The invention relates to a production plant for wall elements made of concrete or building material on the basis of calcium silicate hydrate with the features specified in the preamble of claim 1.
The mentioned wall elements can be, for example, more or less large-sized bricks, industrially prefabricated wall segments or entire wall panels, which are preferably made of concrete filled and compacted, but also of appropriate building materials - e.g. based on calcium silicate hydrate.
Known manufacturing systems have a top-open molding box with a bottom and vertical side walls, which specifies the format of the wall element to be manufactured. By means of a filling device, which usually consists of a filling box open at the bottom, the molding box is filled with customarily arranged concrete material (or a corresponding building material), which is compressed by a press die that can be lowered into the molding box from above.
This known production plant has disadvantages in that only one wall element of a single format can be produced with one and the same molding box and with the press die that is coordinated with it in terms of format. In the event of a format change, the production system must be converted using mold boxes and press stamps of a different format. This undesirably limits the capacity of such a manufacturing facility. In addition, different formats of mold boxes and press dies must be produced and kept in stock for the production of different-sized wall elements, which means a considerable investment and storage effort.
Proceeding from this, the object of the invention is to further develop a manufacturing system of the generic type in such a way that different-sized wall elements can be produced with one and the same molding box and press stamp.
This object is achieved by the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1. Accordingly, at least one side wall of the molding box can be positioned at a variable distance from its opposite side wall. The format variability provided for in the task is thus achieved, since at least one dimension of the molding box can be variably set. In order to be able to use one and the same press ram with different molding box sizes, at least one side wall of the molding box must be able to yield under the action of the press ram when it is lowered into the molding box, i.e. be height-adjustable, as indicated in claim 1 as a further feature essential to the invention. In summary, the disadvantages mentioned in relation to the prior art are thus completely avoided in the production plant according to the invention.
In principle, it is possible that the positionable side wall can be moved manually in the molding box. However, it is particularly advantageous if the positionable side wall can be displaced between the fixed side walls of the molding box flanking it by means of a drive which preferably works hydraulically (claim 2).
Claims 3 and 9 contain two different construction concepts for the molding box according to the invention. Thus, in the embodiment according to claim 3, the function of both the positionability and the height displacement is integrated in a single side wall of the molding box. This has the advantage that the remaining part of the molding box with three side walls which are each at right angles to one another is structurally simple and this box unit in the production system can be handled easily by pulling the molding box upwards by a corresponding drive for demoulding the wall element.
In the claims 4 to 8 advantageous developments of the molding box according to claim 3 are given. Further explanations can be found in the corresponding exemplary embodiment.
In the already mentioned alternative concept according to claim 9, the function of the positionability of a side wall and the height adjustability of a side wall of the molding box is integrated in two different side walls. This also offers constructive advantages, e.g. the guide of the height-adjustable side wall can be made stationary. The positionable side wall can also consist of a simple, displaceable sign which does not have to be height-adjustable relative to the molding box.
Claims 10 to 13 in turn contain advantageous developments of the concept specified in claim 9. These are also explained in more detail using the corresponding exemplary embodiment.
Otherwise, further features, details and advantages of the invention result from the following description in which exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Show it:

Manufacturing plant in a second embodiment and

10 in different operating positions of the system component.
1 and 2, the basic structure of a first embodiment of a manufacturing system according to the invention will be explained in more detail. It has a molding box 1 open at the top, which is composed of a base plate 2 and four vertical side walls 3, 4, 5, 6. The side walls 3, 4, 5 are rigidly connected to one another and rest on the base plate 2 without being rigidly coupled to it. The three side walls 3, 4, 5 which are each at right angles to one another thus form a box unit 7 which is open at the bottom, top and on the side opposite the side wall 4. The box unit 7 is to be lifted upwards in the vertical direction from the base plate 2 by means of drives which are not shown in detail.
In the lateral opening of the box unit 7 opposite the side wall 4, the displaceable side wall 6 formed on a trolley 8 can be inserted by means of a hydraulic drive 9 and positioned at a variable distance a from the side wall 4.
In order to fill the molding box 1 with concrete material, a filling device 10 is provided, which is arranged laterally above the molding box 1 with respect to the starting position shown in FIG. 1. It has a solid base plate 11 and a funnel-shaped filling box 12 which is open at the bottom and which can be filled with concrete material from above by a conveyor device (not shown). The concrete material is arranged on a conventional concrete mixing plant. To introduce the concrete material into the molding box 1, the filling box 12 can be moved back and forth in the horizontal direction above the molding box 1, as a result of which the concrete material falls into the molding box 1 evenly distributed through the lower filling opening 13.
The width of the filling opening 13 corresponds to the width b of the molding box 1, the extent of the back and forth movement depends on the set distance a.
A press ram 14 is arranged above the molding box 1 and the filling device 10 and can be raised and lowered by means of a further hydraulic drive 15. The horizontal base area of the press ram 14 corresponds in length and width essentially to the clear surface enclosed by the box unit, so that the press ram 14 can be exchanged in the molding box 1 for compacting the concrete material. Is the side wall 6 formed on the trolley 8 e.g. inserted into the box unit 7 in the position shown in FIG. 2, the roller carriage 8 is loaded from above when the press ram 14 is lowered into the molding box 1. The trolley 8 must therefore be "compliant" in the vertical direction in a corresponding manner, which is realized by the construction of the trolley 8 explained below:
A box-shaped cover 18 is supported by a set of helical compression springs 19 on a base frame 17 mounted on rollers 16. The cover 18 has an upper wall 20, a front apron 21 and a rear apron 22. Due to the mutual assignment of the aprons 21, 22 to the base frame 17, the cover 18 is guided on the base frame 17 so as to be vertically displaceable. The front apron 21 ends in the position shown in FIG. 1 at a vertical distance above the runway 23 or the underlay sheet 2, which corresponds to the maximum desired displacement path of the vertical side wall 6.
The side wall 6 partially formed from the front, overhead apron 21 is completed by the downward-extending end plate 24, which is detachably connected to the apron 21, for example by means of a permanent or electromagnet in the trolley 8. The end plate 24 has a height which corresponds to the corresponding final dimension of the wall element produced in the molding box 1. Its width - like the width of the apron 21 - essentially corresponds to the clear width b of the box unit 7.
Incidentally, it should be noted that the underlay 2 is mounted on a vibration device (not shown in more detail), with the aid of which vibrations support the compression of the concrete material in the molding box during pressing with the aid of the press ram 14.
The operating mode of the production system according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is explained in more detail below with reference to FIGS. 3 to 9:
In the manufacturing step according to FIG. 3, the empty box unit 7 rests on the base plate 2. The trolley 8 is in its parking position outside the box unit 7. The press ram 14 is raised and the filling device 10 is ready to be filled with concrete material.
The trolley 8 with the displaceable side wall 6 made of apron 21 and end plate 24 is then moved into the box unit 7 with the aid of the hydraulic drive 9 until the side wall 6 assumes the desired distance a from the opposite side wall 4. At the same time, the filling box 12 is filled with concrete material (Fig. 4).
The filling box 12 is then moved back and forth over the molding box 1 by means of a drive (not shown) (arrow 25), as a result of which the concrete material 26 therein is passed through the filling opening 13 into the
Mold box 1 falls. At the same time, the underlay 2 is included
Shaped box 1 and box contents shaken by means of the vibration device to ensure an even distribution of the concrete material (Fig. 5).
After the molding box 1 has been filled, the filling box 12 with residual concrete moves sideways again to its rest position (FIG. 6) for 26 minutes.
The ram 14 is then lowered by means of its hydraulic drive 15 and moves into the box unit 7 from above in order to compact the concrete material 26 while simultaneously shaking. Since the press ram 14 covers the entire length of the box unit 7, the cover 18 of the trolley 8 is simultaneously loaded from above and moved downward against the action of the helical compression springs 19. Here there is a relative displacement of the end plate 24 relative to the apron
21 instead. In the compression of the concrete material 26 shown in FIG. 7 to the desired element height, the downward pressing surface of the press die 14 is flush with the top edge of the end plate 24, which in turn is flush with the top wall 20 of the cover 18.
In the next manufacturing step according to FIG. 8, the box unit 7 is pulled upwards, the press ram 14 remaining locked in its lowered position. This initiates the demoulding process, which is completed by lifting the press ram into its starting position (Fig. 9). The cover 18 becomes free and can move back up to its starting position due to the helical compression springs 19. Here again there is a relative displacement between the apron 21 and the end plate 24. Now the trolley 8 can also be moved back into its parking position (shown in broken lines in FIG. 9), the end plate 24 and the apron 21 separating from one another. If the end plate 24 is flat, it can now be removed immediately.
In the shaping end plate 24 shown in FIGS. 1 to 9 with a horizontal bulge 27 to form a mortar groove in the concrete element 28, this end plate remains adhered to the concrete element 28 until it has hardened.
The concrete element 28 can be removed after descaling with the underlay 2 via a conveyor track, not shown, for curing, a new underlay can be moved in and the box unit lowered again, as a result of which the production system adopts the configuration shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 and the manufacture of the next wall element can start again in the manner discussed. For this purpose, a new end plate 24 must be attached to the apron 21 either before or after the trolley 8 has been moved into the box unit 7.
As is clear from the above explanation, concrete elements with a variable length can be produced by changing the positioning of the trolley 8 within the box unit 7 without conversion measures of the production system.
The second embodiment of the production system according to FIG. 10 is explained in more detail below. This in turn has a molding box 1 min, which consists of a base plate 2 min and vertical side walls 3 min, 4 min, 5 min and 6 min. The side walls 3 min, 4 min, 5 min are firmly connected to one another and in turn form a box unit T, which can be lifted up from the base plate 2 'by means of lifting drives (not shown). The underlay sheet 2 min is mounted on a vibration device, not shown, and can be moved into and out of the production system via a conveyor track.
The side wall 6 min, which closes at the end with the box unit 7 min and the washer 2 min, is mounted such that it can be displaced in height independently of these two system parts by a guide device (not shown in any more detail), which is indicated by a corresponding double arrow. In addition, the side wall is spring-loaded for 6 minutes in a manner not shown in detail, so that it remains in the rest position shown in FIG. 10 without any external forces. Furthermore, in the box unit 7 min a vertical plate 29 of the type according to a piston arrangement is mounted between the flanking, fixed side walls 3 min, 5 min of the box unit for 7 min in the horizontal direction.
This sign 29 represents the displaceable side wall of the molding box 1 min, which can be positioned 6 min at a desired distance a from the opposite, height-displaceable side wall. The distance a thus determines the variable length of the concrete element to be produced in the molding box for 1 minute.
The shield 29 is displaced via a linkage 30, the horizontal rod 31 of which extends through the fixed side wall 4 min of the box unit 7 min via an opening 32. The linkage 30 can be actuated via a drive, not shown, in order to position the shield 29. Furthermore, the linkage 30 is coupled to the lifting drive of the box unit 7 minutes, so that it can be lifted up with the plate 29 together with the box unit 7 minutes.
For filling the molding box 1 min, a filling device 10 min is again provided, which consists of a base plate 11 min and a filling box 12 min. This filling device 10 min is arranged at the top of the box unit 7 min with a lateral distance to the side wall 6 min and can be moved horizontally or vertically as Gan zes to be able to arrange its floor plate 11 min approximately flush with the top edge of the height-adjustable side wall 6 min.
A press ram 14 min is arranged above the molding box 1 min and can be lowered into the molding box for 15 min by means of a drive indicated by double arrows. At the same time, the press ram is displaceable for 14 minutes parallel to the direction of displacement of the shield 29, for which purpose it is slidably mounted in a running rail 34 via struts 33. It is so coupled to the linkage 30 of the shield 29 that its side edge 35 adjacent to the shield 29 is aligned with the shield 29 in the vertical direction. This is ensured by a cross member 36 which is fastened to the one strut 33 and is displaceably guided on a vertical rod 37 of the linkage 30. Otherwise, the press area of the press die corresponds to 14 min of the clear base area of the molding box 1 min between the side walls 3 min, 4 min, 5 min and 6 min.
The operating mode of the production system according to FIG. 10 is explained in more detail below with reference to FIGS. 11 to 17.
In the starting position shown in FIG. 11, the box unit rests for 7 minutes on the supporting sheet for 2 minutes, the plate 29 being in its starting position. The stamp for 14 minutes is raised. The filling device 10 'is also in its starting position.
Subsequently, the plate 29 is moved into the desired position at a distance a from the height-displaceable side wall 6 minutes by actuating the linkage 30, the press ram 14 being simultaneously displaced via its coupling to the vertical rod 37 of the linkage 30. The filling device moves sideways for 10 minutes to the height-adjustable side wall for 6 minutes until the bottom plate closes with its upper edge for 11 minutes. The filling box 12 min, which has meanwhile been filled with concrete material, is moved back and forth for 1 min above the molding box, so that the concrete material is filled into the molding box for 1 min. The filling process is supported by shaking the molding box for 1 min (Fig. 12).
The filling device then moves back to its starting position for 10 minutes and the running rail 34 is lowered together with the press ram for 14 minutes, so that the latter dips into the molding box for 1 minute to compact the concrete material. A relative displacement of the cross member 36 with respect to the vertical rod 37 of the linkage 30 takes place. At the same time, when the plunger is immersed in the molding box for 14 minutes, the height-displaceable side wall is acted upon for 6 minutes, which in this way withdraws in this direction. The concrete material 26 min is compacted to the concrete element 28 min, which in turn is supported by shaking the molding box for 1 min (Fig. 13).
The formwork removal process then begins by lifting the box unit 7 minutes together with the linkage 30 and the plate 29 from the underlay sheet for 2 minutes (FIG. 14). Thereafter, the running rail 34 is raised together with the press ram 14 minutes into the starting position, so that the compacted concrete element is completely released for 28 minutes. The height-adjustable side wall 6 min is simultaneously moved downwards by a drive (not shown in detail), so that the concrete element rests freely on the base plate for 28 min laterally and for 2 min. The latter can be transported away via a conveyor track (not shown) (shown in broken lines in FIG. 15).
For the new production of a further concrete element, a new underlay sheet is moved into the production plant for 2 minutes (dashed lines in Fig. 16), the box unit 7 minutes with the plate 29 and the linkage 30 placed down on the underlay sheet for 2 minutes and the height-adjustable Move the side wall back up to its starting position for 6 minutes (Fig. 17). By appropriately positioning the shield 29, a concrete element with a different length can now be produced without having to carry out any conversion work on the production system beforehand.
