Fig. 2 den Teil des Mähdreschers nach Fig. 1, beim Abwärtsfahren,
The invention relates to a hillside combine 5 according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
Such a combine harvester is known from DE 4 223 026 A1. The actuator is supported on the front part of the connector. The actuator consists of piston-cylinder units. If the front part of the connection piece is swiveled around the longitudinal axis with respect to its rear part, the piston-cylinder units must always be corrected (their length must be set differently), depending on how strong the front part of the connection piece is with respect to its rear part the longitudinal axis has been pivoted. This correction is very disadvantageous.
The purpose of creating a hillside combine is to avoid this disadvantage.
The inventive design of the hillside combine harvester results from the characterizing part of patent claim 1.
Because the actuator (e.g. piston-cylinder units) is now supported on the rear part of the connector, e.g. is articulated, they do not have to be extended (corrected) for different lengths when the beam is pivoted about the longitudinal axis.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown. Show it:
1 shows the front part of a hillside combine in a schematic representation, when driving upwards,
2 shows the part of the combine harvester according to FIG. 1 when driving downwards,
Fig. 3 shows a detail of Fig. 1 in an enlarged view, and
Fig. 4 shows a detail of Fig. 2 in an enlarged view.
So that the structure 1 containing the threshing device is always kept horizontal, the structure 1 can be raised and lowered in the direction of a double arrow 3 by means of piston-cylinder units (not shown) relative to the chassis having the wheels 2. The combine also has the driver's cab 4. In the following, the known structure of the combine is explained. There is a receiving shaft 5 and a beam 6 carried by it, which carries the mowing knife 7. The beam 6 also has a reel 8. The other components of the beam 6, such as straw dividers, crop lifters and feed augers, are not shown. So that the bar 6 can always be adapted to the slope, the bar 6 can be pivoted about an axis 9.
In order to determine the respective slope, the width of the bars (at right angles to the drawing sheet level) e.g. Three congruent floor sensors 10 are present. Each floor sensor contains a piezoelectric manometer, through which the pivoting movement of the beam 6 about the axis 9 is controlled. The floor sensor 10 is designed as a pivotable arm, the pivot axis 11 of which is mounted on the frame of the bar 6. The floor sensors 10 lying congruently one behind the other in FIG. 1, downstream of the mowing knife 7, are seen in the direction of travel of the combine harvester. The pivoting movement of the receiving shaft 5 in the direction of a double arrow 12 can e.g. be carried out by means of hydraulically actuated piston-cylinder units. This aforementioned construction of the slope combine is known.
The design of the combine harvester according to the invention is now explained below. Between the receiving shaft 5 and the bar 6 is a connector 13, which is clearly shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. The receiving shaft 5 has a contour along the line 14 in the front area. The receiving shaft 5 has an inlet floor 15 for the crop. Above the receiving shaft 5 has a pivot point 16 for a hydraulically actuated piston-cylinder unit 17, which is in the extended state in FIG. 3 and in the retracted state in FIG. 4. In the front area, the receiving shaft 5 has an axis of rotation 18 for a take-off roller 19. Furthermore, the receiving shaft 5 carries at the front end a transverse pivot axis 20 for the pivotable mounting of the connecting piece 13 with respect to the receiving shaft 5.
If the connecting piece 13 is pivoted from the position in FIG. 3 in the direction of the arrow 21, the connecting piece 13 moves into the position according to FIG. 4. In FIGS. 3 and 4 the two end positions of the pivoted connecting piece 13 are shown. For the sake of completeness, it should also be mentioned that a PTO shaft 22, which belongs to the drive of the mowing blade 7, not shown, projects laterally from the receiving shaft 5. The transverse pivot axis 20 and the axis of rotation 18 of the take-off roller 19 lie relatively close to one another, specifically at the lower front end of the receiving shaft 5. The transverse pivot axis 20 lies below the take-off roller 19.
The connection piece 13 has sheets 23, 24 and 25. The other end of the piston-cylinder unit 17 is pivoted at the point 26 on the sheet 23. The connection piece 13 also has a front part 27 which can be pivoted about the axis 9 with respect to the box-shaped plate 23, which is schematically represented by a gap 28 in the pivot plane. In the front part 27, a feed roller 29 is rotatably mounted. Below the feed roller 29 there is the inlet floor 30 of the connecting piece 13. The feed roller 29 and also the take-off roller 19 are driven and cooperate in such a way that the crop is transferred from the feed roller 29 to the take-off roller 19. The feed roller 29 is therefore upstream of the take-off roller 19.
The sheets 23, 24 and 25 are connecting sheets for the receiving shaft 5 and are located laterally and above adjacent this receiving shaft 5, these plates 24-25 are intended to a body when pivoting the connector 13 about the transverse pivot axis 20 relative to the receiving shaft 5 ner- and dust-tight seal between the connector 13 and receiving shaft 5 to form.
If the connector 13 is pivoted about the transverse pivot axis 20 to the front (FIG. 3) or to the rear (FIG. 4) by means of the units 17, the beam 6 fastened to the connector 13 is pivoted in the same way to the front or to the rear and thus also the mowing knife 7 and the pivot axes 11 of the ground sensor 10. Together with the pivoting of the receiving shaft 5 in the direction of the double arrow 12, the mowing knife 7 can thus always be adapted to the course of the terrain in the direction of travel in order to cut the mowing material transversely to the course of the straw. In the same way, the floor sensors 10 are also adapted to the course of the terrain and can be adapted to the slope lying at right angles to this course of the railing and respond to them.
3 and 4 that the two sheets 23 and 25 of the connecting piece 13 are mounted so as to be movable relative to one another when pivoting about the transverse pivot axis 20.
Since the transverse pivot axis 20 and the feed roller 29 and the take-off roller 19 are relatively close to one another, there are two major advantages. When the connecting piece 13 is pivoted about the transverse pivot axis 20, the feed roller 29 is also pivoted about this pivot axis 20, specifically towards the take-off roller 19 or away from it. Since the parts 19, 20 and 29 are close to one another, with a relatively large pivoting angle of the connecting piece 13 between the position according to FIG. 3 and the position according to FIG. 4, there is only a relatively small pivoting path of the feed roller 29.
This means that the mutual distance between the feed roller 29 and the take-off roller 19 is always such that the crop that is conveyed by the feed roller 19 can be easily taken over by the take-off roller 19, both in the position according to FIG. 3 and in the position of FIG. 4.
