Fig.

The invention relates to a hollow body according to the preamble of claim 1.
Such a hollow body is known from DE 4 312 661 A1. In this known hollow body, one and the same back part can be connected to one of several existing, differently designed and / or equipped front parts, each of these front parts being able to be fastened to a concrete formwork. In the case of such a hollow body for the concrete building installation, it is therefore necessary to assign one and the same rear part to several differently designed front parts which have to be produced for themselves. The user of the known back part of such a hollow body for the concrete building installation receives several differently designed front parts, so that he can choose one of them that is best suited for his purposes.
However, such an implementation requires a great deal of effort, especially since the user can only ever use one of the differently designed front parts for his purposes.
This is where the invention comes in. It is based on the task of further improving hollow bodies for the concrete construction installation of the type mentioned, in particular in such a way that the same back part only has to be assigned a single front part, but this front part should be designed in such a way that it provides the user with a possibility Variation in terms of the dimensions of the wall part of the front part to be removed provides.
To achieve this object, it is proposed according to the invention that the projection of the front part of the hollow body is assigned a large number of wall parts which have different dimensions and from which one or more can be removed to create openings of different sizes in the front part.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the wall parts are designed as circular rings with different diameters, these circular rings being connected to one another via connecting bridges.
The hollow body designed according to the invention for the concrete building installation has considerable advantages over the known. First of all, only a single front part is assigned to the hollow cylindrical back part of the hollow body, but this is a front part that can be used universally. With this universal front part, the user has the possibility of adapting to different needs by removing one or more of the plurality of wall parts that are assigned to the front part according to the invention. In this way, openings with different diameters can be formed in the front part. If the removable wall parts are designed as circular rings with different diameters, this results in simple manufacture.
It is advisable to connect a group of existing circular rings at one end to an annular base body of the front part and at the other end to the central projection of the front part.
The inventive design of a hollow body for the concrete building installation can be done by optionally removing circular wall parts of the central projection, e.g. by removing one or more circular rings in the front part, creating openings with a diameter between 68 and 100 mm. This covers practically all the masses that occur in practice.
According to another proposal of the invention, at least one retaining projection for a fastening element, such as a nail or a screw, is arranged on the inner wall of the circular wall part of the front part.
It is advisable to design the retaining projection as a hollow body, preferably as a hollow cylinder, which lies in the middle of the inner wall of the circular wall part of the front part.
According to another proposal of the invention, a plurality of fastening flanges for the front part are arranged on the outside of a projecting outer flange of the front part.
In this case, an arrangement of three fastening flanges is advantageously provided, which are arranged at regular intervals from one another on the outer flange and are of identical design to one another. Such a design facilitates manufacture.
It is expedient that each fastening flange has at least one hole for the passage of a holding element.
According to another proposal of the invention, several projections are arranged on the outside of the annular base body of the front part of the hollow body.
The projections of the base body can be arranged in groups, and there can be a delimitation bar between the individual groups of the projections.
It is advantageous if the boundary strips are arranged radially between the groups of the projections of the base body.
The invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment in the figures of the drawings, in which:
1 is a diagrammatic and exploded view of the hollow body according to the invention for the concrete installation before the assembly of its individual parts,
2 shows a plan view of the rear part of the hollow body according to the invention for the concrete building installation according to FIG. 1,
3 shows a plan view of the hollow body according to the invention for the concrete building installation after the front part has been attached to the rear part,
4 is a side view of the hollow body designed according to the invention for the concrete building installation after the front part has been attached to the rear part,
5 on an enlarged scale and in section, parts of the hollow body according to the invention for the concrete building installation in an intermediate layer after the formwork has been removed, and
Fig.
6 also on an enlarged scale and in section the built-in hollow body for the concrete building installation after the existing cavity has been cleaned.
It should first be mentioned that only those parts of a hollow body for the concrete building installation are shown in the figures of the drawings which are important for the understanding of the invention. In particular, the formwork is left out. The front part of the hollow body can be fixed to this formwork. Common types of connections can be selected for this purpose. The electrical parts to be accommodated in the cavity wall box are also omitted. In addition, all parts not shown in the drawings can have a training known per se. Their placement in the hollow body can also be carried out in a known manner.
1 of the drawings shows the essential parts of the hollow body according to the invention for the concrete building installation. The hollow body is designated as a whole by 10. It includes a rear part 11, the front opening 14 of which can be closed by a front part 12. According to the invention, this front part 12 is a universally usable embodiment.
The back part 11 of the hollow body according to the invention for the concrete building installation is an essentially hollow cylindrical body, the rear end of which is closed, i.e. the back has a bottom 13 which is slightly curved in the selected embodiment.
Opposite the bottom 13, the hollow body 10 has an opening 14 which can be closed by the front part 12 when the hollow body is used as intended. The opening position between the rear part 11 and the front part 12 is shown in FIG. 1, while these two parts are combined with one another according to FIG. 4.
Both the rear part 11 and the front part 12 of the hollow body 10 are made in one piece from one of the materials commonly used in the electrical industry.
As can best be seen from FIG. 1 of the drawings, the front part 12 has an annular base body 17 which merges into a projecting, circumferential outer flange 18. The front part 12 also has a latch 19; this cooperates with a locking recess 16, which is provided on the circumferential boundary wall 15 of the rear part 11. The selected snap connection between the rear part 11 and the front part 12 has the advantage that when the hollow body 10 is used as intended for the concrete building installation, a subsequent rotation of the two parts is possible, that is to say, even after the two parts have been snapped on, there is a relative movement, specifically one Rotation of the back part 11 with respect to the front part 12 attached to the formwork is possible.
A central projection 20 is provided on the outside, in the middle of the circular base body 17 of the front part 12. This middle projection 20, lying on its outside, is closed by a circular wall part 21. In the illustrated embodiment, a holding projection 23 is provided on the inner wall 22 of the circular wall part 21. This lies in the middle of the circular wall part 21 on the inner wall 22 thereof. The holding projection 23 has a blind hole-like bore (not described in more detail) through which fastening elements, such as nails or the like, can be driven. Such fasteners are used in a known manner to fix the front part 12 to the formwork, not shown.
In order to facilitate the tearing of the circular wall part from the central projection 20 when removing the formwork, predetermined breaking points can be provided for the sake of simplicity.
As best shown in FIG. 3 of the drawings, the projection 20 of the front part 12 of the hollow body 10 is assigned a large number of wall parts, generally designated by 26. These have different diameters. One or, if necessary, several wall parts can be removed from them. In this way it is possible to create openings of different sizes in the front part 12.
As can also be seen in FIG. 3, in the exemplary embodiment shown, wall parts 26 are designed as circular rings with different diameters, these wall parts being connected to one another via connecting elements generally designated 27.
The group of circular rings 26 created according to the invention is connected at one end to a circular base body 17 of the front part 12 and at the other end to the central projection 20 of the front part 12.
By optionally removing the circular wall part 21 of the projection 20 or by removing one or more circular rings 26 in the front part 12, openings in the front part 12 can be produced, the diameters of which are between 68 and 100 mm. In this way, all practical needs are met.
In the selected exemplary embodiment, a plurality of fastening flanges 31 are arranged on the outside of a projecting outer flange 18 of the front part 12, and are molded on. In the selected embodiment, a total of three mounting flanges 31 are provided; these are at a regular distance from one another and are mutually identical, as best shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 of the drawings.
A plurality of projections 25 are arranged on the outside of the annular base body 17 of the front part 12 of the hollow body 10; these should or the like when applying a plaster layer. improve their liability.
As can be seen in FIG. 3 of the drawings, the projections 25 of the base body 17 are arranged in groups, with a delimitation strip 24 in each case between the individual groups of these projections 25.
3 shows that the limiting strips 24 are arranged radially between the groups of the projections 25 of the base body 17. This means that they point towards the center of the front part 12.
Retaining projections 28 are formed on the outside of the rear part 11 of the hollow body 10. These - see FIG. 2 - are triangular in plan view, the tip of this triangle pointing away from the peripheral surface of the rear part 11. In the middle of this triangular holding projection 28, an opening 29 is provided, through which known holding elements can be passed, which serve to secure the position of the hollow body 10 at its destination. Between the retaining projections 28, which are arranged in a regular arrangement, there is a circumferential flange 30 which is arranged transversely to the circumferential surface of the rear part 11, that is to say protrudes.
2 of the drawings shows that a plurality of fastening flanges 31 for the front part 12 are arranged on the outside of the projecting outer flange 18 of the front part 12.
5 and 6 of the drawings show the procedure for using the hollow body according to the invention after the formwork has been removed. It follows from this that, in order to create the desired diameter, the circular wall part 21 is first removed from the front skin 12. The protruding outer flange 18 of the front part 12 is then released (tearing out). To facilitate this tearing out, predetermined breaking points 34 can be present on the front part 12 (cf. FIG. 5).
5 shows that a cavity 36 is formed in the concrete 35. This cavity 36 is filled with plaster 37 in a further operation, as shown in FIG. 6 of the drawing. The invisible transition between the plaster 37 and the concrete 35 can also be seen from the same FIG. 6.
From Fig. 6 is also shown in broken lines how a basically known lamp 38 can be introduced into the cavity of the hollow body. Possibly. this lamp 38 can still be assigned a lamp cover 39. This lamp cover 39 is shown in its effective position in FIG. 6 and its diameter is smaller than the outer plaster edge.
As already mentioned, the embodiment shown is only one example of the implementation of the invention, and is not limited thereto. Rather, there are many other designs and applications possible. This applies in particular to the design and shape of the wall parts 26 and of course also to the number of existing wall parts 26 of the front part 12.
The removable front parts 26 can also have a shape other than an annular shape.
