dining table 2 during operation.
The invention also extends to an embodiment in which only one surface is designed to be wear-resistant for 2 minutes or 2 minutes.
